Great customer service and great internet provider. nice to have actual humans to talk to. the installation serviceman was friendly and efficient. customer service feels like regular folks - not like talking to a robot. fast speeds and no hidden service charges.

Fast set up, and very fast connection! Its my first day with the service, but calling them up and scheduling the appointment was very fast and painless. Great internet speed and cant-beat pricing. The two technicians who came over to get me connected, Devin and Jad were really competent, excellent at customer service, and a pair of rad humans to boot. They got my service connected very quickly.

Cogent Communications Los Angeles is a wonderful local internet provider. Good pricing; moderate speed (residential), and no contract. Their customer service is top of the line, service you dont get from big boys like Comcast and AT&T.

Wow, finally getting rid of DSL. I am getting 50 Mbs up and down. Two guys came over to install, we haggled over where to put the little dish and it actually came out fine! One little problem, I had to reset my Cisco Wireless router to get it not to do DHCP. which is different from DSL. After a call to the office, they explained it to me, and everything is great!

Seamless installation. Arranged a week ahead for a 2 PM install. The technician Neil Sigua called at noon and said he could come by earlier at 1 PM, if that worked with me. It did, he came over. Fifteen minutes later I have blazing fast internet. Great technicians and the uptime has not been problematic yet

Been dealing with a speed issue since I signed up this past June and was on the verge of leaving the company..... Then on the morning of February 15th in walks my guy Devin. He not only fixed my lost signal, but went the extra mile to relocate my router, resulting in a spike of connection speed! I jumped from dealing with sluggish 15mps to a blazing 70mps!! Up here in the high desert you sister company Wisprenn gives its customers the absolute worst in download speeds for the most outrageous price. for 60 bucks a month I get ping 166 download 1.6 upload .70 Its the night of Game of thrones world Premier I got my HBO NOW to watch it.... but wait there is a problem... for every 30 seconds of watching the show i have to buffer 2 min and stare at a screen that says please wait! Not at all what I call High tech this reminds me of internet from the early 90s with a twist it cost more and is less reliable... and there is a cap to their UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD. To where an average home cant get full internet through out the month it has to be slowed down? This is bull and I am Calling and your ENTIRE COMPANY OUT. DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE OR LOOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER FOREVER.
