What a lovely ride between San Francisco and Los Angeles, especially on a sunny day or evening. They serve wine and snacks, and there are restrooms. You can use your Clipper card too. Simple, easy, beautiful and quick. Cant ask for more!
I thought itd be sketchy because it was soooo affordable ($54 round trip from LA to SJ)... but it wasnt! It was a great ride! AC, phone chargers, Wi-Fi!
Do yourself a favor and just use MEGABUS instead. They have no power outlets for you to charge your electronics, and the route they take into San Francisco has to be the longest and most nauseating one (rt 152 - rt 101 via Gilroy and San Jose). Megabus is only a couple dollars more, and way more comfortable. I also noticed that the driver for CA Shuttle Bus drives much older equipment and is very careless.
