Very bad customer service. It’s taking us a dozen calls and hours on the phone to change our flight that was cancelled by this airline due to covid. The worst attitude: condescending, mumbling, incoherent representatives. This is the worst airline I’ve dealt with pretty much ever.

We booked a trip to visit France about six months in advance and the Covid 19 hit in March. We were waiting patiently to try to take are vacation and the air line canceled are trip. They say we only have until January to use are vacation but we can only take vacation at a certain time if the year that’s why it was set up for June. This was our first trip there and the first time using this air liner company. I Don’t think it’s right that we should have to pay for a trip we can’t use.

Air Tahiti is a great airline. They treat their customers like family. The food is yummy, and they have extra snacks in the galley during the long haul flights. The entertainment is recent and in good shape. The best part is they are not as widely known as the major carriers like American and Delta, so you get amazing deals on flights. Air Tahiti Nui was an amazing airline. The customer service the airline provided was some of the best i had ever experienced. Since I am a student in the French language the flight was a great opportunity for me to practice my French before spending a month in French Polynesia. The air hostesses were great in speaking clearly making it easy for me to respond in French. The airline also offers everything in the English language, so dont worry if you dont speak any French. One only wish I have for the airline is to offer more services in Tahitian as it is the local language of the islands. The food offered on the airline was okay but better than others I had been on in the past. Bien fait, Air Tahiti Nui! Mauruuruu maitai!!

After long and boring chain of delayd flight I had to work with Air Tahiti counter in Los Angeles. Counter was supposed to be open 10am - its now 10:15am and the employees have been yawning and shooting jokes to each other while the que gets longer..There are not too many possibilities today airlines to interact with the customers - the opportunities they have should be used better..
