I got my IPhone 11 pro max screen repaired here. It took about 35 mis. which I thought was pretty quick. They’re also fairly close to UCLA (about a 30 minute walk), so it’s good for students.

This place was heaven sent! After given the runaround at Apple and Best Buy and pressured to buy the latest iPhone model. I’m so happy stumbled upon this place. Right away they were able diagnose and solve the problem accurately. iPhone and Best Buy literally diagnosed my phone as not turning on whereas they knew it was a charger malfunction situation with the port and just like that my phone was back on. I am so grateful that I was saved from spending over 1k today and everything is as normal. Didn’t lose any of my data, photos or anything. Also, each repair comes with a warranty. I wish I can give this spot 10 stars. Highly recommend coming here if going to the “repair” locations for apple are a complete waste of time and a joke for you like it was for me.

Absolutely incredible!!! so impressed with their prices and efficiency. I had gone to the geek squad/Genius Bar at Best Buy after my iPad charger broke inside the iPad. Took 3 days to get appt at Best Buy. They told me it was going to cost at least 700 to fix it and it wasn’t worth it so I should just get a new iPad. Blantant lie. Called this shop, Not only were they able to get me in on the same day. They fixed the charger port within two hours and it was 1/7 of the cost than what best buy said.

I repaired my ipad pro 3rd generation here. I had to replace the charging port and repair the portion of the motherboard. They fixed my ipad in one day, which was amazingly fast. Now the ipad works just like new. I am very satisfied by the speed and the quality of their service. Furthermore, they have a very good price for the repair (way cheaper than what I had to pay at the apple store).

I came in with an broken screen with an iPhone 11max pro. I had gone around to all the stores in tHe area, and repair bar were able to help me, helping me even further then expected! Not only only is the screen just as good as if I went t9 Apple, but it was a lot cheaper!It turned out, my battery was fried, so he took a brand new battery out of a brand new phone!The owners stayed open later for me, and purely wanted me to help me. First time they fixed my galaxy 10 through square trade insurance and I was very happy . This time I wanted them to fix my daughters galaxy 8plus( I know is a old phone). I called them and told them the issue and they told me they were gonna order the part. I waited a week and called them back, no answer. Tried again and sent them text messages over the next days, again, nothing. I called one more time and some lady finally picked up the phone only to hang up on me when I told her I was calling about the galaxy 8plus part. I was never rude to them or anything if they didn’t want to fix my phone they could’ve just said so instead of wasting my time. Very unprofessional.

Not many people know how to repair the glass on an iPad Pro so I was amazed at how well it looks. My iPad Pro looks brand new again. They also accommodated for me wanting to get it repaired same day so they went out of the way to go pickup the necessary part from their vendor. I had few of my devices repaired with Repair Bar. MacBook Pro few months ago which had liquid damage and the repair cost $200 when Apple asked for almost $1,500 and most recent repair was for my iPad Pro 9.7 with broken screen for $269. I am very happy with the service and the reasonable prices. I called Apple and asked what would be the cost for the repair of the iPad and they said $750 . The representative even suggested to buy a new one because it wasnt worth repairing it.I also received a present ( protective screen for my iPhone X which was a great gesture from the owner.They show appreciation for their clients. Very professional and competent.

The other computer store down the street treated me as a human and a potential customer, this place didnt.response to my updated review:I had a mask on I even had a photo of it because i took a selfie. Dont believe what theyre saying. Dont waste your time with these guysThis was my experience:I made an appointment for 1pm then called to change to 2pm. I showed up at 1:45pm and waited to 2pm. Eventually someone opened the door. The person said I did not have an appointment and to make one. Ultimately they didnt want to do anything without an appointment on the phone. I looked on my phone and found another computer store down the street and was able to walk in without an appointment. They even checked my macbook to determine the the problem is either motherboard related and to contact apple support first for warranty. They also suggest they can diagnostic which was half the price of this but also mentioned what they would do and still advised the warranty check. This place didnt want to talk to you without an appointment, didnt want to suggest anything or test anything just going straight to diagnostic. I didnt even get a timeline of what they can do. Theres just a lot of communication problems. I even tried to show my negative covid results i got that day thinks they were just upset about that. Ultimately Im glad I was lucky enough to find the other store down the street that was more human.Ultimately I gave a 1 star rating because my initial experience was so bad. I wasnt treated as a human or even a customer just someone in the way of their current work. They didnt want to go over anything it could be and just wanted to charge me first before suggesting my options.Also the owner seems to be reporting any review that isnt 5 stars as fake which is shady

I came to this store for a glass replacement for my broken iPad Pro which I dropped. This store was very professional and did an amazing job of my brand new iPad Pro 11inch (no home screen button the new ones that just came out) I had just gotten this iPad and dropped it without a case on cement and the front glass cracked. My experience is solely based on the technician’s communication. I started off by making an appointment over the phone. The man I spoke to sounded professional and scheduled me to come in at 2pm. I live pretty far out and decided to arrive a little earlier than expected. I arrived at 1:50pm and decided to phone the shop that I was here. No one answered. I went to the door and read their COVID-19 protocols. Per their procedures, I waited in my car and called the shop exactly at 2pm. No one answered again. I attempted this a few more times until I received a call back 15mins later. The same man I spoke to earlier told me he was running late and that he’d be there in another 10 mins. The tech arrived at the shop close to an hour later. He decides to call me and text me to notify me that he was now available. At that moment I was already on the freeway driving home. If their poor communication and punctuality is anything like their repair service then they should reconsider a different line of work. Lastly, I read a few of their negative reviews. The owner seems to get pretty defensive with these reviews. I have screenshots of the calls I made along with the text message he sent me for reference.
