The home was absolutely lovely! We enjoyed cooking in that kitchen and dining by the pool. It was perfect!
Natural Retreats is a very organized, professional, and attentive company if youre looking for upscale properties to rent for get-aways. We stayed at Twin Palms and the property was meticulous maintained and the experience was first rate. I highly recommend Natural Retreats.
This company is not customer centric. They cancelled a reservation and are now refusing to give a refund on over $3,000 investment. NEVER will I do business with them again and strongly recommend that you do not either. SHAME ON YOU!
Buyer beware, you will be treated horribly. I had Ron Willison from Beau Monde handle my rental, we discussed all T&Cs clearly --verbally and written-- so there would be no ambiguity, kept copies of all messages. The day Willison was handed keys to manage my unit he told the previous property manager he had to go to a party and did not have time to go over the premises with him, that he already knew where everything was. I had two sets of tenants during early 2019. The first couple could not turn the TV on with a basic remote control. Willison said they were old and made fun of them hinting it was their fault, rather than recognizing he never explained to them how the TV works. In February my second set of tenants got a parking violation with a notice saying their car would be towed if left parked there another 24 hours. Upon reaching Willison I let him know the tenants never received instructions on where to park their vehicle. Tenants also had no idea they were not to use one of the pools in the complex because of HOA rules. Same tenants locked themselves out as Willison again failed to explained what keys were for what doors. During this time Willison showed no interest in helping to resolve the issue. Instead, he bragged about bouncing from one social gathering to another, insulted my previous property manager who did us a great favor by opening the door to tenants while Willison berated him. Both sets of tenants were also highly dissatisfied, yet Willison continued acting cynically and with lack of empathy as he was too bothered or too important for anyone. Thereafter, on three different occasions I asked Willison how many keys he had received from previous property manager, as there was a discrepancy in the number. Rather than a simple answer, all three times he seemed evasive and unwilling to confirm. His favorite response was OYYY for every question I would ask. At this time I realized I needed to get these clowns from Beau Monde out of my property. I calculated their pay and was in the process of sending a check around the 10th of the month (payment usually sent after the month cycles). I received horrible messages from Willison saying that he needed the money he upfronted ($50,whoa!, talk about living paycheck to paycheck!). I had assured him check was being delivered and mailed to him. I then asked new property manager if he could get keys from Willison. When he called the business asking nicely for the keys, Willison slammed the phone at him hanging up without even knowing him, proceeded with messages asking for an extra $80 that he felt he was entitled to for picking up an item at Lowes that was already paid for. Ron Willison was abusive to my new property manager, to my previous manager, to both sets of tenants, took possession of our keys in what he thought would be holding us hostage, all this while tenants were staying in the unit. In a casual conversation he threw his own workers under the bus alluding they were shallow as they would receive instructions and they would still call him for answer. Since locks at my rental unit hadnt been changed in several years, we decided simply to change them, a very simple procedure, and flush Willison down the drunk sewer where he belongs. I will never deal with this company or these jokes again!
This company is horrible! DO NOT book through them. They have robbed consumers of their money during a pandemic. They should be ashamed of their customer service and responsiveness to this situation.
If i could post this review with zero stars I would, but you have to select one so therefore they get one. This company does not take the customer into consideration. With all that is going on in the world right now they will not issue refunds, they will not let you book outside of your current window, they will also not even guarantee their absurd credit to be followed through on. It is a shame when companies do not put the customer first.
