If you actually care about your laundry then this is the place to do it, all brand new front loading stainless machines of all sizes, yes, they have machines big enough to load several king size bed sets and more!You get great service, fluff and fold and while you wait get a full body massage from one of their massage chairs!

This laundromat has everything you need. You can buy laundry detergent or you can pop into the 7-Eleven on the left to purchase some. There is an ATM and change machine. All the machines work and if it doesnt, they let you know with a sign that says Out of Order. They do not have single load watching machines. The smallest is a double load. They had triple, quadruple and the maximum I believe was up to 5 loads machines available.

I lacked 2 cents and asked the staff to exchange 23 cents for a quarter. She rudely rejected me and told me to go away. Where is the kindness in the world? She treated me as if I’m a homeless begging for money. She made me want to cry and never want to come back again. The worst laundromat experience. I wish you got fired soon. Extremely unfriendly, unkind and racist experience. Please do not subscribe this laundromat and advocate this staff to be fired.

9/13/20: Called three times letting it ring at least a dozen times (third time it clicked and abruptly stopped?) to make sure they were open because I didn’t want to drive over there and find it closed (because of pandemic). They’re usually pretty responsive, helpful and friendly, not today?! I will still go by and wash later, actually I wanted to go earlier at 7am (I called before 7am). I will casually ask what time they opened this morning. Great place, but it can get too crowded and they’re pretty stingy with their change machine, they’ll “run over” and watch you make change - strange, but it’s their business. So far it’s good, but things change...

Their service is good but we stopped going there since their machines were not working properly. I hoped they fix that.

I had no time to wash my clothes, so I decided to go to this laundry shop to have my clothes washed. What I like about this laundry shop is that they make sure that they dont mix your clothes with their other customers, plus their services are very affordable too!

Rude employees, I had never have labeled a liar and blocked from the exit. Your security got in front of me and would not let me out of the laundry, at the same time two lady employees demanded to give them my leftover quarters. Its a shame to say my family frequents this laundry due to location convenience, but we are going to look for another options. Please beware,although the laundry is in good working conditions the employees are not able to manage themselves and can get hostile. Really bad experience would DEFINITELY not recommend it to anyone else.

This place isn’t bad, but i don’t like the dryers. the low setting on the dryers is way too hot and there is no air dry option. if there is a lint compartment, I wasn’t able to find it, so my stuff came out with more lint than usual

Clean and above all (As a night time laundromat goer AKA between midnight and 5am), SAFE. parking is big and free, and theres a 7/11 next door on the same lot if you need drinks or snacks. Their laundry products are somewhat cheap, and they are always on stock. Ladies working there are courteous and helpful and always in attendance even late at night. When I was in town for a extended period, I used this coin laundry service. The staff was very nice and helped me to learn how to use the new laundromat machines. If I am ever in Los Angeles again, I will definitely use them.

The place its nice and clean the problem that I have its the sudden increase of washing rates. The big machines are close to 9 dollars the medium ones 6 the smallest one are 2.00 and the dryers yeah .25 cents but they reduce the minutes so you have to dry for about 1 dollar depending on your loads. The price increase its too much.

I was very impressed by Desis, its hard to find such a clean coin laundry in Los Angeles. Open 7 days a week, from 6a-midnight, which is great for those who work or go to school late. The staff is friendly, there is free WiFi ( look to the wall for the password), a coffee maker and televisions. Washers of 90lb capacity and 50lb dryers. They also offer a fluff and fold service for $1/lb, with a $15 minimum. Service is same day if dropped off early, next day if dropped off in the middle of the day or later. Overall this is a highly recommended lavanderia if you live or work in the 90006 neighborhood.

The only thing I dont like is the false advertising!!! I came to Desi because its walking distance and the sign says FREE DRY but that is not true you have to get 10 stamps to get a free dry but its not completely free because they only give you .50cents. what a rip off.

Desis is, by leaps and bounds, the best laundomat/lavanderia/whatever you like to call them Ive been to in Los Angeles!It seems crazy to have so much good to say about just a place to do laundry but its so clean and has FREE WiFi that it really is worth spreading the word. Its not in my home neighborhood, but nevertheless when Im on this side of town visiting my gram, this is going to be my go-to place. Once again, the free wifi alone is amazing, but theres also huge folding section, the place is extremely clean and plenty of machines to go around.
