Spike committed to working on my bosses computer and after a few hours I reminded him to text me on his arrival to his home, apparently where he works out of, he declined my job request and proceeded to call me a thief. I have the texts to prove this. Instead of voicing his concern and asking for proof of ownership he cancelled and stated that he reported me to the police. Being a former IT professional I could not believe how unprofessional Spike and his garage shop operation functioned. Be careful when dealing with him as his false accusations may waste half of your day.

I would not take my computer anywhere else to get fixed. He goes out of his way to extraordinary lengths to make sure I understand what he is going to do and to pick up and deliver. he is honest,humble and a delight to do business with.

Spike has to be the best as well as the fastest at diagnosing computer problems. He had my problem figured out in no time. Needless to say that, now my computer works mint once again. By the way. I live in Canada. That is how good he is !! Theres really no one you should call except for Spike.
