High quality work and very polite assistants and doctors. HOWEVER, the people at the front are rude, inconsiderate of the patients time, and overworked. I went in 20 kinutes early to an appointment and Yes Dental had me wait over an hour to have a 1 minute conversation and then didnt even do what I was under the impression the appointment was for. When I tried to contest it, the scheduling staff just said No youre wrong

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I made an appointment for cleaning at 1 pm and came on time then the dentist checked on me and he left! Then the assistant said ok let make another appointment to your cleaning!!! The hygienist and the dentist don’t have time they have patients. WOW . Who i am ? I am a patient too I make an appointment and waste about 1 and half hour. They are not respect people’s time they don’t care also! I will never come to them again and not a recommended place to anyone. They might care if you have an important case! But for cleaning they are wasting people’s time because it’s not a thing!!!

The ladies who are at the front desk have a very heavy attitude and answer questions with an arrogant attitude. !! And even worse when you dont speak English, whenever you have to change to a friendlier staff

Im writing this review a year after visiting them... they discouraged me to doing anything because of the treatments they told me I needed... one after the other.... for example they said I would need a tooth removed just to remove my wisdom teeth Nd then a bone graph for the hole... they said I needed like multiple root canels and cavities done.. I was depressed because it was gonna cost 1000 even with insurance... I finally came to a point where it was necessary to get somthing done.. I live in Denver now and the doctor removed my wisdom teeth with no other stories of what I needed.... this place will scam you if you let them!!! Be careful and if you wanna save ur time avoid this place

Went in for my cleaning and was able to get in and out on schedule. The hygienist Nancy, was gentle, friendly, and very helpful. I was overdue, but she didnt make me feel bad. My daughter also went in for a cleaning and she too was taken care of rather quickly and with a smile.I will be back.Thank you!

Once again it is that time to see my dentist ... I always fear showing up but at Yes Dental the doctors and staff make me feel at ease. They are so amazing they also helped my friend that was looking for an emergency dentist that accepted medical. She called several dentist near by but they did not accept her plan. They offer payment plans which we both took advantage of. After all the work was completed they gave us complimentary whitening. Thank you Yes Dental!

It felt like a look time to hear that my braces were going to come of and now my time has come. The people hear are all so kind and helpful in many ways one of them has the same birthday as me. I was sacred at first, but throughout the months I have became comfortable with the people that work here.

I had excellent treatment from Yes Dental. The staff is wonderful and highly competent. It’s clear that they care about their patients and their overall welfare. I especially appreciate that the dentist took the time to explain things to me so I really understood what was going on. I’ve gone to several dentists over the years and this is by far the best. I recently fell and got an anterior tooth injury, its piece broke off. The next day I had an important business meeting planned, and I could not appear at it in this state, so I made an appointment urgently. Dr. Arash promptly helped me and restored the tooth defect; as a result, I did not even notice the difference between the tooth before the injury / after restoration. Definitely the best emergency dentist.

My previous dentist just retired so I needed someone who could take care of a filling I’ve needed for awhile. I called a few places but Yes Dental had the nicest front desk staff and got me the quickest appointment. When I arrived I was taken in quickly, very little waiting around and their dentist was both very kind and got my filling done quickly and painlessly. I will be coming to them from now on. Definitely a 5 Star experience!

Okay the people at the front desk are really nice but everything about this place is extremely jankey. No windows, barred doors, and homeless tents outside. The chairs for dental work are lined up right next to each other in the same room - very bad for hygiene and just asking to spread infection. I went in for a cleaning but instead waited an hour and was told the hygienist already left (while I was waiting). They instead charged me for a consultation after taking a lot of x-rays I didnt want. They took a panoramic as well as each tooth individually and said the dentist wouldnt see me if I didnt get them. Turns out they werent necessary and 2 weeks later I receive a surprise bill for the x-rays and the consultation. Not to mention the amount of unnecessary radiation exposure I got from each x-ray; there is a reason the dental board doesnt recommend needless x-rays.

The best experience i have ever had. The staff is really nice and attentive they ask about how your feeling and seems to really care about their patients and also they dont hassle you about payments.....! I started visiting Yes dental in september of 2019 because of some major work i needed done on my teeth ..... Aracely and everyone else were so helpful in setting up appointments and making sure i was getting the proper procedures done and i greatly appreciated their services thanks!!

Good location and very nice facilities. The office has pretty cool and advanced technology and its beautiful inside. I am a neat freak and like everything clean and starting from the bathroom to the dental rooms they are all very clean. My family comes here too and everyone is happy. I know that they have payment plans too so that is nice. The exams and xrays are also free for new patients.

I really enjoyed this dentist. Normally I am afraid of the dentist but here they are very friendly and do everything they can to make you comfortable. I had a silver crown on one of my back teeth. The orthodontist told me that the crown could affect my health seeing how it was made from mercury and that the mercury could flow through my blood stream. I instantly asked could it be removed and they did. They replaced the mercury crown with a regular crown. When I went to the dentist they always accommated my knee that had a torn ligament. They would put pillows under my leg all the time. The office manager Arecelly is a nice young lady and Dr. H is the best. This is a very nice and neat dentist. All office staff are polite and try to make your visit as pleasant as possible. I have my entire family going there. NO BAD DENTIST EXPERIENCE TO ME HERE!!! Love this dentist. And to my surprise, based on the reviews, I’m not the only one who’s experienced this behavior. I immediately called back and cancelled my appointment!UPDATE: I’m not sure who left a response to my review. But to lie and say I screamed and had bad behavior is truly bizarre and actually inaccurate. I called to cancel my appointment as a courtesy when I could have just not showed. I went for an examination and the doctor told me I need some cleaning and theyll ask my insurance for approval. When I got to my appointment there ware A LOT (be aware!!!) of Consent forms. People read them carefully before you initial or sign them!!!!! I found out they ware trying to make me consent to Periodontitis .. something the doctor never informed me about at the consultation. I asked for defails and realized I didnt had the symptoms and when I told them I dont want this invasive treatment until I get a second opinion from another doctor they tried to charge me for canceling the appointment and then sign papers consenting that I was informed of Periodontitis before (so they can Rob the insurance) . ALSO on those consent papers they have a section where they try to make us sign to agree to allow the dentist to do Whatever they want once youre on that chair during ONE procedure, without consulting with the patient before. Which was the exact case with my diagnostic. I was not explained about periodontist but they ware trying to trick me to consent to having it without being explained what it was at the consultation. And if you decline, they become very rude.Update: Forgot to say. I did not have Periodontitis at all. Checked it after in other dental place. So, beware😉

If you are looking for a good Oral Surgeon for dental implants Doctor Arash Hakhamian is the one.I had upper implants, which I think are more difficult to do, because they have to meet perfectly with my lower teeth.DR. Arash stayed with me till I was completely satisfied.Due to a fracture on my lower back I am not able to lie down flat on my back DR. Arash managed to work around me, not once did he complaint about the inconvenience I cause him.The staff is very nice and friendly.I have to give a shout out to Lidia, Aracely, and Jaz for being very understanding of my Medical Problem.

I was in search of a new dentist because my other dentist was overcrowded. I needed a deep cleaning at the time and was so excited when I received a coupon for a cleaning! I went in and everyone was so sweet to me! Its really never crowed--they get you in and you come out quickly with no mess!

Was on a vacation when my tooth was hurting asked for an x-ray they said to be a $10 charge. then I told them I just need to send it to my doctor to be able to see what they say when I get back in town and they want to charge me an extra $50 to do so what a rip off. They wanted to keep my x-ray when I’m never going to go back there ever again. few times I called that ask questions I was just getting attitude from side and they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes.

Let me start by saying that normally I hate the dentist but that being said I really couldn’t have found a better place than Yes Dental. They are compassionate and very gentle. Both the hygienists and the dentist are great. I didn’t feel any anxiety at all. I really can’t say enough good things about Yes Dental. I would recommend them to everyone!!

So far Ive been having a good experience on my dental work. From teeth cleaning, teeth filling and bridge all has been done with very little pain or no pain at all they even help me to increase my credit to alot and now Im able to get the work that I need on my teeth done.Thanks to the staff and doctors who have been treating me very well. Everyone has different experiences u cant expect them to have 100% or 5 stars from every patient no one is perfect and a dental visit isnt always a good thing depends on what youre going to have done on your teeth but as for me its been quite well. Dr. Arash is the man. Ive had braces twice and still didnt like my smile. I came in for a consult and I could tell right away he was a pro. I had a terrible experince at this place a year and a half ago. I always wanted to put a review, but never had chance. I would never recommend my family and friends. They do whatever tests they like for you and once you pay them, get ready for the service you will receive. They charged me for a test never requested, one of the front cashier gave me anasty attitude and that is why decided to cancelled everything and get my money back. The owner or manager never had professionalism to talk to me or communicate with me to find out a reason the cancellation.Also they think they own the parking outside their business telling people that strangers walk around and damage cars or try to open them If you park there.You guys dont own that parking outside anyone can park there. Thats for the public for the people we pay taxes. Respect whoever park there.If you guys dont want to provide a good service at your bussiness, stop telling people that not park there outside!!!

This dental office is top of the line, from the décor, to the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is exceptionally accommodating and they have gone the extra mile to explain every question and concern I had very thoroughly and in detail.I felt comfortable with Dr. Arash who is very honest and humble. This office is the worst. I went to this office for an estimate for my daughters braces, and my husband and I got the x-rays done. They give us a price of 5286 dollars on top of what my insurance was going to pay which is 4500 dollars. I felt that they were overcharging me for the treatment so when Janet called I inform her I do not want the treatment anymore. They did not explain me the amount that I needed to pay for each treatment, and the amount that my insurance was going to pay. They did not give me any documents for the treatment plan, and I request my x-rays to be email, and until now I have not received them. Theycharge my account the 5286, and they only refunded 4445. Now they want to charge me 841 dollars. 450 dollars for diagnostic cast, 150 for panaramic x-ray, 200 for 2d cephalometric geographic, 50 2d oral facial pholographic image. I do not recommend this office. Do you think the prices are fair? On top of them overcharging me, they were very unprofessional and rude. I have been dealing with this issue since October 2018.

We used to love the service here but honestly it has changed so much I took my mother their for some work she needs done they gave her too much anesthesia she felt she need it air .she couldnt let anyone know cause they gave her a dentist and assistant that didnt speak Spanish at all 😔. They have great dentist but with the lack of professionalism they treat you and changing your dentist on every visit is not worth it 😡

Last year I moved back to the US after living overseas for nearly two decades. Trying to find a good dental clinic in Los Angeles was a year long process. I was so relieved to be greeted with such friendly and helpful people at Yes Dental. Dr. Arash was so nice! He really knows his stuff and since at some point I am going to need a custom mouth guard for my boxing lessons I was really happy to know that his clinic makes mouthguards for the entire USC football team. Their location is really easy to find and has a good pick up and drop off area for Lyft/Uber. Id definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a dental center in the downtown/USC area.

So either I really love Dr. Arash Hakhamian or Im just a glutton for pain. Ive followed Dr. Arash to 3 dental offices now. So he must be doing something right. Yes Dental is located over by USC. Its not the greatest area. But dont judge a book by its cover. They have the best state of the art equipment and technology. The instruments are always properly packaged and sterile and most of all, I love the openness of the workplace.Dr. Arashs approach is about educating his clients so we can make sound decisions. Throughout the years, not only has he been a professional provider I entrust with my health, but hes also become a great friend. Hes the most respectful kindhearted dentist I have ever met. The treatment he provides is gentle, personal and caters to your individual needs. I am so impressed by the quality of care he provides to each and every patient. Dr. Arash is an artist at what he does and as he puts it, hes very anal about everything. Dr. Arash prides himself at answering your questions completely and thoroughly and developing a strong, rewarding and lasting relationship with each patient.

At first all the staff are very friendly, but after a while they start treating you differently especially when you start asking how is my treatment going? They start treating you differently .. they give you the appointment at the time they want, they charge you $ 35 dollars if you do not cancel 24 hours before even if you have an emergency on the day of the appointment, they do not have ANYONE with whom to make a complaint. A CLEAN PLACE IS NO USE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE GIRLS IN FRONT ... I HAVE CHANGED ORTHODONTIST 4 TIMES. ... I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS SPENT MORE THAN 12,000.00 ON TREATMENT DESERVES SUCH TREATMENT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
