Easy 5 stars. I own a newer BMW and one of the coolant pipes was leaking. Will helped me out big time. He went out of his way to order OEM parts and had my car ready to go within 24hrs. Will saved my engine. His service was awesome. Shop is run by him and his family and they are all wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I know Mercedes & BMW owners may have some anxiety about taking to a shop outside of the dealership but I trusted Will and I will certainly go back to him again.

Ive had my car because youre in a half and its been trouble-free. So when I needed to find I mechanic I went to the only place that I had ever been which is why tire place, downtown tire. They told me to go to Wills Auto Repair. I could not be happier with the service. They were amazing and stop everything to look at my car. Wills shop is a small garage and easy to miss but worth the visit. Amazing customer service and overall service. Will, the owner, called me with a quote before doing anything and then was super fast. I took my 2104 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get serviced today and I was extremely satisfied. First of all I brought it in at 8:30am and needed to get a check engine light diagnose and a couple of maintenance items that were due and Will nd Maribel handled it it no time. I got a call back within 1 hour with an estimate and diagnosis on the car and it seemed reasonable price and authorized the repairs and by 3:30 my car was all done all the maintenance took en care of and check engine light. I will definitely take the drive from Culver City to Bring my car to Will! He’s extremely honest and he’s great at what he does!! And it’s extremely convenient if you work in downtown you can drop off in the morning and pick up after work !! Go to Wills Auto for your car troubles you won’t be disappointed.

My experience with Wills Auto Repair was incredible. I had hit a piece of metal on the freeway a few days before, and my engine was not staying cool. My car is pretty old and has been through a lot, so I was bracing myself for the big decision on whether to pay for another big repair or start the costly process of finding a new vehicle.Will gave me such an amazing deal on replacing my radiator and AC compressor that my decision was a no-brainer- not to mention he got it done for me same day. He kept me updated through every step of the process. He also showed me everything that needed repair before, and everything that he replaced after. I couldnt ask for anything more from an auto repair shop. I never really write reviews, but I had to in this case because my experience was so good. Definitely recommend!

Great place. My car was repair while i was at work down the street and was done before lunch. I had shock suspension problem in my rear tire with a oil change and tune up. Very good price. My car is back to normal. Run great. He was nice and explain and show me my problem . So Im make him my only mechanic.

My Mini Cooper was acting weird, breaking down and turning off unexpectedly and Will offered the most affordable quote to check its system. He checked the car and clearly explained the possible problems and suggested a solution. I left my car there and when I picked up the next day it was perfect again.
