I signed a 36 month contract with them in July 2016. I’ve been paying my bill every month since then. My server crashed last Thursday, July 5th, 2018. So I called keepitsafe and said hey I need to restore my data from last Tuesday night. The tech tells me he has no Acct for me. Huh!? After some digging he found my account was deactivated December 2017. I asked what they’ve been doing with the money. “Uh idk, you’ll have to talk to a sales rep.” So there’s no way to get my data that I’ve been paying to be backed up? “Nope.” We lost days worth of X-rays and data. I do not recommend using this business.
