Excellent internet service. I never had a problem. Best of all was my cancellation experience.I dont need Internet at my office space because I have my set-up at home now. When I called them to cancel it took all of 60 seconds....I wanna cancel...great, youre cancelled! No squeezing me for one more month, no hoops to jump through. Ethical, fair-minded businesses deserve 4 stars.
I have been to the gallery for a good number of events and am a fan. Great balance of art, music, and space. The drinks are decent, the crowd is friendly, and it is a few minutes walk from the Bart station. It is wonderful that they support emerging artists as well!
Great service blah blah. 4 stars because I am moving out, called to end my account, and the service rep noticed I had paid in advance thru March and refunded the full amount without me prompting. Great honest group of folks.
TelePacific Communications is freaking awesome. Ive never had any problem with the service, its blazing fast (the 100Mbps is really 100Mbps, both up and down -- no kidding), they dont throttle, there are no caps, and at $45 a month, its a bargain.In a nutshell, if you live or work in a building that is eligible for TelePacific Communications, youd be nuts not to use it.

A live and native speaking service rep from the Billing Dept is easily reached with no long waiting time. This is one of the pleasant experiences we have with Tele Pacific. Their reps are pleasant and professional. This company honors accounts with good payment history.
Trying to avoiding them as best as you can. Horrible customer service. Has no trouble-shooting ability. Never respect their customers. We were trying to disconnect the service. Guess what, they wouldnt allow us to disconnect just because they didnt receive authorization from the executives. When I was trying to reach their managers. They put me on hold for 20 mins and the same rep came and told me they are not available. Bullshit!!! Thats totally negligence!!!Never never doing business with them.
Just installed their new PBX Hosted VoIP system and its great. Voice quality is spectacular, almost sounds like the person is in the same room. No dropped calls, static, sound cutting in and out, or any other problems.
TelePacific uses unethical practices. We were looking to change services from our exiting telecom provider and negotiated a contract with the sales rep at which point they put me in contact with their installation team. At this stage, the install rep tried to add additional fees to what was originally agreed upon. I brought it to the sales reps attention and he said he would try to get them waived.This back and forth went on between the sales and install team without any sort of resolution or clarification on whether we could move forward with the contract as originally agreed. TelePacific was essentially not honoring the original agreement so I cancelled altogether.Two months later I received a bill for a $250 cancellation fee which they refuse to waive because their executive team has denied it. I see this as a complete scam. They negotiate one set of terms and at point of installation unilaterally change those terms and if you dont agree to them, they apply a cancellation fee for a service that was never installed.I have been in business for 30 years and this is just one of the worst experiences I have encountered. TelePacific Communications is nothing more than a bureaucratic shell looking to make a quick dollar without regard to service, ethics and fairness.
We have been with them for more than 20 years. VOIP is okay, but do not use their overpriced web/email hosting or their over priced internet. Someone from nevada telepaciifc office will try to rip you off. Our email account limit is 100 megabyte! and you pay 10 dollars for evay increment of like 10 megabytes(i may be wrong about the exact number of increment) but to pay hundreds of dollars for 100 megabytes and pay extra for minute increments in this day in age, just use dreamhost or even godaddy as they do not charge you for email space and theirs is more than 2 GIGS!
Rip Off: Stay away from this company called TELEPACIFIC.. I have canceled there service since 8/14/2012..Its 1/24/2013 and I still have not received my refund of $790+I just called and was told 1 should receive a check in 8 weeks...Very poor service

Keep getting scam Chinese calls that mostly use this VOiP carrier. Very annoying.

Can I give no stars? This organization has poor leadership as is apparent in the way they fail to instruct their front line to assist customers when the customer has needs. The message from my Account manager/supervisor.... not our job, please call....someone else
Warning do not do business with these people, service is horriable, then when you do close your account and have a credit balance due, you cant get it!!!! all you get is the run around!!! requested refund on 08/23/13 from credit balance on invoice dated 06/09/13....was told on 08/23/14 it should take 90 days ....was approved in 12/16/13 and sent accounts payable where it has apparently disappered???? called on 04/08/2014 that they would check on it???????????????????????????????????????????????JUST DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
