It’s ridiculous how nobody has an answer on what happened to the package!!! My package was paid for to be delivered with an express service and it’s been delayed for a week. It’s a tent for my expedition and I’m flying out without my item.They have no manager or supervisor… no body knows where the package is… customer service is the worst!Everyday they say they will contact me and nobody contacts me the next day.Worst delivery company ever.

They asked me for delivery instructions, so I told them to leave it at doorstep of my apt. Today I get msg that del attempt was made, but no one was home. OF COURSE I WASNT HOME! THATS WHY I TOLD TO LEAVE IT AT DOOR. Now I have to wait FOUR more days before they attempt it again, due to weekend/holiday. I WONT BE HOME ON TUES EITHER. 3 days later, Im adding this = They made amends by surprising me with an early delivery on Sunday. So Ill change 1 star to 3.

A Courier sent by my parents from India on 3rd August has reached the LAX Gateway on 5th August and theres no update on the same thereafter. From then till date we have followed up on the matter almost with 10 staff members of DHL customer service over phone & by email and they havent been able to respond on the status of the Parcel. Its so hard to believe that from to top to bottom none of them were able to get an answer for an investigation request raised by us.Added it is so irresponsible of them that, every day a new person contacts us asking for photos of contents of the parcel, Billing details etc and we have shared the same to close to 5 people already. The Standard response that DHL Shares with us till date is can we give a call back tomorrow before 5 PM God! That tomorrow never comes for DHL!!!!!!Wish this is read, heard and acted upon.... choosing this platform as a last resort as an aggrieved customer

Just ordered a pair of Jordans from Stockx on the 15th of August im supposed to receive them tomorrow but service has been great. Ive been getting emails on where my shoes are. Shipping is fast speaking that my shoes are coming from Asia.

Contrary to what I read from someone who had visited previously, I realised that the place is open to personal shipping abroad and finding parking space wasnt difficult at all.There was no long queue but it a very very very long time before i was attended to. I guess the processing is so daunting. However, I believe it can be improved on and become a lot faster.Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Outstanding team!!! I update my old 5 star review since even more outstanding experience happened last week. I was in a very big rush to send documents to Europe (Romania) and Eloy went the extra mile to take extra care of the package and guaranteed it will leave on immediate flight (even called me for forgetting my things in the DHL office when I left). He told me to monitor for possible earlier delivery than estimated, and surprisingly the package arrived very fast, two days earlier. That was of huge help for me since there were some legal documents expected right away.I have no words to thank Eloy and the DHL team for the outstandingly professional, fast, easy (they took care of everything, typing address, envelope), friendly service. Thank you all !!!

My package is still waiting in sorting facility in Los Angeles by the airport, it’s been 4 days today, they don’t answer phone calls. If you have time to wait 7-8 days extra this company is for you, do not miss it, it’s gonna be fantastic

My Package oringinal from Hongkong DHL express and LAX dhl called me claim my package is hold by customs and need provide product invoice and fda # ... I ask shipper to confim the invoice and send to LAX dhl they still can not release my package from customs and ask me to provide fda # how can i normal skin care machine has a FDA # on it？Its oringinally made in china not made in US..I am so frustrated by using DHL express its not express at all， it takes forever to release my package and sent it back eventually...i even ask dhl to open the box to check the number they wanted on the machine but no help at all...Exteremly Disappointed

Do not attempt to use this company. They do not uphold their commitment. They have people in place to answer questions that dont have the answers. I was given the run around by everyone that I talked to. I was kept in limbo for days before I knew anything concrete as to where my shipment was and when I would receive it. The worst!!!

My experiences with this company have generally been good overall so I give them 5 stars. Definitely prefer them over UPS or FedEx, who like to BS around, lie and say they attempted to deliver your package when clearly they did not. DHL at least tries to contact you. OnTrac is another one that I like since they also contact their recipients and take extra care.If my experience ever changes, I will change my rating accordingly.

Fake DHL Location!!!They called me and claimed I have a package sent to Shanghai that has suspicious item and is stopped by the Custom. The funniest part is I dont even live in LA!Have already filed a report for Fake Information on this location. This type of low-IQ fraud is just as amusing as it is embarrassing.

Took them 40minutes to pack my stuff and process the shipment! I was promised to have it delivered in 4 business days, but eventually they never even shipped the package let alone deliver it!! Today I found out the package is lost! Congrats DHL for your unforgettable service!!!
