We paid for covered parking but when we arrived at 6:30 AM, there were only a few spots available, and only on the rooftop. After 4 days parked on the roof, my white car appeared nearly black from soot and what appears drippings of jet oil. When speaking with the attendant that we paid for covered parking, all we were told is we are busy today. Then, upon exiting, we were then charged and additional fee. We were able to have the unapproved additional fee waived, but will cost nearly as much to clean the car as for 4 days parking.

Highly disappointed. This is the 3rd time my car has been vandalized while parked in this parking lot. There is NO EXCUSE. They have people constantly driving around ready to tow your car away if you don’t pay but when some one brakes into your car and robs all of your personal belongings and information they say that’s not their problem. DEFINITELY REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUERE!!!!!

Shuttle service has been really slow lately. Waited more than a half an hour on several occasions. It was never like that before. Cant keep using COVID to justify bad customer service.Also, I found that if I had payed to check out at X time, Ive been charged extra time for taking the car earlier!!?? eventhough I had already prepayed to take the car out at a specific time. When I asked why was this? the attendant replied, I dont know!! Im not the computer who is asking you for extra money! He did give me the refund and he should have.My advice, don’t park your cars there. If you must,, keep an eye at your check out times and demand a refund if they charge you extra for leaving earlier.

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to park here based on all the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It’s located on the street that’s one-way, so when you see the Krispy Kreme sign, make sure you take the right turn into the garage. You can make reservations online and oftentimes there are $5 off coupons. You can either print the reservation barcode or use your phone to scan at the gate. I arrived at 5am on a Friday and had to park on the roof. The spots are really tight, and someone scratched my car (which isn’t Joe’s Parking’s fault) when I got back. The shuttle came in 7 min from waiting and the driver asked which terminal we were going to so the process was smooth overall.For the arrival process, you have to go back upstairs to departures to one of the red signs. You can call or text the number on the reservation confirmation for a pick-up. A shuttle came after 15 min of waiting but was full, so I had to catch the next one, which did come after a few minutes. Once you’re back, you just need to scan your barcode again and you’re on your way out. The employees all wore masks and were polite. Overall, it’s a really short drive from the airport, was cheap, and was reasonably quick to go to/leave from the airport.

The Catalytic convertor have been stolen from my car however its inside the structure, I came after my 3 days trip to pick up my car to find it un drivable! No cameras and worst service u can ever get from any parking structure.The manager wanted me even to pay for the extra night the car spent there until I got a towing truck for it, Unbelievable.JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!

Its the end of the road for me and Joes! Been a customer for 7 years but no more. Place should be renamed Clydes Corporate Clipjoint. The price you sign up for is not what you get. Expect to pay surcharges and taxes of over 25% on the low rate you were quoted. Next, forget about any service. Some tech genius types have fired all the customer service agents. The check in and check out procedures are all handled at the automated check in machine at the garage entrance. And those procedures are a complete MESS! Again, some tech genius type who recently graduated from junior high was the software developer. Expect an argument from an uppidity lot attendant instead of a customer service agent. Valet parking? Long gone! Any sort of signage that you can see at night? Long gone! Its all about slashing costs to the bone and jacking up surcharges and squeezing the customers for every dime. GO ELSEWHERE if you value your own money.

SCAM ALERT! JOE SCAMMED MULTIPLE PEOPLE, CAUGHT IN ACT!!After purchasing for Joes Parking for 2 days online (which I put in 8am Sat - 11pm Sun), they charged me for another day of $11.75 when I was trying to leave the parking lot, stating I parked too early on Sat ~7:30am, so I needed to pay for another day. A attendant was physically there to tell me the issue.This is BS - after already paying for 2 days, and given the minute time difference and the nature of airports, I should not have paid for another day. I was shocked by their charge.After paying so I could leave, another patron came over and said the same thing happened to him as well. He was having a heated argument with attendant minutes before I drove to the exit and still trying to dispute...meanwhile a bunch of other cars behind us are waiting to be next victims...Buyers beware!

They had on site security guard. Their guard helped me replace my car keyfob battery and also gave me a jump start. My car wasnt turning on as I left it there for 10 days after I returned from my trip. Very happy with my experience here.

LOCKED car broken into, DO NOT PARK HERE. Went thru glove box and stole manual, apt garage opener, and some bike gear in the back. Dude working the garage told me it was impossible to break into a locked car and told me too bad...like come on dude it’s 2021 there is technology out there, they some how disabled the drivers door window and were able to get in. Treated like I was the idiot by the parking attendant...

Learned of this parking service from a friend of mine. He had a lot of good things to say, so I decided to try it out and man this service did not disappoint. The parking garage is very close to LAX. The garage is secure and my car was unharmed. The also provide a shuttle service which takes you to the airport and also returns you to the parking garage. The shuttle is very clean with signs throughout to maintain social distancing. The prices are also very cheap compared to other parking services nearby. I would recommend reserving a spot online prior to coming as it could save you some extra money. Overall great service, I will definitely be using it again.

So make sure when you reserve and pay ahead you list your return for the full 24 hour day even if you will be returning earlier than that. They do not give you 24 hours even though your paying per day. Payed for 5 days but listed that I would be back after 4 and a half days. 6am left and would return 8pm of the 4th day. My flight was delayed and got back 3 hours later than I listed. Late charge that was more than 2 days parking was added to bill as I was trying to exit. Parking guy was like oh well you have to pay because your late. CROOKS.

Had to drive a few hours to LAX. On top of decent reviews, I also learned that this parking garage had gotten rid of its valet service. I have a real problem with handing out my keys to any valet service, so this was a big plus. Reserved my spot online. I got there and the machine asked me to enter my phone number to confirm my online reservation. It didnt print a ticket, so I assumed that online reservations are handled digitally. Once it confirmed my number, the gate opened and I parked my car. Shuttles were stopping about every 10-15 min. Got a shuttle within a few minutes of arriving and got dropped off at my terminal. Very smooth process. Returned a week later. I waited in the departures level on the terminal red Hotel Shuttle Pickup curb (as instructed on the sign at the parking garage). Again, Joes Parking shuttles drive by every few minutes. As you wait at the terminal red pickup curb, keep an eye out for the shuttle. As soon as you spot a Joes Parking shuttle, wave it down and tell them to drop you off at the parking garage. Once there, walk into Joes Parking office and tell them that youre leaving. Tell them that you made a reservation and have your reservation confirmation email ready on your phone. Theyre going to want to look at it to note down the confirmation number and confirm info. Theyll ask for the phone number used in the reservation, then theyll hand you a QR Bar Code to scan on the machine upon exiting. Thats all there is to it. Its an indoor parking garage. Ive never left a car parked in LAX before but Joes Parking will be my go-to parking garage if I have to do it again. It was about 180 bucks for a week but the experience was completely hassle-free.

This is now our second time using the services of Joes Airport Parking for our trip to Hawaii. We booked online for better deals. Make sure you print out a copy of your prepaid online reservations & keep it on your dashboard with your entry ticket to turn them both in to the Office Attendant as you return from your trip.The Shuttle was ready & waiting for us after we parked our car. We waited 10 minutes on the curbside for the Shuttle to pick us up after we arrived back at LAX & retrieved our luggage. When we got to Joes, we pulled out our car & drove to the red lit up entry blockers; stepped out of the car to walk to the office & gave the online reservation printout along with the original entry ticket to the Office Attendant to print out a receipt for us to leave the parking structure.Dropping off and retrieving were both effortless and stress free. I will certainly use Joes again without any hesitation.Β Joe’s is a great location to park if you’re flying out of LAX. Their Customer Service was also great. Everyone from the Office Attendants to the Shuttle Drivers were very kind & helpful. I had no issues what so ever.

On our return trip boarded an over full shuttle with little to no standing room. A/C was off for 1/2 the trip but driver had his own window down.Paid online in full. I didnt want to roll the dice with the tiny lot-E and I went back and forth between reviews here and on other sites like yelp to find a place that wasnt overpriced, had a decent rating and allowed me to park my car...after reading some of the valet stories.Joes seemed to be higher in ratings than some of the others that friends had suggested but in the same price range. It was definitely more than the 96 that lot-E was, bummer its 1/8th the size of lot-C.Found a good spot to park, shuttle there and back was pretty quick and car was in fine condition when I got back 8/30/19.I highly recommend and will use them again, and update or add another review at that time, but so far it was really good.

Came back from a long and tired business trip. Got my checked luggage. Went out and text Joes since I parked valet. Waited and waited. Half a hour passed. Called the office and replied driver was on terminals already. Van did not showed up until another 45 min later. (Total wait time 1 hr 15min) In between there were other parkings van. A few companies I saw at least 5 times!! Got on the van. Driver tried to play nice and asked how I was. I told her I waited over a hour on the side of the street. Her reply, It is not my fault!. Van was mostly full with a few people sitting side way taking up 1 1/2 seat. Driver did nothing. Stood the whole way to Joe. Got to Joe. Told the office. Got reply, There is nothing we can do. Know what? There is something I can do. Take my business elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Joes. All the staff were very friendly, our car was well taken care of. We left it at this garage for 22 days so we could fly from LAX out of the country. The shuttle came promptly when we flew back (within 10 minutes), the driver was very helpful and courteous. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Terrible parking experience. They lack customer support. When we parked I went into the office to see if I needed to pay. The girl said no just bring the ticket when we return. She did not provide an other information. When we returned on Christmas we watched 2 shuttles pass us by at terminal 5. We had to endanger ourselves to flag down the third shuttle. When we arrived to the office they said we don’t pickup at terminal. That conflicts what there website says. I will never park here again.

I had an excellent experience at Joes. After sitting in traffic for two hours I pulled right into Joes and I was met immediately by an attendant to assist me. The shuttle was there waiting and I was on my way in about two minutes. On the way to the terminal I discovered I forgot something in my car. The driver contacted the lot and drove me right back. I was handed my forgotten item and was back at the terminal in minutes. This place is first class with hardworking employees.

Great price, great shuttle TO the airport... absolutely HORRIBLE service getting back to the car. My family of four, and about a dozen other people, stood on the curb at LAX waiting for over 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle. The phone number we were told to call was wrong. The dispatcher, once we did contact them, told us repeatedly that they would dispatch a shuttle to us. After 30 minutes we watched two shuttles turn off the road we were on before getting to our stop. I thought the other travelers were going to get physical with the manager when we finally got to the lot. I will NEVER use Joes again, and will strongly recommend anyone I care about to NOT use them. Two star instead of one just for the best price.

I picked this company because of indoor parking and less cost. When we arrived the day of our trip for 11 days in Hawaii, the first four floors were for valet or reserved for I dont know why. We ended up on the top floor in the open. We had a truck with suitcases in the back. When we returned, it had rained recently. So, our suitcases and boxes of goodies were placed in the back of our truck, which was soaking wet from the rains. Anyway, we will never use this place again. We should have gone to the same company we used last year.

This review is solely for the shuttle service from Midway Car Rentals to the airport. My driver was Frank de Gourville, and he regaled the passengers of tales from his travels and youth. It is only about a 5-10 minute drive, depending on traffic, but he was a gracious host and made sure that everyone was able to easily and quickly get off at their ticketing counter. Great guy!

The price is right, but you get what you pay for. Have used several times in recent months. Shuttles leaving are not regularly timed, and not as often as advertised. Dont arrive too closer to your boarding time. Side note, dont be surprised if drivers play music too loudly. UPDATE: To answer below request, the last date was Nov 29. Weve used it several times in the past month. Friendly service, as ever, from everyone, but, again, the music is too much on the early morning shuttles (today, as well).

I used this parking lot for a weekend trip to SLC. The system was really easy to use. I Booked online in advance to save money for the stay. When I arrived I just went to the parking structure to park. Indeed it was pretty full. I had to park on the very top level of the structure but I found a spot so no real loss. The shuttle to the airport was ready and waiting when I arrived so I had not wait time.When I returned I did have to call to ensure I would have a ride back to the lot. That took close to 25 minutes and is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall it was a good experience.

WARNING! Do NOT park here! Not only is it horribly slow and you will wait for a long time to get your car back - but paying for valet is totally pointless. Even if you prepay for valet and call your ticket in when you land, you STILL have to wait in a super long line to check out. Ridiculous. The staff is constantly confused about where your car/keys are. And the shuttle drivers have subjected us to loud disco music late at night more than once. And being called boss by the staff is not what I would consider polite or professional. Avoid this place at all costs!

I just got home from a weekend trip and left my car at this parking structure. I honestly felt like I had to write a review because there have been a few bad reviews on here which made me unsure whether I wanted to park here or not but it ended up working really well. I personally thought staff were all friendly and the shuttle was there to pick me up within 10 minutes of when I called them! (Unlike some of the reviews Ive read.) I just reserved another week of parking at this parking structure for an upcoming trip in a couple weeks so I will definitely be parking here again. Hopefully that helps anyone out that is in the same boat that I was. This is just my opinion but like I said it was overall a good experience!

Every time I use Joes I am wary because of the bad reviews. Its now my 4th (at least) time of using Joes, and the entire experience has always been AWESOME! This review is based on my most recent experience, last week on spring break: The shuttle was waiting there as soon as we stepped off the parking structure elevator. The entire structure is covered parking, which I really appreciate. The Joes shuttle driver was kind enough to wait for us to grab a few of the worlds best cookies that Joes has out in their waiting area before whisking us off to our terminal. Joes has cookies, coffee and water there complimentary. (These cookies are seriously the best chocolate chip cookies Ive ever had, and Ive eaten more than my share of cookies. The cookies are in fact the only reason I was still booking a reservation at Joes after reading all the negative reviews.)After flying back to LAX, we called up Joes and they had a shuttle sent over to our terminal less than 10 minutes later. We paid our ridiculously low $8.95/day rate-actually $41 total after taxes for 4 days-and went home. Uber would have cost 3x more and you dont get cookies. Lot C is uncovered, costs MORE and you dont get cookies.

So I am one to give credit where credit is due and definitely let you know when to take it away. Joes parking was awsome and gave me outstanding service. So already upset about my luggage different YELP, I was walking to the service area to pay and was greated by an employee named Edward. He saw I was not having a good day and gave me a smile and a hardy greating that I couldnt help but smile. Seeing staff take time to engage and be professional was great to see some people still have customer service skills. Convenient, close, and cheap, though two of three employees we encountered were unprofessional and rude (Freddy in valet and the cashier). Our shuttle driver worked hard on a busy morning and got our only $5 American in-pocket, after returning from oversees. Freddy directly verbalized his disgust at us for not tipping him. I was there last night @ midnight and I forgot 1 duffle bag on the shuttle. They said that no one turned 1 in.....I am waiting to hear back from the manager. I have been parking here for years on a monthly basis. Lets wait and see what the outcome is. I will change post to depending outcome. Worst parking lot at LAX. . Will NEVER park there. took46 min. To get shuttle and AFTER 5 calls. In fact shuttle never came. I have to take other shuttle. Shame on Joes parking especially Homewood suites by Hilton.

I forgot one of my luggage on the shuttle when I went to airport. I called the customer service immediately to ask them to keep the luggage until I travel back two days later. I also email them the item photo. But they never got back to me. When I travel back, they said no report missing item at all. My luggage just disappeared.

If you want a scratched or dented vehicle this is the spot for you! The Owners knowingly park vehicles so close that I was not able to enter my vehicle on one occasion. If youre lucky enough to get a parking spot (as they oversell this lot much like the airlines) then good luck getting out any time before 4 pm! All those triple parked cars in drive aisles and no parking turn zones within the garage prevent anyone from passing by. Multiple complaints have only resulted in MORE cars being parked here. Do yourself a favor and take a Lyft to LAX.

Worst Airport Parking Lot experience ever.I booked a spot in this lot on April 30 2017, almost a month ahead of the the day we were going to park our car there (May 27). Once we arrived there, there were two cars in front of us talking to the parking attendant. We waited and when we got to the attendant he told us the lot was full and that I should follow the other two cars. I followed them assuming they knew were to go. We went around the block to the back side of the lot but again when we tried to enter the gate where we saw the Joes sign the gate was closed and the sign said lot full. We came out and continued following the car in front into another parking lot (asking the attendant whether they accommodate overflow for Joes parking lot) and then out again. I ended up going back to the entrance on Century Blvd. and talked to the attendant again. He told me that I had to go to Airport Center Express parking lot (which is where I usually go). We went there and although quite full I found a spot on the roof. At the elevator we found another couple who had the exact same experience. Once we were on the ground floor where the shuttle does the pick up, we waited and waited for more than 30 minutes. Close to 100 people had queued and no shuttle in sight. Finally someone called Joes and they sent 2 shuttles from a hotel (I believe it was Sheraton) to pick us up.I typically park at the Airport Center Express but this time I thought of trying something a little closer to the airport and was hoping that the higher price would come with better service. I was completely wrong. I thought about asking for a refund when we came back (since the Airport Center Express was cheaper) but I did not bother.I rarely write reviews online but this time I was so upset I felt I had to. What is the whole point of booking and paying in full in advance if you are not going to have a spot for me when I arrive?

I received excellent service from Kewan the shuttle driver. I was in another lot nearby, not Joes, and late for my flight and the other driver said he had to make another stop before going to the airport. I was going to just take Lyft. Well Kewan from Joes was in the lot and he said he could take me directly, so I dont miss my flight.

Came in around 8am to drop off my car. No one is available when you first enter to direct you where to park so we drove up to shuttle pick up. Unfortunately the person I spoke to wasnt very informative and spoke little English. He pointed in the general direction and seemed annoyed that we asked. (All the other workers were very kind) the parking structure has many reserved spots that tow and not much parking at all. We found the last parking spot in the whole 7 story parking structure. Which was between two badly parked cars. We couldnt open our doors once we parked so my other half had to climb through a window. I suggest you take pics of the vehicles parked beside you. We arrived around 8am and left around 9am and both times we didnt see spots available not sure if it was because we had everything booked for the morning or not but its something to keep in mind. (FYI They are not liable if anything happens to your car. You will pay extra to park vehicles larger than a car. Also the elevators are very old and dont work well. Bathrooms are available. )A shuttle was ready by the time we got down to the pick up area. Its close the the airport so no issues with being dropped off. Drivers were helpful and knowledgeable about the airport so feel free to ask them. Advice: make sure you set aside 45 min to look for parking or possibly go elsewhere. PreBook online and print out your info to save money. It costs more to do it onsite. Also be aware they are overbooked and vehicles will be parked everywhere, some incorrectly blocking areas.

1) You probably should tell your valet drivers to wait more than 10 seconds before assuming we arent going to tip them and yelling Thanks for nothing. to their guests.2) I have a physical disability that makes it very hard for me to walk for more than a minute. Your shuttle driver refused to take us to our hotel, a hotel where he makes regular stops, because he insisted we could walk there. By the time I got back to the hotel, my ankles and feet were extremely swollen and I could hardly walk at all the next day.

This is an OK parking lot, very convenient since its so close the the airport. But, once you get there theres only one lane open to issue you a ticket, no biggie though. Then since theres some construction going on you kind of get lost to get to the structure but eventually find your way there. Shuttles are always there when Im heading to the airport but whenever I need to be picked up they take forever to get to you PLUS when you call Joes for a pickup it says voicemail full try again later right away and it hangs up on you so I had to find another number just to let them know Im ready to be picked up. Also, I didnt know this but that ticket that you get when you first enter the parking lot/structure, you have to keep it so once you return you show to the clerks, but I forgot what I did with mine so I told that to the clerks and one female one was very rude about it and gave me a rude attitude and was acting as if she didnt want to be there, but thank goodness some other young lady with a somewhat attitude helped me out because as it was I was already frustrated with the first one. After that I headed my way. I would park there again just because of convenience and pricing but having to deal with rude clerks after my great vacation was not how I wanted to return to.

Joe’s Parking was the 2nd worst experience of all, topped only by β€œH Hotel” where I’ve never been ignored and then treated so badly in all of my travel experiences.

Pre-booked parking with Joes airport parking. On arrival the entrance was blocked and cars were scattered everywhere. They had over-booked the parking and would not allow me to park my car, even though they recognized my pre-booking. Tried to speak to staff and got zero help and told that I would have to find parking elsewhere, they could not help. Cost me an additional $180 due to being away for two weeks and having to pay a premium elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting customer service, avoid like the plague if you dont want the hassle of trying to pay double the amount for parking and finding a parking spot last minute elsewhere.

Horrible cess pit that almost made me miss a flight because they had no more parking spots, despite the fact that I reserved one. I was definitely not the only one with this issue, as we had about 3 shuttle buses worth of people that also had reserved just to find the lots full. Aside from that, the structure itself is disgusting and cramped and not safe for driving or walking. Save yourself the pain and headaches and DONT GO HERE!

Arrived for a late night flight around midnight and a couple of attendents just walked by and ignored the fact that I was standing right by my car with a couple of pieces of luggage waiting for the valet to take my car. The first shuttle left as I was just waiting for someone to come and check me in. Finally went inside and asked them to get someone to help me.When I returned to terminal 7, two shuttles drove by as they were full. I called Joes and they said another shuttle would be by soon. Total wait time outside the terminal about 30 minutes.Overall poor customer service training.

The shuttles to Joes airport are few and far between. We waited roughly an hour to get shuttles back from LaX, which sucked after flying for more than 10 hours already. The shuttle service guys are however nicer. Joes has the best prices I could find however but its such a do it yourself parking place that you may as well just pay a little more per day to get faster valet, shorter shuttle times, and nicer service. Oh, and the service is literally one or two people in a mobile office that will roll their eyes at you for asking how to pay for the parking or any question for that matter. Customer service lacks big time in there.

Bait and switch. Went online and showed it was $9.95/day. When I got there I said the web gave me the $9.95 rate, they said thats all sold out and would be $15.95. I went online to show rate still available, then they said oh, too late you are already on lot. Total BS! Never use them again!
