I would not recommend anyone to take your eyes off your laundry even for a minute. In 5 minutes of stepping away, I got a bed sheet and bean bag cover stolen. I have a feeling on who did it but of course, they are already gone and the staff is no help. All she says is I dont speak English and walks back into her room. I pointed out the sign that they have about surveillance and she just shrugs her shoulder. You live and you learn. Stay with your laundry! And to management, get better help.

I love doing my honeys laundry so I dont mind coming back to the laundromat for eight hours out of my life! Shes worth everything to me. Plus she just gets so happy when I bring home all her clothes alll flolded and smelling like fresh spring flowers. Shes so dame cute. And the laundromat has the best message chair for$1.00 in all L. A.

This place is perfectly clean. As I entered the place, I saw the staff cleaning and I couldn’t see any single dirt on the floor. There are ceiling fans and a lot of chairs. It’s very relaxing while you chill and wait for your laundry. There are washing machines for 3 loads, 4 and 6. I used the 3 loads for $2.00 and went on for 22 minutes. The dryer is cheap; 0.25 for 12 minutes. I have seen there are different prices for each washing machines, it depends on what you’re using. If not mistaken, there were $2, $2.75, $3.75, and $6. Parking space is big so it’s not a problem unless if you go during peak hours, parking space is not guaranteed. You can buy detergent, and other stuff you need for your laundry since they have this mini store upon entering the place. Like any other laundry places, there are machines for the drinks and chips.

Everybody whos anybody knows that this Lucys Laundromat is the place to be when you gotta do laundry. The machines are always clean; the attendant, always friendly. During the evening, theres a taco truck out front and usually some aguas dulces & elotes too. The Dollar Giant across the street sells laundry supplies for hella cheap. To top it all off, the neighborhood is bustling with young, lively singles.I come for the laundry and leave with a stomach full of asada, a couple phone numbers, and a smile on my face. Aint many laundromats I can say that about!

My experience was great as usual. Its not the biggest, most spacious of laundromats. However, what it lacks in space, it more than makes up for it in the areas of cleanliness, available,and working machines and visible, hard-working attendants. Doing laundry can be a chore; but Lucys Laundromat makes me all too glad to do it.

First time in a laundromat today. Been passing by it for years and finally needed to use one since our complexs laundry was out of order. The staff were nice at first. They helped us with our first wash and exchanged the necessary coinage with us with their employee card.Didnt know that wasnt the standard until an hour later I ask the same clerk and she said I had to use the machines 🤔 and then talked nasty about me as she was walking back to the breakroom. Like what? You think just because I dont look hispanic you can smack talk me in Spanish?I would have been understanding of the policy if it was explained to me in the beginning.Aside from that, the machines themselves worked great. 👍

Usually don’t have any problems when I come here but this time I asked for $10 worth of quarters and the cashier looked at my load of clothes and said she can only give me $5 worth for what I’m washing because she didn’t have enough quarters. How annoying! I didn’t want to wash all my clothes in one load because I’m picky about which colors I wash and also I take care of people with COVID and I don’t like to wash my COVID exposed clothes with my regular clothes. It shouldn’t matter what I’m washing nor should I have to explain what I’m doing. I wish laundromats would go back to contactless service where the customer doesn’t have to deal with anyone when they come in to wash clothes. I don’t halfway want to be bothered anyway and today I turned around and left after I was refused $10 worth of quarters.

My 1st time there.Nice & clean place and the lady on the counter was extremely helpful to guide us on how to use the laundry.And all of them uses Nano Water technology.

Great place to get laundry done. Staff is very helpful, plenty of parking except on Sundays. Get there early.

I walked in and asked if they could change my 20 for smaller bills so I could use the change machine. She asked if I was going to wash anything. I said no. So she said no.I asked if I did do laundry, would she be able to change my money for smaller bills. She said yes. I said okay. And said, I need to go grab the items from my trunk should I leave the 20 with her to change?She said No, you cannot wash your clothes.I asked her again, with money in hand, So youre not going to let me wash my clothes here?No.This is really unfortunate considering the situation in the world right now.I was going to wash at my apartment, but since they didnt allow change, I was just fine doing the clothes at the mat. Arbitrary discrimination, which they totally have the right to do, but it was really senseless. Take your money where youll be welcome.

Its a good,its open 24/7, has a bathroom, a table to sit at while you wait and two vending machines,one for snacks and one for drinks.

Nice sizes parking lot, very clean an a worker is on hand to service you.

They have a radio on so loud it can be clearly heard in the parking lot Plus 2 TVs on different channels with volume on...they have no respect for those on the austim spectrum.This is too much going on in one spot.When asked if theyll would turn down volumeS or mute TVs they say, NO everything is fine.NO it is NOT fine.And current worker even in less busy hours has all the fans on high making it comfortably chilly.

Very affordable and quick to drop off laundry, then pick up later and its folded and ready to go. Never have had any issues.

Large, clean, with enough parking, very varied people but everyone in your business are all respected.

If you’re white avoid this place. Broken washers. They won’t refund your money when you deposit into a broken washer. And treat you poorly when asking for help.

The place is open 24 hours. They have thr Nano watet system for better laundry wash and have natural alternative detergent options for people that are sensitive to chemicals.

Good local laundromat. There are a few tables to sit at. Sinks available to wash hands, etc. A bakery across the street, 7-eleven a few blocks down.

For one it is next my building very convenient​, & their machines does excellent clean wash Lucys has excellent service reason for me to like it!

This place is always kept clean. I mean ALWAYS. 24 hours open, with 24 hours staff. Dont have to wait a day or two to wait for them to come out and give you a refund because your coins got stuck in the machine or what not.
