Pitiful, absolutely unprofessional. I would not recommend wasting your time on this novice. I cant imagine how anyone could run a computer business this poorly and still be open!. ASWFUL!! SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND THEIR LOW QUALITY PARTS .The owner wasted my time waiting to make a decision on repairing my computer which is in warranty! He told me it was out of warranty. Very dishonest and rude.

Terrible customer service! This guy made an incredibly rude remark towards my friend, which made her very uncomfortable, as we were simply there for quick computer repair. He is quick to say that your product is defective so he can repair rather than configure your product. Stay away and look elsewhere, this guy will try to over charge. If you want to deal with a jerk with foul mouth smell, go to that place. This place got the worst customer service in whole Los Angles. I have never seen any place so unprofessional and so rude and incompetent.

I came here because my laptop screen went black and I could only see the cursor. The owner, I presume, pulled out a box and diagnosed my device in front of me. I was unable to see my original screen, instead another one appeared. He told me that my hard-drive was bad and it needed to be replaced. In order to fix it he said some of my files could be lost because it had to be reset, and that it would be done in under 3 hours. When I came back for it it was working well. It also had Windows 10 and he gave me my old hard-drive. I took it home and have been using it for work. I was able to keep some old files and also noticed apps that Ive never seen before. So far so good. Ive noticed the bad reviews so Ill be keeping an eye on my laptop to see how things go. And the price wasnt too bad.

I do not recommend due to bad experience. My computer kept failing. after repair. DO NOT GO HERE.

We bought our sons (7th grader) gaming PC from this place earlier this month. My son is very happy with the computer. The service was very speedy and exact, also the price was reasonable. highly highly recommend this place.

How does this place get any good reviews? This guy ruined my computer, erased everything, and installed illegal programs, changed hard drive and tries to charge me $220 extra. Very unfriendly and he will try to rip you off.

The owner was ready to get the upgrade onto my computer and he also was ready to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to try to to . He recommended what I should search for once I purchase a replacement one and once I do make a sale i will be able to be calling on him to urge my system up to hurry . i used to be most impressed with the owner professionalism and knowledge and that i would definitely recommend him for any computer issues.

He helped me so kindly.I dont know about computers at all.But he told me the problem in great detail.This place is much better than the place I used to go.I had a very satisfactory repair because of the quick problem solving.

VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS. Wish I could give 00000 star. I really dont understand all the good reviews here because the service I received is horrible horrible horrible. My power supply exploded. They told me I have to replace the whole thing and charged me $120. But not until today that I found out the new one they gave me is actually a refurbished one which is manufactured in 2016. Then today, my computer suddenly stopped working at all and my power supply just died completely. Apparently it was already broken at the time I took it to this shop, but they chose to not acknowledge me. Why are these guys so dishonest to their customer? They use old and used parts to fix your computer but charge you a price as if they were brand new. Try avoid this place at all cost if you could! Dont get fooled by them again like I did.

Fantastic service. Fair pricing. Honestly guy worked after closing to finish diagnosing my computer problem. Waited for me to purchase a product from discount seller instead of insisting to buy the part himself. Quick service and repair, knowledgable, highly recommended, store is located above Korean grocery store take escalator up, my only gripe hard to find

Guardian Computer repair shop at all. Owner attitude was rudeness, and behavior was malicious. He insulted and abused my wife and me like his parents. I hope nobody has an experience in this kind of him.If you do not want to be embarrassed, do not go to a computer repair shop. The attitude of the young master is rude and the act is even evil. Here is the lieutenant. My computer is slow and I have to go SSD, but my wife cashes dic. When he checked the money, he said that they were going to church at the same time as he was insulting his wife, and he kept putting his mouth in his mouth at the same age as his parents. I do not think I should have visited this place if I did not want to be embarrassed like me because the owner does not seem to be a normal young man. No matter how generations are evil, I try to experience a really dirty experience.
