Tierzero is a bad faith company that did not deliver speeds as promised and constant internet and phone downtime over the course of several years, the issue almost always pointing to the barely functioning networking equipment they had installed in our property. After dozens of reports and notifying them of our constant downtime with our customers unable to reach us and our business barely able to operate without working phone and internet we got fed up we were getting nowhere with Tierzero.We returned our equipment by shipping it over to tierzero with tracking information and did not renew our contract. Now they are threatening to send us to collections more than a year later for just 1 month of service we didnt use even though we returned our equipment and sent them a notice of cancellation when everything was done properly, this is how they treat their long time customers of close to a decade that never missed a payment. Completely dishonest business practices.

Overall great service. Very easy to communicate with and was also very good about reaching out to me directly in order to finalize my order and services. They were able to get someone out even quicker than I had originally scheduled, but were also flexible when I had to push back the installation time because of a lack of availability on my part. When Ricardo came to install our router, he was extremely efficient and nice. He walked us through the process and was clear about any questions we had. Great experience!

I just got my internet access installed and the technician, Billy, was very polite and dedicated. I had an issue with the placement and cable lengths related to the router and modem, and Billy gladly went out of his way to help install extra panels and drill holes. Been using their service for over 2 years and could not be happier. 10 days ago I was having a connection problem. Tierzero Business Internet outage map didnt show any problems. Emailed a tech - they emailed me right back, my house should be online. I was out of town but tech supported my wife through some troubleshooting. Nada. Get home and call the tech who is able to help me diagnose that the problem is my eero router which conked out. Who would have guessed? Pleasant, helpful service, that did not talk down to me.

I started my service with Tierzero Business Internet and have to say Im impressed with the service along with Tierzeros customer service. He called ahead of time and patiently waited for me to get to my unit after leaving a meeting mate. I truly appreciated how quick he was but most importantly how understanding he was to wait until I arrived. Hands down one of the best technicians I have interacted with.

I signed up for the $500/year on Sept. 30 before the price increases by Tierzero Business Internet. I was attracted to Tierzero Business Internet primarily because there were no initiation costs nor a charge for leasing a modem, like comcast. Three days after I signed up, Doug from Tierzero Business Internet showed up at my door. He was professional and courteous while moving around my apartment to install the equipment.My only complaint was that there was a delay in sending me the online sign-up information, and so I had to call customer service to spur them on to allow me to pay my bill. Similarly, Tierzero Business Internet charged me $1000 without my consent, as they presumed that I wanted to lock in the $500/year rate for two years before the price increase. Small but slightly important adjustments.

After trying ATT and Sonic and getting painfully slow speeds. Tierzero Business Internet was a great upgrade. After some issues with our landlord, the Tierzero Business Internet team help us get back online and help negotiate with out landlord. Neil Sigua and his team were great during the install and made sure we had the highest speeds possible (100+ Mbps!!).

I was finally able to get rid of Comcast when I moved to Berkeley recently. The install was very quick and shockingly the tech texted me to make my appointment earlier (when does that ever happen with a utility company). The results have been great so far!

We recently had Tierzero Business Internet installed in our home, and after troubleshooting an issue we had with our router, Tierzero Business Internet is crazy fast. We downloading at around 130mbps and thats about 10x faster than Comcast.Big thanks to Ron who called us on his day off to make sure that we were able to fix our issue, and then followed up after that to make sure everything was still working properly. A+ customer service!

We just had Tierzero Business Internet installed today. Its the fastest connection Ive ever had, including offices Ive worked in. No more waiting for videos to buffer. No more reading a book while Dropbox syncs. Its so fast I literally hugged my laptop. AND theyre charging as much as AT&T was charging for over five times the speed.(Suspiciously, AT&T lowered our rate just before our building became Tierzero Business Internet enabled. LOL.)

Faster speeds, at a lower price, with real, live, local customer support any time you call? Youd be foolish to work with a big telco if Tierzero Business Internet is available where you live.Also - Victor, our installation technician, arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, and was all finished in 20 minutes. He even fixed some Ethernet wiring that was incorrectly set up by a previous resident.

Tierzero did an excellent job with the install, no hassle, on time, and knowledgeable. The company overall is professional and responds promptly to your needs. We had a hiccup with the directv install but they rectified the issue promptly.

Even then he wouldnt give up!He called Steve who had one other idea about where it could be - Steve came over a day later and found the line which was literally tucked into the wall behind the control panel and barely reachable! We took down the control panel cover to get better access the hidden line and -BINGO! Success!!Adam and Steve were just truly relentless and worked so hard to help me, I really cant thank them enough!!

As a customer, I would like Tierzero Business Internet as an isp, however since I live in a Duplex, the reasoning for not being able to provide their service to my house is Its Not Economical For Our Customers If We Bring Tierzero Business Internet Into Single-Family Homes. Therefore, We Service Buildings With At Least 10 Units. Which is completely stupid, is it because you would have to charge more for Single-Family/2 unit buildings?Currently, it seems to be the best option for relatively fast internet for the price. But, with the current conditions that I am in, I have to resort to other isps.

Doug Rasmussen was extremely helpful in getting everything set up and now I have blazing fast internet (almost 300MB down AND up)!! From now on, Im only moving to buildings that have wifi!

I ordered an internet package online on Saturday, they gave me a call on Sunday, and by Monday they were able to come in and install internet for me. They were so easy to work with and their customer service is amazing. The technician who came and he was very nice. He came in early, installed our internet quickly and answered all my questions. For far the best internet service company.I payed for the 100 mbps service, once they came to install my wi-fi, the technician had some problems, although he came once more to fix the problem as soon as possible. Everything went perfect and now i can enjoy the best wifi in town.

I live in a loft with other unit owners. I first heard of Tierzero Business Internet two years ago through some web search. Back then Tierzero Business Internet already had great reviews on Yelp. It took me two years to get the board members to switch various internet service providers to Tierzero Business Internet (some unit owners had their internet bundled with TV and phone services with another ISP and refused to change). Finally, we passed the vote and Tierzero Business Internet came and completed the installation within two weeks. We are now running super fast and steady internet speed for 1/2 the monthly cost from the previous service providers.Tierzero Business Internet team is super friendly and informative. My unit was installed by Tim Konanski who was very professional and knowledgeable. For those of you who are fed up with costly and unstable ISP with poor customer service, I highly recommend Tierzero Business Internet.

Inconsistent service. For 259.00 per month I get 1.2mb service. I could make that work but the service stops working, slows way down during peek hours. I was promised 1.2 mb consistently, That has not been the case. I am very unhappy with the service.

I heard from a family friend to go out and try TierZero and I was very impressed at the showmanship at work. The representatives had a great deal of customer service and I was able to set up everything normally as far as my network goes. All my interface and internet connections are fast and I love what I have going for me and my business from what TierZero did for me. I would definitely recommend them for their service!

THE WORST PROVIDER. Our phone lines have constant interruption, on numerous occasions Ive wasted hours of my day on the phone with support trying to resolve the issues. It took over a week to resolve the disaster of switching our service over (we were forced into a contract that was initially supposed to be month to month because Tierzero bought out our old provider, then a day before our former services shut off date were told we were actually required to sign a year long contract if we didnt want our service to go down permanently.) We were told that after our initial issues they would switch us over to a more reliable platform, but weve still had interruption. Weve lost business as a result of not being able to call customers and customers calling in only to receive a busy signal. Im currently on hold with support for THE SECOND time in ONE DAY because our fax line has now gone down and we are unable to receive orders via fax, and they just dropped the call. I honestly suspect that the majority of the positive feedback on this page is fake because I have no idea how anyone would want to trust their business services to this company.

Last year I had the opportunity to try out TierZero and I was very impressed! The service was incredible and I was able to receive a great business network. The internet has been fast and has never experienced any problems what so ever. Even though I was a little bit scared about switching my internet service to TierZero, I was so glad I did in the end.
