I highly recommend this shop. My clothes were clean, well-folded, the fragrance was good and it was at a very reasonable rate. The staff members were so kind and accommodating. They treated us like a family. I was so happy with the overall service. Five-star!

I called this number on google about the change machine is not working. The receptionist on the phone just kept telling me they will send someone over but no one showed up. Really bad customer service

This place is terrible. I put all my stuff in 2 washing machines. Presoaked my clothes, put detergent, stain remover and softener in 2 machines, paid in 1 machine $2 (total cost $3) and went to cash changer to get some more quarters and here is surprise!!! 3 cash changers and none of them work!!! Even ATM doesnt work! Called attendant - nobody answered my phone calls and nobody at premises. Dont stop here!

Get your clothes washed here for cheap too

This laundry shop is the only shop I trust with my clothes! They are the ones who guarantee me that they will wash my clothes properly and make sure that the money I am paying is worth it!

Ive been going there for almost 11 years now, everythings ng is updated pretty often, staff is attentive... Id say parking is limited so avoid evenings and weekends!

Love this place! Ive brought weeks worth of our clothes as well as our blankets and comforters and been able to find machines for everything to wash simultaneously. Amazing to take a days worth of work and compact it into just a couple of hours. Plus the staff are friendly (Sergio) and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks, guys!!

I went there for the first time today. I dropped-off my washing because my wife is sick in hospital near there and Im not from LA. They were unbelievably good to me, they went out of their way to help a stranger. Their service is great, and they are truly good people.

I like the range of washer sizes. I went here when I had a lot of sheets and a futon cover to wash, which is too big a load for my dryer at home. Its inexpensive and relatively fast. Theres plenty of space in here to wait while your laundry gets done. Theres a chance machine on the wall, if you dont have quarters.Id definitely go back here. Its clean, parking is easy (theres a lot), and the location is great.

$2.50 for the wash. .25 to dry is the minimum. Clean bathroom. Free wifi. One of the best weve been to.

Clean, sunny and polite staff. 3 types of washing machines starting at $2.25. Have change machines, ATM and sink with paper towels. Tons of drying machines. Only 6-8 parking spots in plaza but you can always park on the side streets w/no permit.

I live in the area and have made this my go-to laundry spot. The location is perfect for a laundry mat. Its close to great stores and places to eat. Its also really clean, plays good music, and I can always get a machine.

This place always has homeless people hanging out... every time I’ve been here, I’ve had someone ask me for change... Definitely won’t be coming back...

Clean, fun music, and totally convenient to West Hollywood. I brought a large load of laundry and bedding and used their Continental washers for $3.50. I washed two loads in two available washers, dried the loads in two separate dryers and I was out in 50 minutes. Id forgotten fabric softener, but the helpful attendant informed me that they offer liquid softener (along with a bunch of other detergents, etc.) for sale in the vending machine. Ended up watching an episode of Breaking Bad on the free WiFi outside in the warm sun. Not a bad way to spend an hour.

Am I wrong or is this place rather expensive? I spent like $12 to do two wash cycles and 2 dryers...its not like $12 is a lot but it seems like a lot when you consider its a small load of laundry! Good amount of machines though. Multiple options.

Went last weekend...Grabbed some Joans on Third, did some laundry, listened to some good music. Place was clean, people were friendly - great spot.

My favorite laundromat in this area! Always clean hardly ever busy. I always use the 2.25$ wash. But they do have one for 1.75$. 25¢ to dry

Amongst laundramats around Los Angeles, the Washing Machine stands heads above the rest. The facility is immaculate and the machines are meticulously maintained. Plenty of space to fold your clothes unlike other laundromats where you seem to be on top of other patrons due to cramped conditions Washing Machine offers Fluff and Fold service by comparison. Locted in a fairly exclusive area, there are plenty of great restaurants, convenience stores and parking in the area. I highly recommend the Wahing Machine for all your laundry needs.

Ive gone in the mornings during the weekdays. It is always clean. However, I wish I didnt have to wait around to put softener into the small washers.

This is probably the coziest laudrymat Ive ever been to. There are no tvs, they just play good jams on earth 101. Always clean, great machines and free Wi-Fi!

TWM is cheap and always has machines open. A solid laundromat thats conveniently located for me. And its a block away from Toast.

Although we visited without a reservation, we wete seated and greated by friendly staff. Food was delicious too!
