Just great service. They used to be Cyberverse, then became Evocative, and now VPLS. Despite all these transitions, theyve managed to keep alot of the same great staff and by extension the same great service. Good job!
I would give them NO stars if I could. Ive had an outage for 2 days now - no tech support number. If you open a ticket - no one responds for hours if at all. Call the main number and get passed around with no answers. I HAVE NEVER had service or customer service this bad EVER! My business is being held hostage! OH but they had no problem invoicing and billing me yesterday WHILE my service is out.
Evocative Data Centers. Is flat out the bestI am moving and the only thing I wish was going with me is my Evocative Data Centers internet service.I never had a problem. How many things can you say that about
Love this ISP. Super friendly, quick customer service. Didnt have a single downtime in ~5 months with them, and the price cant be beat. Unfortunately Im moving and have to return to Comcast :(
This building houses City and County facilities...why such lock-down tactics? I had an appointment in the building on one floor and noticed a friend worked on another. I thought I would surprise her, take her to lunch.I got the surprise when I was asked by security to leave the building. I had an I.DTag, but I guess they color code the floors.We pay for this...building, utilities to run it, and salaries that fill it. Why so much keep us out security?WHO ARE YOU TRYING TO SECURE???Parking is an arm...and a leg...in the building next door...this building has NONE!So much for Government of, for, and by the people!

Good security and the new owners & property management company have been great so far (stylish lobby remodel, free food events for tenants, beautiful holiday decorations) 👍
