Fast set up, and very fast connection! Its my first day with the service, but calling them up and scheduling the appointment was very fast and painless. Neil Sigua came by and had me set up in under 20 minutes, and the speed is great for the price! Excited to be in a Paper Airplanes supported building :)

Ive been waiting a year for this! Today Derek W. came at the appointed time, began work, and then was called away (the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5). He returned several hours later, quickly hooked us up, placed eero repeaters in dead spaces, and weve got really really really fast internet! Derek was professional and we are incredibly happy to have Paper Airplanes.

I love Paper Airplanes!! I always hated having to use Comcast, which is expensive, has constant outages and also forces you to take cable TV... But there didnt seem to be much else available in terms of high speed internet... Until I found Paper Airplanes! The installation process was great and their tech guy made sure everything was working for me before he left. Now I have fast upload/download speeds at 30% of what I used to pay with Comcast. Couldnt be happier!

These guys are the best. Friendly, well priced, and the connection is fantastic.Dont go with Comcast if you can get this.

Internet Service has become quite the necessity in life, and internet providers are as common as coffee shops, well, Paper Airplanes is the artisan gourmet coffee of ISPs. When I found that Paper Airplanes served my building I signed up and had service very quickly. There is nothing as exciting as taking your cable modem and handing it back to the cable company and saying Id like to cancel my service! Top notch service Paper Airplanes!

Spectacular ISP with great service and fantastic speeds.

With Paper Airplanes, internet speeds are blazing. I had something like 80 down, 50 up. The one time service went down, tech support called me back in 10 minutes, explaining that PG&E had cut power to one of their routers and that Paper Airplanes techs were there and overseeing restoration of service. True to their word, the net was back up within 20 minutes.
