I honestly have no clue why there are some fake reviewers here. I LOVE Dr Shiva Ghahremani and Westwood Family Dental Dentistry! Been going there for years. Always professional and helpful. The staffs are so kind.

I have no clue how these last reviews are even legal to be on this! They are all fake reviews with same review and different names who have left reviews for the same businesses. I have followed Dr. Shiva for years and LOVE her work! Old dentist is not retired and is still working there. I hope google takes care of these scam reviews. Go to this office and you will see how great it is! I have no complaints and so happy Dr. Shiva came to this practice.

I just went to my first appointment with DR. Toubian. and i was kind of hesitant about going to dental office due to covid but i really loved how clean the office was & staffs are nice and doctor was very informative and took her time with exam to educate and explain to me so i could understand what was going on in my mouth. had a cleaning and my mouth feeling cleaner than ever! overall very pleasant experience :)

Friendly doctor and staff but extremely sales-y. They sell you things that you dont really need right and left. I would absolutely get a second opinion before moving forward with any of their recommendations.

I first went to Dr Toubian for a wisdom tooth referral, but she’s since helped me with crowns and cavities. She and her entire team are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They go out of their way to fight difficult insurance companies on your behalf. Plus, there’s a massive parking lot and early 7 am appointments so you can go before work. So happy I found a go-to dentist whom I can trust.

Dr. Toubian has been my dentist for over a decade! Beautiful, clean, state of the art office with the most friendly and professional staff. I truly look forward to going to the dentist not only because I know Ill leave with gleaming teeth, but also because of how much care Dr. Toubian has for her patients! Additionally, their hygienists are all fantastic - especially, Pam!

Im surprised by all of the good reviews. Truly the worst experience I have had with a healthcare provider.They will scare you about nonexistent problems to upcharge you. The quality of their work is VERY low quality. My retainer broke after 4 months.

Dr. KT has damaged all of teeth after the veneer work. I had to go to fix all my 9 teeth due to nerve damages which cost me additional $5k. Additionally, I was traveling in Spain, eating my breakfast with eggs and one of the veneer cover fell off and I ate with my bread. I could not believe this was happening to me. She was terrible! I have been informed by other dentists to sue her for her bad operations. I am totally disgusted and I satisfied with her work. I would advise no one goes to her.

Dr Toubin is informative and extremely friendly, I felt as though she was throughough and cared about my general well being and that I understood the information she was giving me about my teeth. Her staff is equally informative and friendly, the office is beautiful. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a new dentist. I hate the dentist but I do not mind seeing this one at all!

I have been to Westwood Family dentist twice. Both experiences were good - the Dr. and employees were all professional and understanding (I had a terrible experience at another dentist office). The place is very clean too! I would recommend them.

Im a very picky person and extremely detailed, so when it came to working with Dr. Toubian on getting my veneers, I was very specific and maybe a bit demanding with how I wanted them to look. Dr. Toubian, an artist at her trade, was extremely understanding and professional with me. She not only heeded my requests, but she also provided advice on certain aesthetic and dental aspects that I otherwise wouldnt have known about. From consultation to finalizing her work, I felt comfortable voicing my opinions and she worked with me to answer all my questions and concerns. The experience of working with her on my new veneers was collaborative and as a result, I felt that I could trust her and the decisions she was making in my best interest. When I was unhappy with something, she provided me several options so I could make the decision that I felt most comfortable with and in the end I was left satisfied. Dr. Toubian is a professional and a veneers artist, and she takes her work very seriously. I strongly recommend her as a Dr. because when youre paying for a procedure that is so personal and visually noticeable, you want someone whos willing to listen to your requests, work with you transparently, and is personally invested in doing the best and most precise job possible.

Dr. Toubian is a very kind, caring & good dentist. She is thorough in her work & proactive with recommending preventive treatments. The same can be said for the hygienist at the office, Pam. The wait time is minimal to nothing & theyre very good about letting you know how long each procedure takes. The office is immaculate & in an easily accessible location, in a prime area of West Los Angeles. Preventative care can get pricey and you can always refuse it but the costs of letting your teeth & gums go could also be much greater in the future (with poorer results). So Im heeding Dr. Toubians advice and at my financial pace getting sealants put on & treating smaller cavities before they get bigger. I highly recommend Dr. Toubian, her hygienist & sweet staff who make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible.

My mom and I have been visiting Dr. Toubian for years. She is thoughtful, thorough and highly skilled. She is not satisfied with the status quo and actively seeks out opportunities to improve her skills. Dr. Toubian recently performed a new lasik procedure on my mothers gums with incredible results.Her office is incredibly flexible and considerate. We have requested same-day service and re-scheduled appointments on many occasions. The location may not be super posh, but the service and quality of care is excellent.

Dr Toubian has been my dentist for almost 4 years. She is a complete perfectionist andis very thorough. I really like the fact she keeps up to date on the newest technology and published clinical data. The dentist I went to before I became a patient of Dr Toubians had his dental hygienist clean my teeth almost every time. He missed some cavities and issues I had going on. Dr Toubian does all of her cleanings personally so she catches everything. I know I can trust that she is giving me the best care possible. When I have had emergencies or issues, she will come in on her day off to help you. She is extremely dedicated.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Toubain. I moved to LA 2 years ago and needed a new dentist. I tried her because of some good reviews and her vicinity to my home. I learned quickly that my dentist in Arizona must have been old school (nearing retirement) or who knows but he didnt diagnose me for all of the cavities I had and dental work (crowns, etc) I needed. I even got a second opinion here in LA due to the amount of work that Dr. Toubain was saying I needed and it checked out. My mouth is looking and feeling much better these days. Her and her staff are very kind, professional and skilled at what they do. Dr. Toubain is very gentle but also highly skilled and patient even when doing challenging fillings/crowns or crown replacements. I would recommend her to anyone in search of a new dentist. Try her for a cleaning and see how it goes; Im sure you wont be disappointed.Update: 8/28/17 -- Still using Dr. Toubain and her wonderful office and office staff. Ive had quite a bit more dental work done since my last review above. I came to LA in need of a lot of work so hence I stand today nearly 4 years later with a nearly completely overhauled set of teeth. She is a perfectionist and will do whatever it takes to make sure youre happy with the results and that the procedure is as comfortable as possible. I would recommend her to all of my immediate family if they lived in CA!!
