Got my car detailed here and this place is great! You don’t have to do one of the pre-made packages, just tell them exactly what you want & they will put together a good deal for you. Definitely coming back

Terrible Service, I went and got a full package I was hoping they would pay close attention to the details. I was wrong the car was left dusty from inside and what a terrible job with the polishe everything was half way done . Never going back again..

The.guys here are the best at what they do. My wifes car and my truck always go in dirty and come out spick and span clean. Thanks guys we appreciate your hard work.

They do a good job and they are friendly, Im just appalled at the cost of a car wash. I am a Boomer, and at one time, I paid only $3.00 for the same service. The cost of just under 30.00 amazes me.

This is the third time I’ve been into this place all three times being the same. These guys do not even bother to check the dirty spots in your vehicle they swiftly wipe the interior. Leaving dirty inside the surfaces on your door. If you tell me they don’t even deserve a tip. They don’t take in account that it’s their job to leave a car clean. Third time being here and never again. Is it too much to ask for, for a nicely cleaned interior ?

The worst car wash I’ve ever been

I spent $30 for the car was service. My car came out the same or worse. I was very upset because it was a lazy job. I will do it myself or go elsewhere.

Ok place. They dont do a great job, but if youre looking for a quick wash, theyre okay.Dont bother paying for upgrades. I got upgrades and the interior was cleaned well, other than the inside of the front windshield that was left with a streaky residue making it hard to see in the sun. The exterior was not done well at all. I asked them to wipe dirt off in several places and decided to just take her home and touch her up myself.Not what I should be doing after paying for a Platinum job. 🤔😒 I take care of my car and shes easy to maintain so it shouldnt have been that hard.

If you want to wash your own car while you pay 30 something dollars for it to dry it yourself perfect place to come to make sure you check your car before you leave for missing items

Paid for one of their 65 dollar inside and outside handwash cleans. Although they did well on the inside, they brutalized the exterior, missing a lot of spots on the edges of the windows, the top, and managed to scratch up the engine hood and popped out a right side fender panel. When i approached them about it, they were very quick to point fingers at one another about who to talk to and totally unconcerned about what just happened. Wasnt worth it, they dont own their work or their customers.10/2020 Update: decided to give them another shot given proximity to me - extremely disappointing again. Dont do a good job inside or out. Dont get fooled into any upgrades, the work is the same. Cant believe these guys are still around. All they have is a good location.

Early bird special for $17.99 is the way to go! I love that they do a hand wash here versus machine wash as it results in a cleaner car.

Took my new 2016 Ford mustang to get it wash and ended up with a pretty noticeable scratch. I spoke to the manger and he told me that I must of put something on top to get it scratch. Which didnt make sense. I asked him to give me the number of his boss and he told me that there wasnt anyone. He told me that the car wash was run by a company. He did provided a complain sheet that I did fill out but I dont think anything will be done about it. This might have just been an isolated incident but I know that will never go to sunset auto Spa again. If you decided to go I suggest you inspect your car with them. Then inspect again after everything is completed.

Sub-par car wash for premium price. Plenty of options in the area, will not be going back.

Went for early bird special. Nothing special about it. Even at $18, i felt like i shouldve just done it at a self service place. Guy who handled me didnt explain a thing and left me pretty confused about the process..paying and leaving was easy tho, thankfully. Probably wouldnt come back

I should have read reviews before going in to this place.These guys left the back door of my SUV open through the high power wash, which I clocked as they were pulling it around for its final wipe-down. I literally watched the guy open the back door and look around like oh sh!t before his manager came over to tell me that the seal around my door is loose... er, no. Its not.The dude who took my money inside said he didnt know who the owner is (I suspect its him) and then ran away leaving customers at the counter waiting to pay. I advised they go somewhere else.Looking at the reviews, it seems like its not the first time theyve done this kind of thing and then given customers the run around. Of course my bank cant do anything because its a quality of service dispute.Theyre taking advantage of the fact that people have real course of action. Ill be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see what happens. STAY AWAY!

Got a gold package got charged premium the guy charging said supposedly everyone’s receipt shows premium 😑 yet he charged premium price for a gold package and got a gold package car wash. The man also said if we had any questions as to why it was the price of premium package even though we got gold we had to ask the guy that checked car in because he didn’t know anything about the prices ... yet he was the one that charges!! ???? He started yelling when we asked why they were charging 10$ more repeating over and over he didn’t know anything about any prices. people were staring like if we didn’t wanna pay or we were stealing something with the way he was yelling.. all that was asked was why the 10$ price spike and receipt said premium when we only got gold wash.Bad service although the guy that dried the car did a good job . If it wasn’t because car was already being washed would have walked away!

My go-to car wash for the last few years. Friendly, easy, and affordable. We recently moved out of Echo Park but still find ourselves driving over to patronize this establishment.

DONT take it here!!!! I paid for the best wash they had and they didnt clean the carpet that had some dirt. Its incredible you cant expect the work to be done correctly. Make sure your car is clean.

If you arent a newer car and paying for premium services, they most defenetly do not own their work none the less their customers. I enede up cleaning my own car to show them how I do it! The cherry on top is they left my sun roof open and didnt even apologies. Worst $30 spent.

Drove my car, in hopes of getting it clean but instead I ended up with muddy windows and a jerk for a manager (Santiago) who kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain that my car was still dirty and if he could run it through the water again. Tried talking to the gentleman inside and he said that the manager was in charge of the workers outside so I didnt get the problem resolved and paid $23 for a poor job on my car. Never again :(

Employees are helpful and friendly but sometimes I feel that they can do a little bit better and the prices are not that reasonable. I have gotten the same service ( regular car wash ) that they provide for $ 14.00 at an other place for $9.99

Today I came here as Usual. (I am loyal customer) I paid for the premium car wash, they did poor service leaving fluff everywhere, shadow spots on the Windows, watermarks all away on the body, I told them Im frequently customer, I always came here every 2 weeks. Today they did the worst job on my car. I asked them for an explanation, if that justifie $26 dollar car wash, all they said was, If I dont like it, I can go and found another place.

I brought my car today, 7/16/18@ 1015 am. They lost my key. I ask the cashier,”if they lost my key, r u paying for it.” She said and I quote,”No, just file a complaint.” My car is electric and has sensor. Small key that they did not even admit it was there fault. As if my car drove by itself without my key. I even have to show what’s inside my bag. I have kids with me and they were scared. I felt blame and accused that I took the key. Its a horrible place and spot to be in. Im still shaking. I started to cry and shake. I’ve been in and out to check my key for 20mins. I close my eyes and pray. Finally check the tire and it was there all along.No refund nor any effort to make it up. This is not to ruin any business but this needs to be corrected! Big time. Lawsuit is inevitable in this matter!!!

A tad pricey but my car came out clean and shiny

They do a consistently good job every time. Sometimes I would get small water spots under the mirrors, but I would always tell the guy who finishes the car and now they know that I look for it and they make sure they take care of it. The manager is a Korean man, named Mr. Gold (it sounds like a James Bond villain, I know). I have a new car and I asked him whether I needed to wax it, etc, as a couple of managers in other well-known car washes were always pushing the wax packages on me. He asked me where I park my car, and I said indoors in my buildings garage and he said you dont need it... Seriously, what kind of manager would actually try to steer you away from a service they sell because you dont need it. Well, as long as I live in the area Im a customer there. I bought their monthly package which saves me quite a bit of money.

Please update your business hours. It shows youre open from 8am-7pm. I came here at 5:20 pm on a Friday and it was closed. I drove through traffic for nothing. Keep in mind that this is how your establishment gets business.

Their hours said they are open until six.I come back at five fifty and find that the place is completely shut down and my car and house keys are locked inside their gate.I walked around. I yelled, I talked to the people on the corner. Nothing. Finally I get their numbers and call. No surprises -- no answer.So, instead of having a clean car, I have no car and Ill have to be an hour late to in the morning in order to go get my car -- if theyre open at eight.The upside? I have a while to sit on my front porch while I wait for my wife to come home and write reviews.Find them on yelp.Terrible business. Dont go there.

It is the first time that I go to this place and the truth is I do not like it, the one who gives the receipts of the package oh type of washing, did not write the service that I paid, they did not vacuum my car well and although the boy who dried my car at the end He tried very hard to try to fix the problem, I cant do it, because he only had to do small details, so I hope they improve their service, I know that there are extremely rude and stingy people (who do not tip) who do not appreciate the work Of the others, I also understand that they work under pressure and have to meet a certain time to clean a car, but please improve your service since that is why it has a price that is paid and without haggling, as if they make a mess of job.

Bad service. Badly vacuumed badly cleaned outside and inside. They dont clean all the parts, they just give it one pass and thats it. Very expensive. I paid $ 45 for something they should charge me 15 Maybe. And the gentleman cleaning with the unprotected belt that can scratch the cars when he stretches on it. Im not coming back to this place.

I never had a problem before, but this time it was not my day, just make sure you dont wear Armor All if you dont want to. They also dont ask you, now my board looks like a dance floor by Stripers. Also the windshield is not very clean, with the rag that cleaned the armorall you seem to have used it to clean the glass, they are HORRIBLE !!!
