I had a picture of a beautiful diamond ring from a high-end jewelry store with an outrageous price tag. They made the ring for less than half the price with even better quality diamonds. We went to Bridal Rings Company for our wedding bands from a recommendation from our friends. They were very welcoming and nice with their service. After looking through their selection, I couldn’t find one that would match my engagement ring that belonged to my then fiancé, and now husband’s grandma. We talked to the designer and he immediately knew what to do. He quickly sketched a design that would work with the ring. The only downside is that I had to part with my engagement ring for a couple weeks so that can be sure the wedding band lined up with it perfectly. It was worth it! I love my new wedding band. My husband’s was a lot simpler. We found a comfort fit platinum ring and he was all set. They definitely don’t try and push any sells. Technically a white gold one would be stronger and cheaper and they mentioned that, but we wanted to get both rings in platinum to match the engagement ring. I was walking in the area and happen to stumble upon Bridal Rings Company. Since that day, Ive had nothing but great experiences with Set. He resized my fiances ring and did a fantastic job polishing and cleaning her engagement ring. Its an antique and after Set was done, it looked like a completely different ring (in the best way possible). He also is a nice person, and sounds genuine when you talk to him. Id highly recommend going, you wont be disappointed!

We had actually almost made our decision but decided to go there before pulling the proverbial trigger, since it came highly recommended from a friend. After reading the good reviews my BF and I headed up to their office in that fancy building. After searching all over their glass showcases, I finally found the best setting that I love. We gave the salesperson our budget, he took notes, he went to the vault and brought out some diamonds. He brought us some 1-carat and up diamonds. Theyre EGL certified and they were too big for me. Some looked yellow even though its F graded. As much as I wanted a big diamond, I cant because I have small petite fingers. I requested a smaller one and they brought a .9 carat stone instead. I wished they have the right diamond for me because Ive found my favorite setting there...

Unbeknownst to my my fiance went to Jay to get my engagement ring. My fiance did plenty of research and went to a number of jewelry stores/departments, etc. to find my ring. But this was the only place he found that he could trust.I have been to the store a few times and I cannot tell everyone how friendly Jay and his staff really are. They do not pressure or give inflated prices like some other sales people in the industry do. They are all honest and work hard to give everyone the best quality diamonds for whatever your budget may be. You can feel confident purchasing a 6 ct ring or a .5 ct ring at this store!!!!

I bought my wife’s engagement ring and ring guard; my wife bought my wedding band frombridal rings. Irina pressures you to leave a positive review for weeks after getting the product. I fell for this. Within 7 months my wife’s ring guard broke. We took it to a three jewelers, and all 3 said this SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. They said it was poorly made.My wedding band was the wrong color, wrong size and we were assured it would not scuff or scratch. It did. We contacted Irina on all of these issues. She was incredibly rude and claimed she did not make any money on the sale. She’s a liar. She’s refused to fix any of these problems. My ring was so much bigger that I have since lost it. I’m glad I get to leave the reviews she deserves considering I gaver her positive reviews on Etsy. She had too many chances to fix this and resolve this, but instead she was a jerk. Be careful with her positive reviews. Some products you need to own for a few months before leaving reviews. Do not fall for her pressure.

Ordered my second ring from bridal rings co, they finally called to a number we have not had in years, forgot if I paid cash there would be no taxes, so this money grubber said he would not charge me taxes, but he did, no explanation just charged me 76.00, these are real money grubbers say one thing do something else. He asked for my number to call me, told him if we had talked I would have brought cash he did not care he said I wont charge and the money grubber did, I will never go back to Bridal Rings Co.

I have searched for a diamond on a number of online sites hoping to find the perfect one for my fiancée without paying the inflated retail prices. I thought that I had learned enough about diamonds to purchase one online. Luckily I came accross this place and found out how little did I know about the most important factors in choosing a diamond. Up to this point none of the online sites had explained on why not to buy a diamond based on weight alone and how important it is to have the rights measurements. (They demonstrated to me on how a one carat diamond for instance could look like a 3/4 size diamond). At Bridal Rings Company I was shown a large selection of loose diamonds with varied colors, sizes and prices all next to each other something that cant be offered by an online site and get the chance to select the one that best fit my criteria and budget. They are really genuine and passionate about their work. I had a great experience at this place and it was very much worth my while to drive two hours to visit them. They are now my to go jewelers and I have already recommended several of my friends to them . If you are looking for that great deal and a personalized service go there you will not be disappointed.

First of all, let me say that I usually dont write reviews, but I remember in my search for the perfect wedding bands, I heavily relied on reviews by other consumers...so, figured this would hopefully be able to help some people out.My husband and I decided to purchase our wedding bands (both white gold) from Bridal Rings Co. in November 2008. In making our decision to purchase from them, one of the big selling points was that they continually reassured us that they were more than happy to service the rings (i.e. steaming, rhodium dipping, checking the security of the diamonds, etc.) for the lifetime of us owning them, as often as we would like them serviced. So, we bought them thinking that we were in good hands. Well, we went in just a couple of weeks ago to get them serviced, because they had already turned noticeably yellow…after only 3 months!! We knew they would turn yellowish, but had no idea it would happen so quickly.Anyway, in walking into the store, this well-dressed woman with a big smile nicely asked if there was something she could help us with. Once we said that we wanted to have our rings serviced, the look on her face and tone of her voice quickly changed to one of not wanting to be bothered and she called somebody else to come help us…we were then passed on to at least two other people…definitely making us feel like we weren’t worth their time. I was extremely disappointed and frankly put, pretty p-ssed off at the way we were being treated. We then had to wait at least 30 minutes for our rings and when we got them back, they were still yellow and one of the diamonds had noticeable dirt underneath it. We sent them back again and waited another 30 minutes. Now, two weeks later, the rings are yellow again (which makes me question the quality of the ring itself, because my other white gold jewelry that I wear just as much doesn’t turn yellow this easily)!!The short of it is that in my opinion, Bridal Rings Co. sells hard that they’ll take care of you, but in the end, this wasn’t the case for us. In making the investment in diamond jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter), you definitely want to make sure that you’ll be treated well both before and after you make the purchase…you also want to trust the quality of the piece you are buying. One other thing…I also did some comparison shopping (taking into consideration diamond quality, etc.), and Bridal Rings Co. also came out significantly more than some other stores in the Jewelry District that I checked around with.Hope this review helps…my husband and I love our wedding bands for sentimental value, but knowing what we know now, we probably would have purchased them elsewhere. I guess one good thing I can say about Bridal Rings Co. is that they do have quite a bit of in-store selection. In any case, if you do decide to go with Bridal Rings Co…hope everything works out.
