I do not recommend this place. My warrantee for my 2018 Camry was up so this was my first time taking my car to a different place other than the dealer for an oil change. Customer service is non existent, I should have turned around once I noticed this. I paid $75, and now my car is leaking oil. I have never had this problem until I brought my car here.

I can’t say enough good things about Car Tech. My daughter traveled over 2,000 miles to California for an internship. On a Saturday evening she had a car issue and had the car towed to Car Tech. They stayed past close on Saturday to receive the car and let my daughter stay in the building until her ride came. They contacted me early on Sunday with the estimate, gave me updates, and finished with a fair price. Before they let my daughter take the car, they took a long last test drive, explained the issue and repair and showed her what to look for in the future. My daughter said they were polite and the shop was clean. Nice work Oscar and company! Hopefully she doesn’t need anymore service, but if she does, she’ll be back to Car Tech.

Wow wow amazing customer service!! Everyone was very welcoming. I get very anxious when I have to do real adult things such as getting my car looked at- especially when there is the fear of being taken advantage of. I had some decent cosmetic damage on my passenger rear door from hitting a column in a garage over a month ago. I knew I probably couldnt afford getting it fixed and I asked them what the cheapest option would be and they went above and beyond and touched up the rusted paint chips at no charge.

Just had my regular maintenance and some suspension upgrades + alignment done on my 2-series, and was very impressed with the expertise and communication. Eric and the team not only did great work, but offered advice on things like alignment options based on the car and my goals. Car was completed on time and was washed as well.

They were able to help when my windows regulator died last Sunday. I have street parking in a rough neighborhood, so I didnt want to leave the window down all night. Car-Tech was able to do a quick temporary fix to shut the window. Ill have to come back later to get the window operational again with a replacement part. Brownie points for being open on Sundays!

Jonson is very responsive to yelp messages and we were able to schedule service very quickly for my moms Civic. My mom had nothing but good things to say about the place and Jonson . The work was done relatively quickly for being such a busy garage. I will be bringing my car here for all work.

I came to change a sensor because I had the “check engine light “on they changed it and the light went off, then it came back on, in like five minutes I brought my car back and they said that they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t make the diagnostic and that I brought the sensor but then I realized that they changed the wrong one. I came back again and he told me he wasn’t going to charge me AGAIN because I didn’t told him which one to change but when I came I gave him the receipt with the codes and there said CAM sensorAnd i found out about this because he put air to one of my tires and guess what,also the wrong one.Never bringing back my car here again 😡
