Plenty of parking spaces available. But no clear signs where to park as this place seemed to be shared by many businesses. Shuttle stop not on Century Blvd but on the side street. Waited a good 15 minutes before giving up and took the Hilton shuttle instead.Coming back, the shuttle didnt stop and drove right past the hotel stops. Possibly was already full but who knows. Luckily we just had to wait another 5 minutes before the next one came.Checking out was fast and easy.
This place is very confusing. You drive in and there is no clear direction on where to go to park your car for LAX travel. We got lucky and after parking in a space we thought was right, we ran into someone who works there. He gave us directions on where to go to park. The space we were in was not right. After finding a spot, we went up the elevator to the street level, where a very nice man assured us that we were parked in a good spot. He had to tell us where to catch the shuttle, which is in between the Hilton and the Airport Spectrum Parking building. NO SIGNS ANYWHERE! When we returned from our trip after 6 days, we were unable to get on the shuttle because it was already full. The driver assured us that he would be back in less than 20 minutes, and that he wasnt sure if the other driver had gone home or not. Apparently, they do not have an on board radio system, or cell phones to check to see if the other driver was already gone??? Anyway, we finally got back to the parking building, and again, no clear directions on where to go to get the elevator, or where to go to pay the bill. We did find someone to ask, but no one was clearly visible to ask. We had to search for someone. It was late, we were tired, and would have appreciated better communication from the beginning. Two stars given as our car was fine when we finally got to it.
I waited 35 minutes for shuttle and the shuttle just drove by without stopping or looking to see if anyone was waiting. The shuttle wasnt full.Counted 6 Wally Park shuttles and about the same # of Spot parking shuttles.I know who will get my business next trip!

I had a reservation to park my car ahead of time. Parking was easy to find. There was a man there guiding us where exactly to go. Locating the shuttle was easy. When we got to shuttle stop, we got lucky that the shuttle was boarding. Locating the shuttle at airport to transport back to parking structure was easy to find. The wait was no more than 5 minutes. However, my flight was delayed so I picked up my car later than the time I had selected. I was supposed to pick up by 4pm but ended up getting to my car at 6:30. So they charged me for ONE EXTRA full day!! I was only 2.5 hours late and it was not my fault my plane was delayed!! Not cool. Never parking here again.
It was a disaster. The parking lot is a maze. They share it with so many other businesses. They even do not have their own shuttle. Waited at the airport for two hours. Finally when the shuttle arrived, the driver was unbelievably rude. Cant think of any worse travel experience than this in my life.
Im not sure if $135 to park for 7 days is fair or not but their shuttle system is terrible. The ride to the airport started with my wife, our two little ones and I with one other guy at the parking structure next to the Hilton. With seats clearly marked as unavailable due to COVID-19, the shuttle stopped at a 2nd stop and packed the shuttle with people even standing in the stairwell. On the return trip we waited an hour before just catching a taxi because the shuttle was too full to stop twice going past us outside terminal 6 on a Saturday night at 9:00.
BEAWARE!!! CLOROX ALL OVER THE SHUTTLE BUS SEATS!We saw liquids on all the seats but thought it is some water from the AC (AC is on back/top of the bus). But it must be straight Clorox because it bleached out all of my family pants and shirts. See the picture.Of course, no response from this company for this complaint.
Worst experience of my life. Waited over 2 hours from 10:45 pm - 12:57 am for our pickup. The driver drove past terminal 2 three times. The bus is NOT marked spectrum. Then when we finally loaded, I had to sit in the back under a dripping air conditioning unit. I will never use this service again.All I can say is, I warned you.
No security. Not safe.I left my car at this parking, on my way back, two windows was broken and all my stuff disappeared. They ask me to fill a claim which I did, but no-one ever reach back to me. Every time I call, its always the same response : our claim department will reach out to you. Disappointing! Im doing a BBB complaint.
DO NOT PARK HERE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM - They will charge you double of the posted rates upon leaving. This place scams people every day. Their per day fee only allows for 12 hours of parking, yet they charge you for 48 hours of parking. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!
Worst experience ever!! Pay the extra few bucks and park at Quick park or one of the other parking garages in the area. False advertisement with their shuttle that Never showed up! We called and they still didn’t show up one of the hotels felt sorry for us and dropped us off.. BEWARE!!!!
I had zero issues. Although I admit it was a bit confusing where to park. The wait to get TO the airport was a bit excessive, but the ride BACK to the garage was quick with only a few-minute wait at the airport terminal. Once you return to the garage with your pre-paid parking receipt, you simply take that to the security desk, and the person there takes your receipt and generates a new ticket to exit the lot. Simple. My car was in great condition and UNLIKE above-ground lots where your car will be covered in grime in no time flat, my car was perfectly clean a few floors underground.
I waited almost an hour for the Shuttle, no one answered phones, shuttle passed me twice while waving and yelling them down, we finally got in touch with someone, they said a new shuttle was on the way, it never came, had to UBER to airport, missed our flight, lost our luggage in the shuffle of moving everything around, lost bags had our car keys and both cell phones in it, still dont have any of our stuff back, and all started because this parking area did not answer their phones or send a shuttle as promised (mind you, we were two hours early so should have been plenty of time to make our flight) and we were traveling with an infant, so the stress this has caused and the ripple effect on our trip has been horrendous. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone regardless of how good the price seems. The manager has not returned our calls after multiple voicemails and we are trying to figure out how to get our car back and a refund for the trouble!
I usually don’t write reviews but this time I felt the need to do so. I had a horrible experience in this facility. After waiting for an hour for the shuttle, I had to take Uber to airport otherwise I would have missed my flight. I had similar experience returning, I had to take Uber back to parking lot because again they delayed the shuttle. Lastly, my return flight was delayed for a little over two hours and they over charged me. This place is understaffed, there were no parking attendant to help. I would not recommend this place at all.
Poor customer service (Jessica), poor shuttle service, if the airplane delay and pass the reservation time, they charge triple charge of your fee. the shuttle will not stop every terminal if it is full. whoever wait at the terminal 6, you will not get on the shuttle minimum 2 hours. they just put some of piece of paper on the table and said this is policy. I will never use this parking place. The attitude of staff is the worst. I saw 2 workers but they were talking about the different policy. they do not know what they are doing. they were just making some excuses. God bless you.
Dont even waste your time looking for parking at lax. If it wasnt for this place I would have missed my flight. Just go straight here, and take the free shuttle to LAX.
This is my second time using this parking lot, the last time the shuttle came out back and this time the sign pointed to the front so I went to the front desk to clarify and the guy was SO RUDE and gave me attitude for asking a simple question. Keep in mind he’s literally just sitting there doing nothing, it’s 6 am so there’s no one else here. Like excuse me but that’s your JOB? Worst service ever, never using this lot again. Customers should never be treated this way. Sorry my one question was such an inconvenience??? Lol

I repeat Do Not Park here!We have been using this facility for years and have always had great service so seeing all the current negative reviews I still choose to park here because of past experiences. It literally deserves Zero stars but then I couldnt post a review..We had prepaid to park there for the week..The shuttle there was ok for us, but our friends waited over 25 min. Coming home was a MESS! After waiting over 30 mins we called Customer service, she said a bus in coming into the airport now. Another 10 mins go by and the bus shows up and says this is drop off only and our best bet was to call rideshare! What?! Are u kidding me!!! There was 30 in my group! About another 10 or so waiting for pickup also. So after about another 10 mins or so We manage to track down another bus to take us but realized too late we were dropped off at the wrong place. So thankfully we had a driver that made it back to Airport Spectrum and was able to come pick up half the group....now, because we had to scan our prepaid ticket to get out to go pick everyone up, she refused to open the gate because there in only a 10 min grace period. HOWEVER, I WAS STANDING in line for most of that 10 mins and she left the desk to help someone that had come up after me!!! She said I had to pay again to get out of the structure! Really after your company strands 50 or so people out there at 11:45pm! She proceeded to tell me that the shuttle is not part of the company she works for so it wasnt her fault! I understand they are probably still recovering from a pandemic but there is no excuse for the rudeness and unprofessionalness we received!!
Shuttles are full and they run every 45 minutes. High risk of missing flight. Definitely park somewhere else where shuttles run every 10-15 minutes.
Awful experience from departure to arrival. Shuttle to airport was packed and standing room only. There were 7 of us standing in the center of the shuttle.Upon arrival from our trip, we stood in red sign for 30mins when their empty shuttle drove past us and never stopped. I texted and called the number on their business card and “mailbox is full”. We uber’d to the parking structure because we didn’t want to wait anymore . AWFUL.
I had a pleasant experience parking here despite the negative reviews. The shuttle to and from the lot was very fast. I parked my car here about a week and my car was safe. Unfortunately my battery died because of not driving and they didn’t have a working jump start so I had to call my insurance company (which isn’t their fault) but it would be nice if they provided that service.The older male security guard at the building was extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to tell him my battery died, he wouldn’t even let me finish and only repeated to go speak to parking.The attendant at the parking desk was very nice. I would park here again.
SHADY Company/business. I just used their service on May 18th- 22nd and now I’m disputing the extra charges of $82.50 that they CHARGED THREE TIMES plus an ADDITIONAL FEE of $16 they called a Deposit at checkout After I was quoted $65 dollars for the 4 nights my car stayed.Super Sketchy parking lot! No attendees/staff on site. I drove around confused not knowing where to park bc it’s a “shared” parking structure with peoples assigned parking in half the units and the other half say valet. I took my chance and parked in valet since I had proof that I paid to stay.They don’t answer there phone half the time. When I finally got someone on the phone to speak to billing I was told that the guy that handles the business hasn’t been SEEN or heard of in two weeks and he doesn’t know when he will return. Scam. All I can say is you’re better off paying paying a little more in a safer and better quality parking structure.
Do not park here. Over 30 min late to pick us up from the airport. Then when they finally showed up there was absolutely NO ROOM. Mind you this is during COVID & there’s over 30 people in this tiny bus. They do not value your time. After we were picked up at terminal 1, they went to terminal 2 to pick more people up. They have also been waiting a hour with 4 very young children. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN ANY WAY!!!
Horrible shuttle service and farthest lot from the airport. Waited 25 minutes for a shuttle and it passed by without stopping. Told to wait another 20 minutes for it to circle back. Dont park here. Park at Spot or Joes who have multiple shuttles that pick up the passing customers.
My CAR was STOLEN here!!!!NOT SECURE!!NO SECURITY CAMERAS!!!DON’T PARK HERE!!!I came back from a trip last Tuesday May 25, 2021 around 1:00am and when I arrived to the secured parking lot my car had been STOLEN. If youre planning on using one of the secured parking facilities please avoid Airport Spectrum LAX. Turns out its not secure. They dont even have security cameras only license plate recognition at the exit. I usually leave my car at Marriott or Hyatt Regency or the flyaway without any issues but they were all sold out this time around.Operations Manager of Airport Spectrum Aaron Martinez has not been helpful nor has one of the customer service representatives Dwight Everest. Their insurance person Eric Fechisso has also been uncooperative.Its the last place youd expect your car to be stolen from and their facility has a 4.8-star review on some of their websites so you cant trust that either. I was told by the woman operating the desk that they have machines that move cars without car owners consent and without our car keys.Also, had to pay for Uber on my way to the airport because the shuttle never showed up. And on my arrival I waited an hour. I also had to pay $70 for Uber ride home. They havent responded to any concerns and havent even refunded amount paid to park at the facility either.THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!! This is unacceptable! At no point should my car have been allowed to leave the premises.Police found my car a week later. All of my valuables stolen. And management has said that you park at your own risk.HORRIBLE COMPANY!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!

I’ve been parking here for a year but lately in the past 2 months the shuttle service has become very infrequent. I’m lucky to get on a shuttle within 1 hour of wait time. So this is most likely my last time parking here.
This place is a steal! Great place for parking your car over the weekend when you go out of town, they provide a shuttle to LAX. There should be guide to help new comers but overall 5/5
What a nightmare. Shuttle never showed on the way out, had to call an Uber to make our flight. On return tried to call to find out what the shuttle looks like (since we never saw it before) and no answer, ever. Took a random airport shuttle to the Uber lot to pay yet again for a ride back to our car, but long lines and few Uber’s available. Walked with bags down Century to the garage at 11 pm. We travel often and use these parking structures often, have never had a worse experience. Will never use Spectrum again.

Honestly it went smoothly than I expected. Like most of the complaints here, the shuttle time is a hit or miss the most I waited was probably 30 minutes. When I got back I just called dispatch for a pick up and they arrived within 10 minutes. The process was simple and cheap (5 days for 40 something dollars)It is kind of confusing once you get in there just make sure you park somewhere near P2 or P3. Anyways once you did it once you should be fine again. I used cheap airport parking site and they got me the deal. All in all not bad. I would use again.
This place is super shady.. their shuttle takes an hour to go around and they are the last stop after dropping people at other spots and picking patrons up at different spots to bring back to the terminal.. this will delay you going to their parking structure. This will make you late to get out and they will charge you a whole days charge for just 1 hour overage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE... PARK AT OTHER LOCATIONS.. now I see why only a few noobies who doesnt know much get swindle here....the garage is like a maze to drive through to get to your parking.
Ive used Airport Spectrum at least 4 times; just booked a 5th stay! I havent really used airport parking companies before, so I dont have anything to compare this place to; however, it has been a pleasant experience each time. The staff has always been really nice. Ive never had any issues with my car being damaged or broken into, and they have a shuttle to take you to the airport so I did not have to spend any extra money for an uber. I do wish, however, that the shuttle was a little more efficient; but hey, the fine print does say to arrive 3 hours before your flight! lol. All in all, Ill continue to use airport spectrum when I travel.

I had a pretty good experience parking here. I booked it online and it was relatively cheap about 4-6 dollar a day depending on the day of the week. Weekends are more expensive. The shuttle was very quick on the way to the airport but unsafely crowded in consideration of covid. Pickup from the airport took a bit longer about 20-30 minute wait but was expected. Checking out was easy. Since our reservation was prepaid I just showed the cashier my receipt and parking ticket and it was taken care of in minutes. Good option since airport long term parking at LAX is closed.
Save yourself time and don’t bother with this one! We’ve taken a few shuttle services at LAX and by far this was the worst one. First of all, the number on the reservation to call for assistance is wrong. Being flustered as it is with flying, this wasn’t ideal. Secondly, took 40 mins for “just ONE” shuttle to finally show up that packed us in like SARDINES (literally one on top of the other breathing in personal body odor in all directions), esp in time Covid. “It’s Spring Break! So it’s busy,” was the excuse given by they driver. No fault to him. But if that’s the case, put more shuttles on the road in the rotation. No joke....While waiting, we saw the Hyatt, The Parking Spot, Wally Park, South bay parking and many others at least 5-6 times come around for other passengers with half empty shuttles. Very disheartening to come back home to service like this, esp at 11pm and 2 toddlers on their 2nd wind. Not to mention the pre-paid QR code is a waste of convenience. Their ticket process when you check out was ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PARKING. This place is a nightmare! First of all they don’t let you know that when you return you have to wait for the shuttle at arrivals and not departures. Second, shuttle takes 25-30min to come around so if you miss it be prepared to wait. Third, apparently the shuttle has more than one stop and the driver does not say it loud enough for you to hear. We got dropped off at the wrong garage and luckily caught the driver before he left us there.When getting to the correct garage it’s very confusing on how to exit the garage due to vague signage.Parked to pay balance due for parking and was told we needed the email confirmation printed out. I informed them I was never sent an email or any kind of confirmation. Luckily I had a screenshot on my phone from when I made the reservation online otherwise I would have no record. We finally paid and were told to go to the gate to exit. After putting the paid ticket it the machine it said we owed $49. Put the ticket in a couple more times and it still said it.When we told the female employee the machine said we owed $49 she said “oh the machine does that to confuse you” so basically they try to confuse you to pay more money after we already paid the parking in full before going to the exit gate. DO BOOK THROUGH THIS PARKING!

I used to park here all the time but since the change in ownership it is terrible. I parked there in March 2021 and they did not follow any kind of covid rules on their busses. Our bus was packed so full people were standing by the stairs and the driver told us to bad and was very rude i will next park there again.
The shuttles run late, nobody answers the phone, and there are no security cameras. I noticed at least four or five shuttles for Marriott while waiting for one shuttle. The garage is a little sketch.

I was searching for Phil. Airlines, but it was shut down probably since Mar. 2020 due to the pandemic. Just like other hotels (🏨 🏨 🏨), there are no valets & bellhops.I was trying to pay the parking ticket (🎟) through the machine, but I carried a $ 100 bill which it didnt accept. The ticket then failed to come out of the slot when I pressed the cancelation button. The same thing occurred after paying with a credit card (💳) as I inquired a female attendant for some change in the paper (📃) bill to no avail.
DO NOT PARK HERE!! Waited over an hour to be pick up. When we got to the parking lot at 3:31am I was told shuttle will pick us up in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I went to go ask the an employee told us the shuttle had gone back to the airport and it was going to take another 25 minutes. According to the gentleman the drivers have no brain and they don’t communicate on where pick up should be. He said they were going to call the driver to come pick us up. Of course they didn’t. They’re all clues less. The lady at the cashier said I should’ve gone there 3 hours ahead. WHATT??? Horrible service!!! We almost missed our flight. I called the operations manager Aaron Martinez the next day to complain. He acted like he cared and said he would follow up and would do something for me on my return. Well until today I haven’t heard from them. Never again would I used this parking lot.
The shuttle and service were slow, but the worst part was coming back to my car and seeing that someone rummaged through everything in my vehicle. I dont know how they got in because nothing was broken into but everything in my glove box and center console for corn out and they left their sweatshirt. This place is garbage.

I have been trying to figure out the best place to park at LAX. I fly every weekend, out Thursday, back Sunday. I need a place I can arrive, park cheaply and get a quick shuttle to the airport. It doesn’t have to be the fastest service, but predictability means a lot. Anyhow, I booked my parking here at spectrum online. It wasn’t the cheapest, but it said it had shuttles every 15 minutes, it was close to LAX and the price was very reasonable. Anyhow, when I pulled into the parking, I was so confused where I was supposed to park. I drove around for 15 minutes and couldn’t figure out wheee to park. Finally, searched and found the front desk and had to ask how to park. As suspected, the parking situation was not normal and had to be explained. I’m honestly still worried I could get towed. Anyhow, after I parked I ran back up and had to ask where the shuttle picks up. There was no signs and no information. I ended up waiting for 35 to 40 minutes only to find out that the shuttle that picks up is 405 where I normally park. Anyhow, long story just to say, I’d advise against parking here unless you are used to it, or they add way more information and speed up the shuttles.

Chose Spectrum because we like to depart airport ASAP, so we prefer parking services with frequent shuttles, valet parking ((so the car is waiting when shuttle arrives back to parking area from picking you up), and close proximity to airport. It is close. We called for pick up as instructed. First, after 30 minutes waiting for he Spectrum shuttle at terminal 2 (the 2nd of 8 terminals upon entering lax ) we took the Hilton shuttle since Hilton is next door. Second, when I called and gave the ticket number to the operator she seemed confused about why I would do that, which all the real valet services request, otherwise they can’t have your car waiting. Third, when we arrived, the car hadn’t been waiting and we had to wait another 15 minutes to for the driver to bring the car. They charge competitive rates to other nearby valet services like Parking Spot and Wally Park, but offer a vastly inferior service. In fact we saw 6 parking spot shuttle while waiting, several Wally Park shuttles and several 105 Parking shuttles, others too, but I don’t recall the names. Not one Spectrum Shuttle although they advertise a shuttle frequency of 15 -20 minutes. Altogether from calling to driving out of the lot it took 90 minutes. I have parked at LAX well over 200 times in 15 years and never had such a bad experience. Thank goodness for Hilton otherwise it would have been longer.
The shuttle times are not accurate. I travel twice a month and have used spectrum about 5 times and each time I have waited over 35 mins to hour for the shuttle each way. Inconsistent and when you call dispatch they always say one is on the way when it’s not. If you value your time save yourself the headache.
Dont park in this place if you need long term parking. They overcharge and threat you if contest what they charge. Plus, their shuttle doesnt work properly to the airport. I had to use Uber to go back my car. I left the car for a week, they promised me to charge $99 weekly, but charged $132. And they said if you dont pay, we will block your car and will not let you out. Its not a safe parking.
Its an airport parking lot relatively close to LAX with valet service. Its a covered lot and fairly convenient, though the frequency of the shuttle may leave something to be desired. However, this may be an LAX induced issue. The waiting area is nice enough looking but doesnt really have much seating.
This was the worst experienced Ive ever faced with a business. From the get go, we had to wait at least thirty minutes for a ride to LAX from their parking lot. After asking a couple how long they have been waiting for the same shuttle, they said an hour. They stated they were most likely going to miss their flight due to Spectrums shuttle.While waiting for Spectrums shuttle to pick us up after landing at 11:00 PM, we had to wait at the airport for approximately one and a half hours with our three year old who was cold and tired!!! I saw the same drivers on different shuttles pass us at least two or three times before our shuttle arrived.I began calling Spectrum after about 30 minutes of waiting and the first two times they did not answer. When they finally did, they said three different times that the shuttle should be arriving soon (Real time was an hour).To top it off and make our experience even more worse, our shuttle driver took out one of our very important luggage bags and almost left it at another drop off location. Thank god my wife discovered one of our bags was missing before we took off!!!!!Everyone in that shuttle was complaining about Spectums wait time and customer service!!Please do not support this horrible business!!!!! They need to be shut down!!! This experience was definitely not worth saving a few bucks.
I made the reservation and paid on line, great price, easy access and easy way out, they have a shuttle to LAX every 20 min totally recommended just plan accordingly to be on time for boarding
I had to wait 47 minutes to be picked up. I had to call dispatch 3 different times, one bus drove by me after being told he had to pick me up. Don’t waste your money or your time. All the other shuttles came at least 5 times while i was waiting. Use them.
Terrible experience with my first time parking with Spectrum. Only one shuttle bus (which was full); took me an hour from curbside arrivale to get to the parking structure where I was then charged an additional $2.75 per every 20mins I was late for picking up my vehicle as a result. Parking attendant stated they are not responsible for shuttle, however they are the ones that contracts them. They made a bad situation unnecessarily worse.
DO NOT PARK HERE shuttle service is HORRIBLE, (we ended up hitching a ride from another shuttle because we waited for over half an hour after calling to tell them to come get us) employees are beyond incompetent, and even if you prepay online, it still takes a good 5-10 minutes to verify. The issues caused by spectrum added a good 1.5 hours to our travel time.
Worst Shuttle service and parking ever! Pulled into Mark parking, but it was all the way, finally figured out you’re supposed to go to visitor parking. Then had no idea where to go to catch the shuttle to the airport. Finally asked worker at the hotel and they told us where we need to go. On the return we were told that the bus runs every15 minutes, waited one hour and five minutes before we hitched a ride with another shuttle bus. During that one hour we called five times and were told the bus is Mark spectrum and comes every 15 minutes. Finally got to the parking lot with the others shuttle service where there was a bus waiting, not one marking on it said spectrum parking it said 405 ValuePark! We had our dogs nearby boarding and due to their negligence we had to pay for an extra night for each dog because we missed the pick up time. So please save your money spend a little more and skip this place all together.
Worst airport parking experience so far, and Ive tried several.First of all, expect to wait 30-60 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to their facility to pick you up and take you to the airport - I had to wait 50 minutes and was afraid Id miss checking in for my flight. The parking garage is fine, but there is very little signage on where to park, where to go for the shuttle, etc., so plan to spend some time figuring it out yourself.Then when you come back to LAX, plan to wait again to be picked up while you see every other parking shuttle pass you by maybe even several times. It didnt help that my flight back was delayed, so when I finally made it back to my car, again you have to figure out what to do because there is no cashier at the actual exit. Pushing the button for assistance, you have to drive back and figure out where the cashier is to pay. THEN because my flight was delayed and I got back an HOUR after my reservation stated, I had to pay for a whole other day! I got charge another $17 which may not seem like much except it was MORE than the daily rate I had even made the reservation for.I will NEVER use them again. 405 parking may be a little further, but Ill stick with them because not only are their rates good but their multiple shuttles are constantly driving.

Very hard to find where to drop off the car. Waited 40min for a shuttle to the airport, the shuttle picks up passengers from another hotel and space is limited. Many people couldn’t get on the shuttle and had to wait for the next one. Called spectrum when landed like I was instructed to have my car valet ready when I arrived. Ended up waiting 40 min to have my car pulled up. At that point didn’t know why I was even paying for valet. It was my first and last time parking here. I’d rather continue parking at Hilton where the whole process is much easier.
Do NOT park here. My car was broken into over the weekend, back window smashed to pieces, and the staff are sooooo unbelievably apathetic and careless about it. The valet staff actually drove my car up to me in this state!! And the attendant had the audacity to say “it wasn’t like that before when you dropped it off?”NOT ONCE HAS ANY OF THE STAFF APOLOGIZED EITHER.Police report and incident reports are filed but the manager has not returned my call yet! The staff working there are young kids that aren’t equipped to handle situations like this. I wish I had never given them my car keys as they’re taking their business extremely lightly.My car was ransacked from the inside completely and they have no idea what happened. They are NOT providing a safe place for cars like they say they are. The staff also told me there’s an issue with people coming in from the street and hanging out in the garage. One was found underneath a car recently. I don’t think that’s safe??Their customer service is non existent and just angering. I’ve parked in many lax airport parking lots and never had this happen to me, until I came here.BEWARE, their garage is not secure, and they valet park cars so far away that they don’t hear the alarms going off, apparently.
Can I rate this 0 stars? Because, DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE. I waited a whole 40 mins to be picked up, every other shuttle service had at least 3 shuttles driving by every 10 mins -maybe even less while I was waiting. Trash trash trash. Never again
This location is ran by SP Plus Corp so this review is of them. My car was parked there on Dec 29th and they moved it. When doing so my car was badly scratched. They are fighting with me on doing the repairs and have no concern how they are treating me or that they caused damage to my car. Be careful using a garage ran by SP Plus Corp
Good price. Shuttle is reliable. Took a while to find someone to help us get the car in front of us out.

Inconsistent picking up at the Spectrum and at the airport with the shuttle system in place. Regardless of how early or the time you arrive, theres always an issue with the shuttle picking you up.
Claustrophobic parking and difficult to find a place to park. If youre just looking for parking for the day, be aware they will want your keys if you park in a way that will block another car from getting out (which you will have to do because the lot is designed that way). I didnt want to do that because I wasnt sure when Id be coming back and it could be late after the staff leaves (I was attending an event at a nearby hotel).I decided I wanted to go elsewhere but was charged for the 15 minutes I spent wandering around trying to find a suitable spot and giving up. The lady on call with the assistance button wouldnt let me out without paying since I had passed their 10 minute grace period. Adding insult to injury, by the time our conversion wrapped up, the time rolled over to 20 minute and I had to pay an additional $2.75 to get out of the parking lot I never actually parked in.
Great staff. left my car at valet took about 3 minutes. i paid online. shuttle was a 5 mintue wait both ways couldnt have been better just a couple minutes longer after arrival my car was there thank you
I use them all the time via cheapairport.com but only down side is where they now charge actual daily rate when you pass the booking time..
Cheap parking but limited shuttles... Sometimes a long wait.

Third time is not a charm. 1 hour long shuttle wait for pick up; lost keys; lost car. All resolved in two hours which was longer than my flight. When I requested a comp for the horrible service, the manager/owner indicated that they cannot control the shuttle service because it is sub-contracted out. Nothing we can do. Gave me one day off the bill ($20) which was not worth the pain and aggravation. Shuttle service is the issue. Not reliable, timely, horrible. I WILL NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN. Advice: pay a bit more for a company with many many shuttles. Saves much pain, aggravation and stress. This company took a relatively benign simple flight and turned it into a horror story and then was unapologetic.
I prefer this garage over others because of its central location (across from police station), an easy payment process, its open 24 hours, has great views from the top, and ultimately for the fortunes provided per parking stall. Other than stating the obvious like being a great lover, Ive been reminded to share my happiness with others and that a party is going on inside me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPA!Y! Valet parked our car for 2 days and came back to our car which had been ransacked inside. No sign of any breakin. Clearly their employees who had access to the keys stole everything valuable from the car. The we found out they have no video surveillance where the cars are parked, only exiting and entering the building. How convenient for anyone working there who wants to go thru a car! They know they won’t be caught on camera. That’s pretty bad choices by a company. There should be video on the parked lots. Totally bummed! I will never go there again. Someone in line with us said her car had gotten stolen from this lot. An employee had a connection with another group in the airport, like an airport ring. Really bad! .
