VERY SLOW you will wait forever. I turned around and left. They are not organized. Should find a way to let through people who just want an exterior wash. The whole line is sitting there waiting for the people’s cars in front of them to get vacuumed. System makes no sense!!!!!!!

I’ve been here 3x and unfortunately I can’t recommend it. I live around the corner so it’s convenient location…First time was great. HOWEVER 2nd time I did the $80 to get a thorough clean, I had to ask them to go back in twice and still left with spots that I was able to clean myself with a regular wipe. Today, I thought I’d give them one more time chance. Got the $39.99, hand wash and interior cleaning. Again, so many spots not cleaned and the vacuuming was terrible. They did not lift the carpets or clean the cup holders or very obvious particles. I went in to tell management and the receptionist said to talk to the guy in the hat, however I would have to wait all over again (6 cars in front of me). When I told her this was the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with the service and I’m really frustrated she just said “sorry” . I brought my car home and was able to clean everything they missed again with a wipe. Don’t waste your money here.

Ran into this place after my car was dumped on by a cement truck on the freeway. Carlos was great helped me out very empathetic and cant thank them enough.

Worst car wash business. The owner also owns one on la cienega. All the original employees quit after this guy bought it and raised prices. Used to have the best customer service now everyone is rude and they dont do a very good job cleaning your car. The best car wash in the area is Sanra Palm on Santa Monica boulevard and West Hollywood theyre meticulous about detail work and even their regular car wash is better than the detail work at this place called The Wash. Wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

Best carwash in west LA. Cheap and fast. Half hand wash, half machine. Spent months looking for a place like this!

Place is darn near perfect...the sales guy at dropoff is too aggressive. I asked him a couple of times what the $34.99 deal included. He never answered me yet sold me a $59.99 deal...my guess is that it contained little more than the cheaper deal. Bait and switch isnt cool...and we are not in TJ where everything is negotiable. Other than that..A delightful experience.

Been using them regularly for a month and so far has been a good service to use.

It has gone up in price about 6.00 for my Range Rover. Service is still good. The same guys are back now, so its MUCH better than when they first opened. So still 5 stars.

Fast and honest and clean great food while u wait fot wash.

Everyone was very nice, however, the car wash was not great. I got #1 for $25 and was not expecting anything extraordinary for the price. I mostly needed interiors and good vacuum cleaning as it was long overdue. They took 45 min to wash my car but the car wasn’t clean. They had no problem vacuuming it one more time at my request and were very nice about it. Exterior still looked pretty dusty in certain places and had water spots. I’ve had faster and better car wash for less money at other places.

Very businesslike establishment. GreatCare and attention by young men working there.Im very satisfied.

Great wash but a little pricey. I would have liked my interior paid a little for love however I like the staff who is eager to make things right.

The service the quality everything is fantastic at this Carwash. With the new ownership came more expensive prices, hence the reason for my 4 stars and not the five.

I have never seen my FJ cruiser look so good. I opted for the complete detail (inside / outside) after camping for a few months - she was very dusty, oxidized and dirty inside.I am a customer for life! I barely recognized my FJ. I can actually see what color she is now! Beyond pleased with The Wash!
