There isnt enough stars to give Jim`s Towing Los Angeles. I needed to have my car towed to a repair shop about 125 miles from its storage location. I spoke with them on the phone, and they were super helpful and courteous. They were very straightforward and honest about pricing and other associated costs. This company obviously knows how to treat customers right! I would highly recommend this place. I will never use anyone else.

What a blessing. We had just changed insurance on our RV and the new policy didnt come with Roadside Assistance. I locked my keys in my car today and called AAA at about 12:30P. AAA sent out Tim from Jim`s Towing Los Angeles. He showed up within 7 minutes of my phone call and had opened my car door within 15. When he arrived, he was extremely friendly and professional. He even offered advice on repairs which my cars may need, after inspecting my car and the engine. I was very impressed overall with the service from this company and would recommend it to my friends.

My truck broke down & needed a tow on a flat bed. Two hours of waiting in the hot sun, my tow truck showed up. We left for home. The truck, driver & myself. Needing roadside assistance in any situation is a stressful one and Mario was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Im beyond thankful he came to my rescue and he was fairly quick with very reasonable prices. He even checked in on me afterwards to make sure I was out of the clear!

Louie came to my rescue in Brooklyn, after an out of state auto body shop put new tires on my car incorrectly. With a tire so flat it was undriveable, I had no way to get air into it or move the car at all. Louie met me at my car, refilled the tire, and made sure it wasnt damaged by a screw or nail. (Apparently the original auto body shop put the tire on the rim too loosely, so it deflated.) He went above and beyond to insure I would be able to drive the car again without any issues. Highly recommended!

Wow- these guys are so nice. My car made a terrible noise this morning, and AAA was having technical difficulties and I couldnt get through. Called Erickson to see if they were a AAA contractor. Mario was super helpful and so nice. First of all, he knew that catalytic converters were being stolen off older Priuses AND he had suggestions about where he took his own Prius. In addition, he is towing me and going straight to AAA to bill so I am not out of pocket A very bright note on a not so bright situation. On top of that Mario was very nice and empathetic- just what a girl needs when her car breaks down AND AAA is on the fritz.
