My custom DAW PC workstation was not starting. I was on the phone and emails for days with PC Audio Labs (builder) for help. Out of desperation I had to find a local repair. I took it to Max at Kingly who was able to determine that there was a crack in one of the RAM slots. He got it working so I can complete a recording project. Max saved the day! I highly recommend him if you need a honest repair technician. His service wasnt great it was exceptional.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Max was great. My computer needed to be upgraded and Max explained everything that he would be doing and why it needed to be done. Very informative. When I dropped off my computer I knew exactly how much I would be charged so there weren’t any surprises when I came to pick it up. I have already recommended this repair shop to some friends. Also very COVID safe. All interactions are done outside the front door, with masks worn and sanitizer on stand by.

My external hard drive became corrupted and another repair center I visited said that data recovery would be impossible. When I visited Maxs shop, he was able to explain in detail the problem, potential solutions, and price estimates. He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my many questions. Despite others saying that the data was unrecoverable, Max was able to safely recover hundreds of gigabytes worth of priceless family photos and memories, and transfer it to my new hard drive. Not only that, the servicing time was fast and the price matched with his original estimate in addition to being very fair compared to other competitors. My family and I couldnt be more thankful for Maxs amazing service!

Max was easily the best computer technician I have ever worked with. I was having troubles with my custom built PC and was calling computer stores all over town. Before hearing about Kingly through a family member, I had tried reaching out to 4 computer stores prior. Each and every computer store either tried to over charge me (And I know because I work in the coding industry), or were incredibly rude after scheduling issues. Max was responsive, gave real prices, and works incredibly quick. I dont expect to use any other computer stores as long as I live in LA.

Max does it all. Dropped hard drives that must have been broken due to manufacturer error (sorry Max, it was me all along), snapped iPhones that were ripped in half like Hagrid opening a Snickers wrapper, and data loss that rivals the destruction of the Great Library at Alexandria, nothing fazes him...and nothing can stand in his way. He has not let me down, not once, and he is fast....like Hermes fast. But best of all, he is affordable and fair. He goes above and beyond...he is literally going back to his shop as we...speak...as of right now, to get my old phone that is needed for a data transfer. I cant stress enough how great Max is, and is basically the best find I have ever found in my life.

Max, the owner and only guy there is amazing. I have used his services for over 10 years. This week my computer hard drive died. Max was a magician and somehow he was able to retrieve my data and save my life. I honestly dont know what I would have done without Max. Max did a brilliant job on my 6-year-old laptop, which had stopped working (due to overheating among other things). He cleaned everything, replaced the drive, and now it is superfast and better than new. It was quite a long job, and his price was very reasonable. Highly recommended! Went to recover deleted data on a hard drive. He was able to retrieve it, however it wasnt anything else I wasnt able to recover myself using a paid data recovery software I got online for about $90. But he didnt charge me to view the files and allowed me to decide whether to pay him for the service or not.

I went here to fix my cracked iPhone screen. This place was the closest to me with high ratings, so I decided to check it out. The place is in a pink office building behind MBC. Noel was really great, he was in constant contact while I tried to find the place, and he took less than 30 minutes to replace the screen. I also received my free usb charging cable today via mail (he ordered some bad ones and didnt want to give bad ones to his customers, so he said hed mail it). Great service and price.

What a great place. Best PC Repair Shop in all of LA without a doubt. Went in and he cleaned out my cpu fan and everything because it was over heating. He also cleaned the whole entire laptop front to back and gave it back to me looking brand new! Also adjusted the hinges so it sat more level both for no extra cost. I had a Dell laptop which would turn off by itself and need its DC jack replaced. Max was able to diagnose the issue and fix the issues. I was satisfied with the work.I dont appreciate the typical Chinese B.S. comment made by the previous reviewer. Its a cheap shot.If the person didnt like that Max took his computer to the back then he couldve said something instead of going online and making a racist comment while simultaneously overgeneralizing an entire ethnic group.

I had an appointment confirmed and was told to call if I need to cancel. I had to pay for an Uber to get there on time and found the door locked. I called and they said they are going to be a half an hour late. I understand things come up, but if you’re going to hold me to the standard to call to cancel at least call me and tell me you’re running late! Very rude!

Im a computer professional (websites and databases) but dont do hardware. Max takes care of my computer and he is who I refer to others.The many Ive referred to Kingly have all thanked me, without exception.Id sooner have repairs done right, the first time, for a fair price from a local community mainstay who does this for a career than to haggle and be frustrated with this weeks support tech who wont be there next month at a big box store.
