Yo the guy showed.... really a pro. Price was better than anyone in LA.... believe me I called everyone and no one called back. This guy said he was coming and he showed. First rate towing company. Thanks dude.

On the phone the person is very nice and helpful with all your questions. But the door for office needs improvement with all the money they get from us homeless single mothers or just people in general. Also the customer service window is just a service window because the lady was very rude and was having a conversation with co-worker well I waited for her attention. So went to get my property from my truck that was towed by them from 85th st to 89th st. Thats $145.00 cost. But when my property was given to me the decided to keep my keys without informing me in writing or verbally until I went to ask for them back. She said that they keep them til I pick up my truck. But my paper she gave me said return of vehicle and property. With her signature. And the back sheet had the invoice saying the amount due. Of $980.00 from Feb. 11 to Mar 2. Dont have that kind of money Im homeless with 4 kids really. Its all wrong.

I went to recover my property from my vehicle that was stolen, and the employee that was helping me out, came out of the gate with 3 items on his hands, my car was recovered stolen, I understand that may be must of my property were lost, but how do I know if the employee actually gave me all my property? I requested permission to see my car to the supervisor Yvette, and it was denied, I feel robbed twice, I know there was more than that on my vehicle, who they are to decide if whats on my vehicle leftover was valuable to me or not, I want to see my car and be the one who decide whats my property,I cant believe things like this happens, is a legal crime and we pay for it, so upset.

It is really hard to get ahold of them there phone number is not correct and it is extremely hard to find where they are located

Garbage. I called and tgey answered saying Towing company. I aak if they can tow and answer is they dont do that. If u r a towing company but doesnt tow, what do u do?

They just try to get as much money out of your pocket as possible. 400 to get your car out after hours. Horrible place and very very rude.

Open wings 9:30 says wings open 8am gives you the car when you want and threaten to give more release if you say something that did not seem like why they open so late very rude and open bad bad witnesses sorry for the drivers because of guilt of his secretary they all lose. Karma exists. !!! 📹the secretary is called YVETTE !!! ❗❗❗
