The new person (I guess) is very rude he interrupts frequently and he doesnt even allow customers to complete one sentence. When I say please let me finish in order to explain why I am at the store(the issue about the device) he decided to handle the other customer and he told me to wait just out of passive aggressive retaliation. The other staff were very kind that is why I visited this store, but those people were not working today (I dont know if they will be back)

Came in with a Google pixel that was barely charging. PK helped me out. He was very nice and took care of my phone and now it charges! I would definitely come back here for help.
I was in the store today and once again was impressed and grateful for such great patient and helpful service. Rudy went above and beyond helping to set up my switch from ATT cell to Verizon. Initially I went in and Brian helped me but I had to go home for some paperwork and came back and Rudy spent a good 45 minutes helping me from that point on. Both of them were helpful, patient and made me feel comfortable before I left. Great team and they have a loyal customer from now on. Wish all businesses were this helpful
Customer service is pretty good. The people here are friendly and willing to help. However I was mysteriously signed up for a phone insurance plan last time I activated my new phone. Could be unrelated but its worth mentioning.
I called yesterday to make sure they had a Samsung 10 screen protector in stock, one of the workers there told me that they did and that it was $40. When I got to the shop later that day, this one guy told me that it was $50. I told him that I had called earlier and that I was told it was $40. I looked behind the box to find the sticker price and I realized that none of the products they sell there have prices on them. That’s when I realized that this store was run by very dishonest individuals. I walked out right after that and I got my screen protector from Amazon for $10. So learn from me and don’t come here. This store must be part of the Victra since that is a common practice of them.
The best customer service I’ve honestly ever had ... esp from a cell phone company. I walked in fluttered from a bad experience with another carrier and walked out smiling. Jarell was in the store alone and managed to be very helpful and patient with each customer. I never leave reviews but had to after today’s experience!

Vermont Ave., La, CA, on 09/10/19 and 09/11/19.It gives me great pride and joy to point out that Mr. Samater is extremely well versed in every aspect of what Verizon has to offer. His disposition and “people skills” are remarkable.I had the opportunity to observe Kenny’s ability to “multi-task” while at the store. Regardless of the inevitable chaos at times, he kept his composure, was totally focused and addressed everyone as an individual at all times.Kenny Samater is an Outstanding individual. We went here for some of their black Friday deals on Black Friday. They didnt even know their own specials. We ended up going to the other Verizon store up the street where they at least put in the effort to know what was going on.
Went here for a deal on their phones...paid dearly for it. I feel almost bad to say how untrained staff is. Is like they dont even know general knowledge. Especially about their own policies. This is Not a Verizon Store People. Its a joke.

When I arrived at this GoWireless store to do a phone upgrade, they were pretty severely short-staffed and had 4 customers waiting, due to 2 of their 3 employees being out (on a break/lunch/something?). Unless it was a one-off occurrence, they should probably work on staggering their break times better to not leave customers waiting so long.Other than the long wait, it was a very good experience -- the guy who helped me (Mantas) was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help out with an annoying account issue. Overall I would say the experience was good, and I would recommend the place unless a lot of other reviewers have also reported issues with staffing/long waits too.
Kenny gave me as great a customer service as Ive ever had always willing to go the extra mile.
Today I was finally able to get a family plan! And its all thanks to Bryan M. If it were not for him, we would have chosen another company. We were almost desperate to get connected to verizon. Its because we had to come to the office 4 times and we always lacked some documents, or the electricity bill was more than 30 days old. In general, if it were not for Bryan, I would have given verizon one star and switched to another company. Bryan has saved the situation, showed patience, perseverance, friendliness and smoothed out all the wasted time. Im very grateful to Bryan! And I think that he should be cloned and sent to all the offices, or at least he should receive some bonus. His professionalism in working with clients is not questioned, so I would give him 100 stars if that was possible!Other employees of this office are also very friendly and work hundred-percent!
Unfortunately the level of customer service is low enough I will not be returning due to lack of employee training in not knowing how an inventory works. I spent 40 minutes talking to an employee to have something put on hold to drive to the store to have a rude employee tell me nothing is on hold for me but another customer. No help finding another device either. Sheer waste of time to go to this location. I found EVERYTHING I needed via actual Verizon customer service not this knock off retailer. I was looking to buy (2) iPhones Xs amongst other items. This place does not know how to conduct business.
I was just helped by Brian, he works Western and Sunset verizon center in Hollywood California. I have been with verizon almost 6 years and to be honest with you this is the first time I am beyond satisfied with the service provided! He really did a great job not only activating the phone but also found a way for me to save On my monthly charges. Thank you Brian! I highly recommend his service!

From what I been seeing other reviews this place needs to get shut down. I have been here for over an hour waiting to get help to put a screen protector on my phone. I would have been called on but the person decided to skip me and help someone else. Smh second time coming here and I always get the same treatment. This is the last time I come here 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Great experience in the store also just to say, I witnessed one of there employees give customer servive to a Russian group when both could hardly undertsnad each other and was able to give them exactly what they wanted

I was upsold a new plan with an iPad and told that I’m only going to be paying $20.00 more a month and when I got my monthly bill the rate had gone up $120.00. I was paying $160.00 originally and then my bill jumped to $280.00. I’ve had Verizon for 9 years and this is the only issue I’ve had with them. It’s enough to make me walk away.

I called the number as listed and spoke with a very nice young woman who told me that the store would be open on the 4th of July and that the doors would be open at 9am. I was unable to uber to the store because of my phone issues (apps and Safari were not working). So I had to walk about a mile to the store. When I got there, a surly young man told me that they did not open until 10am and that the number that I called was not theirs. SOOOO the number on the site was incorrect . . . so where did I actually call?So I am standing there with a back brace on and this young man would not let me come in. I went across the street and sat at a McDonalds for 45 minutes. When the store opened, I handed the phone to the young man who fixed the phone immediately . . . thats the good news. The bad news is that he was lucky because he did not know what he was talking about. He told me that my NORDvpn app was the problem and did not work with the upgrade to my iPhone. Since the phone had been working perfectly for weeks after the upgrade, I did not buy it.When I got back to my hotel room, I googled IOS and NORDvpn. What I got from the postings was confusing, but I was able to get a nugget of information from the posting, upgrading the NORDvpn app to run with the new IOS upgrade was the solution.I reloaded the app and upgraded it. My phone works perfectly. Perhaps this haughty young man is not a brilliant as he thinks he is. So I was able to uber back to my hotel.My feet are sore and I am shaking my head. Perhaps I need to work at this store to provide a broader perspective to technical issues to avoid a quick fix that does not really serve the customer.Hmmmm . . . I wonder where the original store was. If I have another problem, I will go there instead.

These people are lazy. Verizon told me more than once I could make plan adjustments in person, over the phone, or online and the people here said I should just go online and do it myself.
