I had an issue with the house insurance that had been cancelled by the bank due to the names not matching because of a trust. The bank added their insurance and I was charged twice. I contacted Allstate and they were able to get me a refund for the insurance that had been added in error.

Every staff member with whom I come in contact is helpful, courteous, and responsive. They are knowledgeable and proactive.

Except for a short time when I lived in Arizona, I have never used another insurance company, so I have nothing to which I can compare you, but you seem to do good.

Through both an auto accident and recovery from the 1st big fire last October, on the hills just below our backyard, we got extraordinary follow through. In particular the fire. When all the cleaning, air venting, repairs to backyard walls, gates etc. were done I felt like life was good again, thanks to your attention to our needs.I do know how to get the pic of our fire to you so I just emailed it to you.Allstate responded so quickly to our fire, though our house did not burn, mostly because the fire dept used our backyard as one of the front line to the hillside fire.Allstate was there before the fire dept had totally cleared out. They arrived with huge fans placed in our living room and family room. Cleaned out all our vents. A cleaning crew arrived and on and on. I cant tell you how well our clean up was done. OK. Office staff excellent. Have had VERY little interaction with Mr. DeCarlo . Have never dealt with agency before, where contact with actual agent is very limited. I dont need or want regular phone calls, just availability when or if I have a question.

DeCarlo Insurance has carried my auto and home insurance since 2004. They have always been very responsive, informative, and efficient, and their rates have reflected a definite long-term-customer discount. There was one very minor claim (against me) that took a very long time to resolve, however it was ultimately handled satisfactorily. Also my rates did not go up, after 2 claims were paid out by Allstate, my good driver discount was held intact.

I have been a customer since 1985. I had to make changes on my insurance policy this year and could not get it right The only change was a name to be added on policy. They have got the address wrong and it took them a long time to handle this process to the point that my insurance was canceled on my house. And I am sorry to say service that I have received was really unprofessional. I requested a phone from the owner and still did not get a phone call.

Our family has been with Allstate since I started driving over 50 years ago. They have always been helpful with great service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute horrendous service and you won’t find out until you need assistance. I was a customer for four years until today. The one day I needed help. United lost my bag so I called the number on the app to start a claim. After spending 40 minutes on the phone they could not find my information and said that I did not have a policy with them. After doing some digging by finding Greg’s number in the yearly holiday message I then called his office. Never have I spoken with more rude and unprofessional representatives. The supervisor before even hearing my full concern asked for me to take my business elsewhere. After all was said and done it turns out that Greg and his incompetent team made a mistake that made my policy invisible to the nationwide office. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as well if you know what’s good for you.

No real problems to report. Office staff usually very responsive. Calls are always ansewerd. No voice mail unless closed. That I like...Sometimes have to call back for answers to questions as opposed to getting call back from office with answers. Overall pretty good..

DeCarlo Insurance treated incredibly well for over 20 years. When my car was stolen, They quickly assessed the situation and issued me a very satisfactory check to replace my car. They were friendly in every interaction I had with them. When my father passed away and his home owners insurance company used the opportunity to drop our coverage, DeCarlo stepped up and found a company willing to cover us in a high-fire- danger area of central California. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for peace of mind, security and total coverage.

DeCarlo Insurance is no longer local to me. I have stayed with DeCarlo Insurance for historical Personal Reasons. Greg was very kind to My Mother. I must admit that when I called not long ago to get a question answered I did become a bit concerned initially when my question wasnt answered. Lisa, who is answering the phones at time was so professional and clearly cares about all Customers. She immediately put me in touch with Steve who took care of my questions. Before we had a chance to speak on the phone, he took the time to email me the answer I needed and then we spoke. He is always thorough, reassuring and clearly cares.

I was with this agent for over 10 years but recently a staff member yelled and cursed at me on the phone . I called Allstates main number, filed a complaint and switched over to a different agent, Paul park . Nobody should ever be treated like this when you have life insurance, 3 cars insured, renters, home and EarthQuake. Stay away from this company .
