Took my car to get clean. Alot of pet hair I thought I would never come off. But bros was able to take off the pet hair. What an amazing job theyve done.

Drop off my car really dirty from the desert. To my car this company they recommend me to this one. Ones I got my car back I could not believe how they were able to take off the rough dirty under my car. 10/10. I will be coming back to get my car clean. Thanks bros.

Payed top dollar for interior detail, some stains in seats werent removed. Plastic was not all clean thourally.

Miguel/Bros AD was tasked with detailing our cars visiting LA on Friday at 4pm. His employee showed up at 6:30pm when several of our cars already left past the agreed detail time. Miguel then refused to return the $260 deposit for not fulfilling the job, and also refused to detail 11 of our group’s cars if he did not get the payment for our entire group of cars (despite being late 2.5hrs!). He said he doesn’t care about this review so I am posting it anyway. Would not do business with him again and don’t recommend others to do either.

Wow! What can I say. Have an old Honda CRV with lots of dog hair. Dropped the car off in the morning and got a totally different car back. It was simply immaculate and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get there car spiffy and clean! I will be coming back for sure.

The service was great! I received a full interior detail. My car looks and smells amazing! It was a little pricey, but definitely worth it--the car looks brand new. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive. I definitely would recommend Bros Automotive Detailing to friends and family.

I was with a large group of friends visiting from out of town and as we all drove in we wanted to get our cars cleaned before continuing our trip. We scheduled this company to come out and do 15 cars, they wouldnt confirm our apt. without a deposit because of the quantity of the washes, we put the deposit down in order to insure they would complete the service. They didnt show up for over 2.5 hours after our appt. time and a few of our friends left for dinner. When the company did show up the sun had already set, so it was dark - not an ideal time to get your car washed - they refused to clean any of our cars because they were expecting to have 15. Not only would they not clean the remaining cars after we all waited more than 2.5 hours for them they wouldnt return the deposit either! What a bunch of scam artists!! When we voiced our opinion to them about how unprofessional they were they threatened us by saying that they know people in this town and if we say anything negative about them they would know about it and there would be repercussions! Are you kidding me!! I dont even know what to say, Im really not sure how this company is even in existence unless it is just a cover up for some type of money laundering scheme because they are obviously not interested in cleaning cars...This company is one of a million car washing companies in LA, if you are looking to get your car washed or detailed I would just skip to the next ad.

Why would anyone go anywhere else for a car wash or detail? This place is the absolute best! I have been going here for years and it is 100% worth the price and the wait. Jims team focuses on quality over quantity and their attention to detail is out of this world. Their staff goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Splurge and get the unlimited washes, its worth the money.

Always great people serving at Bros Automotive Detailing. I always forget to NOT go here during peak times because you will get a half-butt wash and clean. Not because they cant its because of the volume of patrons they get at a certain time. Not an excuse but it is what it is. Go here during weird hours and youll get a good clean.

Made an appointment with the manager Jeff and was quick and easy. He promised me the car wash will be done in an hr and it actually was done before that. They did the job, fast and attention to detail. I will bring my car back for sure.

I cannot recommend this company more highly. I have had a few companies detail my car, and Bros Automotive Detailing is the best. Staff is SO friendly and professional. This is hard work, and they do it with a smile. It was below freezing and they accommodated both my interior and exterior detail.

This place was fine. I brought in a Toyota Tacoma, and they told me the minimum amount would be $45, which seemed a bit steep. They said it would take an hour, and they agreed to call me. I didnt get a call, but when I came back my truck was clean. For $45 maybe I expected that it would be perfect, which it wasnt, but it was certainly good.

This place does amazing work.I had the complete interior cleaned on my 97 accord that I just purchased. The interior was trashed, like it had never seen a detail job in a day of its life.

Drove in from Phoenix to Newport Beach and had booked a detail for 4:00pm at hotel. Tried to cancel after hours of no show...hasnt refunded my deposit yet.

Ted offered to have my carpets cleaned with their ozone deep cleaning if I brought my car back at no extra charge.I was told they treated the carpet twice and now that annoying soy sauce smell is gone.He even offered a loaner car which I borrowed because I thought I would be without my own car for a whole day. Again, offered at no extra charge. Thanks for going the extra mile guys.

This place rules! They did such such an awesome job on my boyfriends station wagon...and it was a mess: covered with dog hair, baby junk, old spoiled stinky spilled cream, etc. My boyfriend, who is really really picky, LOVED his car afterwards! And he really is hard to please! He said, The wheels are awesome! I will totally be back! It is hard to get an appointment there, but thats cause they do such a great job!
