Employers are not to kind to their employees when it comes to overtime, Mrs. B. Ahmad refuse to pay overtime when you are due. Her philosophy is I will not pay overtime when you are due overtime, I do not believe in overtime. Your overtime pay is mine. Mrs. B Ahmad is slow on Bonuses and when you have to use your own money to fill the companies trucks for gas, this is due to her not paying her bills on time. Mrs. B. Ahmad will ask you at time to hold on depositing your check or cashing it, this also due to NO money in the companies Account. The company Trucks are Nickeled and Dimed to keep them going. Mr. P. Ahmad is very insulting to his employees if you try to explain something and making you feel like a idiot at time and treats you like a child. Mrs. B. Ahmad is also a back stabber when it come to employment of others, if you work for her and she has a friend that she want to work for her, she will come up with a excuse to replace you for her friend. They feel that Christmas Bonuses are due when they feel like it, but they sure know who to take many vacations during the year and sure know how to spend your bonuses. When it comes to Thanksgiving Week and Christmas Week they love too close shop and make sure that you are out those two weeks pay. I have tried to get over time while I worked for them and was told by Mrs. B. Ahmad, Tuff luck even though I had proof that it was due to me. When it come to getting Unemployment both Mr. & Mrs. Ahmad will fight you tooth and nail to prevent you from getting it with lies and unsigned disciplinary report without giving you a copy for your record. They are not very friendly with their employees, my suggestion would be is to look for other employment with another company that has respect for your work and a human being.

Made an appointment but they did not show up. Called to reschedule but the response was they were to busy to talk. Definitely would not use!!

Horrible company no communication at all!
