I have used Heroes ands Geeks for my personal and business laptops for nearly 2 years now. This review is long overdue, but I have to let people know that when I brought in my crashed personal laptop Isaac went far above and beyond. This laptop was only used for family photos, videos, etc. The hard drive was relatively new but was faulty. Isaac rebuilt my data from the lowest levels. Any other tech support would have said it was lost - but not Isaac. He was already committed to recovering my data, but when I told him I had photos from back in the day stored on there, he did not stop until he had ALL the data recovered. He asked me to come in for a consult so we could decide what to do and I could see in his eyes that he wanted to do everything he could to help me - and he took it on as his own personal project.I cannot say enough. I now know Heroes and Geeks to be an efficient, affordable, dependable technology service for my business and my family - and Isaac’s personal effort was so far beyond ever being able to adequately pay or thank him for his help. I think he was as invested as I was in retrieving my familys history. This is the type of business we all want to work with.Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Isaac was absolutely amazing! I called him and told him my computers problem and he knew exactly what I was talking about and told me to come on over. I went over to his shop and he diagnosed my issue in less than 10 minutes. While I was waiting I got to play with his adorable dog, Lulu. So, it really didnt feel like waiting. Isaac is super knowledgeable and honest. He didnt even charge me for the diagnostics. He even offered to let me borrow a laptop while my computer was being repaired. Would recommend!

I didnt feel either like I was being gouged price wise, he explained to me how much parts were and his hourly rate; his estimate he gave me was very close to the final invoice. These guys are the definition of AWESOME! If you are looking for a phone in Los Angeles, you wanna go there first. Unlike UbreakiFix prices, theirs are PRETTY low.I broke my phone while visiting LA. It was 8 pm and I wasnt expecting them to be open but I was so lucky that they were. I did not have the budget but they offered a genuine price compared to the heavy cost I was about to incur with my insurance company. Not forgetting that I was going to wait for days before sprint could replace my phone in addition of losing my data. They repaired my phone in 20 minutes and it look like a brand new phone. That was just so cool, for a fraction of what I would pay in one of those big fancy stores. I took a laptop in that I haven’t been able to turn on for years and the guy had it up and running just fine in 10 minutes.

The repair was very fast. I dropped my computer off in the morning and was able to pick it up again the next day. My computer is all fixed!

My phone was repaired perfectly. A complicated repair too...an s7 edge. The customer service was great. Highly recommended.

I brought my laptop here after my keyboard half sopped working. It took Heroes and Geeks less than 24 hours to find a new keyboard and repair my machine. The price was also very reasonable: $60 including work and parts. This is definitely my new go to neighborhood lab!

Not a great idea to bring old laptop which your not sure whats wrong with it, I simply back out for the repair for thinking it would cost me more for an os, hard drive problem and software install maybe. They simply charge diagnose fee for 25$, even if that didnt do it... I just walk away didnt say anything about, thinking that take advantage out of it...

I went to have my phone repaired and thought it would be really expensive however, it was the opposite- really cheap- but not quality cheap. The service was friendly and speedy I did not have to pull a number or wait to be called! I have been on several occasions and every time they have resolved my smart problems! After going crazy with the crowds at the Montgomery Mall Heroes and Geeks, I discovered the Heroes and Geeks in Los Angeles. This place is saner, the service is fast and Im more comfortable with the level of knowledge that the staff at the Los Angeles store have too.The guy who helped me decide whether I had bought the right mbp or should upgrade to more processing power, listened, explained, compared things, and even got opinions from his colleagues during the discussion. Although he thought I would be ok w my original purchase, I decided to upgrade and he was great with that too: helpful and efficient, even though I was a few days past the return date for the original purchase.

Fantastic place, quick turn around, reasonable price. I got my laptop screen cracked and had to get it fixed immediately, I stopped by their shop and was able to get it done in 30 minutes.

So I found Rick through Yelp, and although he didnt have any reviews, after all the garbage IT services weve received, we thought it couldnt go any worse with him; we just needed help with our messy networks.And indeed; it didnt go worse or even close to any of our past experiences!Isaac doesnt even deserve to be compared to any other IT company; he is the bestest in the history of ever!!! :) lol. Called to find out if they repair Mac screens - the woman who answered said yes but I had to “call Isaac - do you have his number?” Ummm nope - I just called to find Out what you repair. She then said they only repair business computers not personal. Maybe update the website stating that?

Very unprofessional called coming 4p arrived 3,50p door closed on next day called 9.30aSupposed to open 9a called no answerUnbelievable ! Owner is saying I did not goIs a pure lies you won’t be in business forVery long lying.

I called the number and told to be there much later, when I got there, he kept me waiting until he came in, then order the phone screen and charged me a lot more, I waited for 3 weeks until its ready, then picked up in the evening, he locked me up to force me rote oath and pay hom.
