Kleen sweep is a terrible company to do services with. They left my moms house without completing the job to the standards THEY put forth. The cleaners seemed overworked and underpaid. They were nice people so I did a little digging. Turns out it’s not the cleaners it the management. They were sent with very little information on what was expected and sent when the house wasn’t ready to be cleaned. You cannot do a final clean on a property when floors are still being put down and walls being painted. That is nearly impossible. No wonder it wasn’t cleaned properly. The management is horrible. I wouldn’t suggest anyone hire them for services nor for employment. Go somewhere that will treat you the way you’re worth.

I had to re-clean what they cleaned. They didnt dust our new hardwood floors before mopping and got a lot of dust in the cracks. My husband checked their work after they said they were done the first time and showed them what was wrong. He took photos and reached out to the person we scheduled the service with and never heard back. A couple hours later I went to check since they said they were done again..they were in their van waiting when i arrived (basically saying we are done with your job whether I was happy or not). I had to vacuum and redust all the floors and the walls which took several hours. Waste of $$.
