It was refreshing to experience great customer service. Often times as a black man in today’s world I experience lack luster service. But Victoria was great, very knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in helping me. A true beautiful person inside and out.To be specific, I wanted an iPhone 12 pro in gold. Victoria informed me they were out of stock. After a few minutes, Victoria remembered that a customer hadn’t picked up there’s. So she called them and asked if they were still interested in the phone because today was the last day she could hold it and there was a customer who wanted it. He gave Victoria permission to sell the iPhone to me.

Is it possible to give this location less than one star? From the store manager to the district manager...what an awful experience!!! The store manager was patient enough to help us open a business account, but after that she promised to return calls, but not thoughtful/respectful enough to do so...at least not until the district manager got involved. One apology from the district manager seemed to be sufficient, but when I tried to contact the district manager with a question, she hung up on me!!! Not sure what kind of customer service training management receives, but I promise NEVER to step foot in this location again!!!Im wondering if the response from the Owner is an automated response!!! I reached out by email to Victra April 15th and multiple times after that! Incredible! Today is the 25th!!! STILL NO RESPONSE???!!!!

Ivan was incredible! I came to purchase the new iPhone 12 and he walked me through the application and set up process with ease. He was extremely patient even through application hiccups. I am definitely making this my local Verizon location and will be back.

In my recent experience upgrading from an Iphone 7 to the new Iphone12 - I found the 2 young men that assisted me not upfront. They were dishonest about the trade in value (Apple did not receive my phone and offer a higher amount as I was told would happen) there were hidden fees tacked onto my bill which Verizon kindly cancelled. Other items were pushed on me such as an expensive glass protector - ugh, I wish in hindsight I had made an appt. at a different location. Buyer beware and be sure to check your bill afterwards for even more fees!

I had the worst experience trying to buy a phone at this store on Sepulveda. Vicky does not have any customer service skills. It is obvious she doesn’t care about her job or customers. I understand the situation we are going through, but this is not an excuse to:Give me different answers every time I asked about my plan.Tell me until the last minute that she didn’t have the phone I was looking for in-store.Not to answer my calls. Only when I called from a different number, Vicky would answer the phone.Tell me that if I get a phone color I didn’t like, it would be at the store the next day (just tell me sooner than the one you want, but don’t say the next day) and then 3, 4 days after the phone supposedly has not arrived.Tell me that the phone has not arrived when I see with the tracking number that the phone was delivered and confirmed by FEDEX that they delivered the package.All this with a nasty attitude. Needless to say, I had to cancel my order.

I used to go to this store because they had great customer service where the other stores in the area had us ready to switch providers. I was so happy to stumble upon this place but the last two times it has been a totally different group of employees than the ones that I used to base recommendations on. My visit prior to this one was with a colleague who needs a new phone and plan. They dropped the ball in every way (spent half the time talking about how the Note 7 catches fire and trying to upsell a 75yr old on data xtras) and I wound up apologizing to the person Id brought there for how sketchy of an experience it was.One of a kind experience today, however. An obviously intoxicated Verizon employee was working at this store. Arrived at 7:35pm after confirming online and in Google Maps that the store is open until 8pm (except Sundays, and today is Friday). Door was locked with two sales associates inside along with a customer at the counter. The store posts the hours at the front door (9AM-8PM), so when one of the staff came to the door, unlocked it, stood in the doorway with a drink in his hand, smelling strongly of liquor, explaining how they actually close at 7PM now and they should really change the sign. OK, whatever. I point out that the sign does, indeed say that they are open, and that their own website and the whole www says they are open until 8PM and the man actually tries to send me to another Verizon store somewhere down the street (he actually pointed). He also said we had talked on the phone (nope) and said he remembered me from earlier in the week (was there last year in November last) and so much other nonsense. Never made it in, havent been back and thats ok.*Update 2-25-2017I received a timely response and apology from the owner of this store. +1

Headed into a retailer a few days better Christmas is not my idea of a good time. But, I wanted to upgrade my phone...I’m so glad I did! Joel was incredibly helpful, patient and extremely nice. The store wasn’t busy so the whole process was painless. Highly recommend!

I am changing my review as the Store owner (Rob) called me and we spoke about why I had left a negative review. I told him I felt that I was taken advantage of and that their was not full disclosure during my transaction. He was very professional about the whole situation and understood where I was coming from as we were speaking. He then gave me credit on my account due to the mix-up and the lack of communication. While I was not thrilled with my first encounter, however Rob went above and beyond to help me and my situation. He cares about the customers and how we are treated, which was comforting to hear (hence the phone call). I thank Rob for being a great person both morally and from a business standpoint. This store will help you in any situation, and I really appreciated what they did for me. I will definitely go back to this store. Give it a visit.

Easy to see off the street parking free in the back.one concern upon walking into the door they ask for your cellphone number. I only wanted someone there to show me on my cellphone how to change the time zone. Why would you need my digits.

I flew in last night and while I was waiting to board my SIM card stopped working. After I landed I visited this store and despite the line the associate worked quickly, was extremely patient and professional with a difficult customer in front of me, let me use the phone to call my mom and tell her i had arrived in California safely, and got my phone working again. Total lifesaver!!

Visited this store in early April, needing to replace two broken phones. During my visit, the sales rep gave me two FREE tablets as a gift. Upon receiving my monthly Verizon bill, however, I learned that the free tablets were anything but free. So far, I have been charged $126.90 for activation and have been informed that I will be charged $20 per month, per tablet for the additional line and insurance. My complaints to the executive management have not been returned in the week since I contacted them with this complaint. Do NOT do business with this store. They are crooks! Friendly crooks, perhaps, but crooks nonetheless.UPDATE (6/02/16): Still have not received ANY response from the management/ ownership of this Verizon outlet. Have sent e-mails to both the Regional Manager and District Manager and have not received a reply. Do NOT do business with this establishment.

While the first phone interaction with Mark the sales associate was pleasant, the customer service I received in store was awful. I was informed that in order to purchase the only iPhone 7 left in stock, that I would be forced to purchase it with an accessory bundle. I figured that was an expensive convenience fee; however, I was also informed that I would receive a “free” tablet. Last I checked, free meant no expense paid. This tablet came with 4G LTE and a sim card thus enacting a 2-year contract. I was tricked into a 2-year obligation that will cost me more monthly. It would have been more professional to pay full attention to the customer instead of trying to cut corners and help multiple persons at once. If these terms were explained outright, I would have left that store instantly. I am really displeased, and dumbfounded how this store can treat customers this way.Additionally, I did contact the store asking for information on the return. I am entitled to a full return within the 14-day period, but not before being charged $75 per device. Meaning I will be out $150 for both the iPhone 7 and the tablet (that I never wanted).I understand that this is just a specific Verizon franchise store, and not directly connected to the corporation, but this display of poor customer service is enough to push long time customers away.

Walked in and walked out in 10 minutes. I was there to renew my contract, but keep my 6 and they immediately started trying to sell me the iPhone 7 - which I mentioned repeatedly that I didnt want because its too expensive for my budget. They didnt listen, instead citing all the money Id be saving with a trade-in and installment plan. When I asked to see some literature to even get a handle on their pitch, the sales clerk said I could just go to the website - so I said I would and left.I already resent buying the 6, and dont want the 7. I didnt like being hard sold on a product I cant afford and no efforts made to try to save me money on a new contract. When the guy looked up my customer - he could see Id been a Verizon customer for 6 years.

I didnt realize this was not a Verizon store. I was there a long time just to get a new phone also was talked in to getting the liquid screen protector. The guy guaranteed it would protect the phone. I have never had a phone crack and my brand new phone just cracked. I would not go back to this store. I would stay with a Verizon store. The guys are not as knowlegable about plans and policies.

How does a retail establishment have an employee work alone that doesnt know how to process all types of transactions?Instead of being able to pick up a pre-order that was promised ready, Ill have to make a second trip and hope that there will be someone that can help.3/11/16 Update:I went during my lunch break in an attempt to pick up my pre-order (Galaxy S7) and after 30 minutes of waiting at the register and with a box with my name on it, I was told my phone wasnt going to be in until 3PM. Now Ill have to make a third trip tonight.Brandon is helpful and friendly, at least. Brandon was the one who initially called me to tell me the phone was in. Im not sure why Im being given the run around.

This place scammed and robbed me. They told me I had to put money down to get phone and that I would get free assesories like a case and screen protector. That my down payment was for phone. Verizon told me none of the 115 went towards phone they pocketed the money! Fraud!!! Please stay away from this place. They were super friendly but remember if they werent they wouldnt be good at ripping people off!

The employees here are very knowledgeable about their products, and they literally make it a point to make sure you know exactly what you want and what youre looking for, customer service like that should be everywhere!I called by phone to make sure they were legit and make it easier for me to say No in case they tried to over-sell me on things but this wasnt the case at all, the guy there Travis was very helpful, wasnt pushy in the least, very respectful and a great seller. The Verizon that used to be at this location before this new one moved in had made bad impression to me because the store manager and their eomployees didnt really care about what I was looking for, nor did they even try to talk to me when I walked in, no Hello or anything!Im glad I gave VZ another chance =) Come here!!

I walked into this store thinking I was not able to afford one of the Samsung Galaxy SIII. Not only was I able to get the phone I wanted I got the jet pack WiFi as well. The service was impeccable and me not being techno savvy they hooked my laptop up to my jet pack. So if you want a great phone at a great price come see the people at the Verizon store on Manchester in Westchester.
