Nothing but good things to say about Brenda. Shes been amazing at talking care of my teeth. She gave me pointers on how to better take care of them, floss, and shes super nice and friendly.Not to mention that Dr.Kim has been amazing. Takes time to walk me through whats going on regarding my treatments, helpful, and sweet while making sure Im comfortable during any treatment.Staff have all been friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really got lucky being able to find them when I had a dental emergency and have been coming back since.So much appreciation and thanks!

I love this place! It was a great experience since we walked in. Marlene was very pleasant and comforting. My kids have been scared to go back to the Dentist due to a prior incident at another dental office but she made sure to make them feel comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and I was very thankful that as a mother of 3, they were able to get them in all in 1 day. They were all very friendly and very professional. Washington Dental is amazing — when it comes to scamming, lying and being unprofessional.One star doesn’t even express my anger with how Washington Dental was on the verge of ruining my teeth and they were trying to charge me close to $10,000 for it.I trusted this dental office to help me with my teeth but they have the worst communication with each other and most of them don’t even know what they’re doing or what’s going on with their patients.At first, you’ll get lured in because of the free consultation and nice people making you feel welcome but the more you work with them you will realize that they don’t care at all about your teeth. They just want your money and they want to charge you thousands of dollars extra.Before starting with this Dental office, I 100% guarantee that you will find other dental offices, high end, professional, clean and WAY CHEAPER than them. You should see what other dental offices or orthodontics have compared to them for such a low price. Other Orthodontics don’t even charge annual fees or interests. For example, they want to charge people $500+ for braces removal when other dental offices are charging $100-$250 max.Washington Dental is so outdated with their contracts and system, it’s embarrassing that they’re even competing with others. By the way, did you know legally you should always be getting a copy of contracts or receipt that youre signing? Washington Dental doesnt do that because they want to hide it from you.They tried to scam me into almost $10k to fix my teeth when other dental offices said $3k max. They were about to remove 2 of my teeth without proper consultation or discussion. Then I was told “I dont’ know. We’re not sure but maybe in the future we will remove more.” I spoke to 2 travel Orthodontists in this office and they had completely different opinions and none of them contacted each other.I also put $1k down for my wisdom teeth removal but it was never reported to my lending company because they decided to pocket that money.Apparently the Orthodontist only comes once a month in this dental office and what work will you get done then? One time I had an appointment and they canceled because they said actually he won’t be coming until next month.There is so much more I’d like to say about this disgusting and horrible dental office but I will be keeping the rest for the investigation.THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DENTAL OFFICES IN CALIFORNIA.If you’re unhappy with their service, they will force you to pay apparently 40% or higher of your plan. Isn’t that just stupid? It doesn’t matter if they didn’t actually perform the services they needed to, THEY WILL STILL FORCE YOU TO PAY.I hope you all see who they really are.

Overall great experience, entering the office I was greeted by the front desk. The process was seamless. The dentists are gentle, they communicate and are honest about treatment needed. They lay it out for you in their treatment plan and are great with scheduling. Two thumbs up, they are highly recommended in my book.

Wow how nice that the reception help yall with yall tooth replacement due to domestic violence lucky it was a baby tooth so I have my original tooth they should help me with my replacement I got braces instead for my treatment how nice wish I had the 1,500 instead I paid approximately 6,000 for my braces treatment and they said I owe them about 1,000 i was berly able to afford but I am done with my treatment I got my tooth fix .

I came in for a consultation on my broken tooth and Vanessa helped me out and gave me a good discount. I am so happy with the help that was provided to me, everyone was so kind and helpful with explaining my procedure to me. I am referring all of my friends and family to this office.

Sure they do free consultation and x-ray but the ladies in the front sure have a lot to gossip about. You can hear everything they talk about because it’s just a thin glass blocking them... I over heard them asking an old client to write them a review because apparently they’re having some problems which now I understand why they deserve the bad ratings they have received in the past. The dental office itself is very small and it’s like a clinic. It is located in a very tiny plaza where it took me half an hour to get parking. The waiting room is small and there is no privacy in the back when they work on you. Even those dental assistants don’t seem to have enough respect for me because all they do is chat amongst each other. I was on the verge of giving one star but I think they deserve extra star for offering free things with their old and unsanitized machines. Thank you for trying to get me as a customer but I will not be doing business with you.

This dental office is near my work. Even through covid they have been clean and available. The ladies in the front are kind. I believe it is Vanessa and lisset. I usually just come in for my regular cleanings. I love my hygienist. There is free parking. Everything is computerized. And they accept my ppo insurance. It’s a nice office.

Great treatment at this place always

There was a couple of nice people working here like the x-ray technician but the communication amongst the staff was awful and disorganize. Called to make an appointment for a cleaning so I scheduled to the availability of the hygienist. After an hour of being there for the consultation of the dentist I was finally able to get a cleaning. Waited another hour for the hygienist only to find out from a staff member they want me to get more work done. After I said yes, the hygienist took another patient and I wouldve had to wait another hour. Everything seems all over the place here and I recommend going to another dental office who cares. Seems to be about the money here too with no knowledge of billing. Complete waste of time, dont go here.

Everyone in this office is amazing!The staff is great, very professional and personable. Dr’s genuinely care about you as a patient and give you advice/ recommendations that will benefit you and not him ( like other dentists I’ve had in the past).I’ve been coming here since I first moved to Los Angeles 5 years ago, and I love how the changed the office everything is new and well kept.

Every member of the staff is welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Going to the dentist can be nerve racking but here you will feel comfortable. They explain to you what is going on with your dental health in detail. They are very straight forward with everything that is happening and don’t rush you out of the office like some places will do. I am happy to have found a trustworthy place to continue my dental care.

Thank you Washington Dental!!I came in today due to a terrible tooth ache I had over the weekend. I called several dental offices and I figured they might be closed due to this covid 19 situation. Washington dental was the only office who called me back. They scheduled me to come in today in the morning. They offered me different financing options and they applied promo codes to get the best deal possible. Just moved to LA and am trying to find a solid dentist. This place is not good. Beat up office & the dental chairs you’re in have no privacy walls really so you can see other people during their appointments. And there’s not many places for the workers to hide from the X-rays. The woman dentist had bad teeth and her breath smelled rank. She breathed into my mouth while examining me. I was horrified. She also managed to spit on my face a bit while talking. I only got X-rays and an exam done and they said they could not do a cleaning which I really needed. Also, I have never heard of a place that uses any sort of numbing drugs to do cleanings and requires two separate appts to clean one side of the mouth and then the other. Very, very disappointed especially after seeing all the good reviews on here and yelp.Also, when you switch to a completely different office because this place is terrible, Washington Dental will try to charge you $35 to send your X-rays.

Doctors and staff are amazing! I came in for a free checkup and a consultation and the front office girls work with me and gave me affordable payment plans. Cant wait to start my treatment next week.
