He fixed a necklace that had remained broken for several years. I was previously told it was beyond repair, too intricately made to even think about. I’d lost hope holding onto this sentimental piece of jewelry ...and then I found Alexander! Not only did he repair but provided a dazzling polish and assured me with his timely professionalism.

Theres no question He was good skilled guy. But he was.... in this time really disappointed. I got rolex president case from customer full service. It got a lot of issues. Wet damaged movement, replace parts....and specially case damaged when they set diamond. Made dig haul! Thats the reason of wet damage. Anyway for this we need take out diamond and patch with gold. But he did just lightly welded. After re-set diamond pop out again. I didnt complain cause he gonna say diamond setting guy mistake definitely. And he charged $20 most his job. But if you look around $5 to $10 available. Sorry Alex. You got big mistake.

I had a few watch bands sized my first few visits. The husband and wife are a great team and take care of your timepieces. So, I decided to trust my Rolex with them this time around. I had my Rolex Datejust 2001-02 model year, overhauled. It took a little less than 2 weeks for him to finish and return it back to me. He did a great job with my watch. I am extremely satisfied and impressed. As long as he has a business, I will be a returning customer.

Excellent is an understatement! If you have a high end watch this is the only place in LA to get it serviced. I am very happy with the work they did for me. So much so that I brought in 2 more watches to service and repair.
