We used Unique Stone and Tile for our pool deck renovation. We worked with Al and chose a beautiful travertine stone and was introduced to Scott as the installer. Working as a team, they did a fabulous job. Al with his knowledge of the stone and Scott with his excellent workmanship. They listened to our concerns and answered all our questions and even gave us an opportunity to visit a former customer to see what a finished product would look like. We could not be more pleased, and the compliments we get from our friends bear this out. We would highly recommend Al and Scott and look forward to our next project.

Total remodel of 2 bathrooms. Al and his crew were amazing. I have remodeled a kitchen and found out bathrooms are very complicated. I found Al very knowledgeable and the installer he recommended were able to overcome every obstacle. My house is 40 years old and have new bathrooms that update it to the future. I am very pleased.

Although the showroom may appear small they have a wide selection of quality material. Al’s experience in the business and his help with choosing all the components was very helpful. Scott who did the installation is not just a jack of all trades but a king of all trades. His skills are amazing and it was nice to have one person who is so reliable to do everything. I used Unique Tile & Stone to install a backsplash in our kitchen a few years ago and find ourselves needing their expertise again. I only trust our tiling /stone needs to Al and his team of installers; they are professional; courteous and arrive on time for their scheduled appointments! My wife and I wasted so much time combing through the box stores and tile outlets looking for tile that you wouldn’t see in every other home. Al helped us find something we loved immediately and was able to answer any question we had. The stone we selected for our new travertine stairs is gorgeous. Scott installed the new floors and stairs to perfection! This is the worst people to deal and do business with. A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT AND STILL NOT WILLING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH MY FLOOR! MR. GUILLEMETTE JUST SAID THAT HE WILL DO IT TO CLOSE THE CASE, BUT LATER JUST DONT DO IT. Mr. Guillemette just do not want to repair the problem even when he said that he will!. Is a shame I cant give 0 stars. Beware of this company. It does not honor their word and commitment. I am still waiting for my floor be repair. He had said in numerous times that it will be done and is being more than a year now. They promise a date and just do not come. They just ignore you. I bought porcelain floor in this store and included the installation. First, I paid in 2/10/18. The product came about a month later. Although the tile was the one I ordered, I was not quoted material needed to complete the work as it suppose to be. I ended up paying for material not quoted but needed a lot more than expected. Second: apparently the quality of the tile was not the best one for the price. At the end of the job my floor is uneven because more than half of them where bent, not straight and the edges are not together. The floor is so uneven that I have to cover it with a rug. I cant slide the furniture, it has to be lift it in order to move it. You cannot walk barefoot in my floor; it hurt in your feet. After several calls to Al for him to visit my house (since he did not came or contacted me during the installation) he came with the tiles company representative and the representative left my residence saying that is wasnt his problem and that if the tiles were bent they shouldnt be installed. Al told me that he will correct will deal with the situation and that he will order some spare tiles (because I was left without any spare tile at the end of the installation). At today, I still have an uneven floor, a floor that I am not happy with. The floor is not up to par, not according as one can expect for the amount of money that I paid and the promise of quality gave to me. I got just three boxes of tiles, but I dont think that it will resolve my floor situation.and they were not installed anyway.I have seen hundreds of porcelain floor and this is the first time I see one with the edges sticking out, not even and hurtful to walk in. I feel cheated. Not the quality that was promised.

Unique Stone and Tile has a top quality product and Al is easy to work with and very knowledge. A year ago We had wood look porcelain flooring installed throughout the house. It is beautiful. Couldn’t be happier. Thank You Al for your help.

After selecting Unique Tile because of the rave reviews I certainly want to agree & thank reviewers for posting! New to Orlando in a new spec home--I began looking for a kitchen backsplash to bring warmth & sparkle to a plain space. I chose Unique & couldnt be happier or more pleased with the process! Al is very professional, knowledgeable, (patient with me who liked everything in his store!), and timely. Walter did a masterful job installing the tile. So polite, hardworking & meticulous! Lots of cutting around a glass vent hood & some of these tiles are metal. I will certainly use Unique Tile & Walter again for my next project!

As a designer, I found everything I needed at Unique Stone and Tile. The owner Al Guillemette was professional and creative. I was just elated with the final results of my kitchen. From the granite counter top to the back splash and cabinets - every thing was perfect. I just cant say enough positives things about this job. His staff was equally as professional and knew just how to put things together. I had the most difficult kitchen to work with. The cabinet installer was one of the best and I have worked with many.

She gave me great advice on how to correctly install the travertine tile and how to make sure I accounted for waste and cuts. Warehouse stores pale in comparison to the selection and service at Unique Stone & Tiles. We walked in without any clue regarding our master bathroom renovation, and Al and Barbara patiently walked us through the process. They were able to point out places where we could save a little money, and suggest design elements that will transform our drab en suite into a custom looking HGTV bathroom. There is no way that a warehouse store or website can compete with the personal service and knowledge of true professionals. Instead of dreading this renovation, we cant wait to start!

The best. Wasted two weeks at other tile shops. Could not get design pulled together, poor advice, limited customer service. Visited Al at Unique Stone and Tile, and had everything resolved in 2-1/2 hours: tiles, bull nose, sills, shelves, sealer, design for walls and floor, design for niches, etc., along with drawing of entire room showing all design features. This was a very small bathroom project, yet Al spent much extra time helping - gave advice on some installation issue, hand delivered fragile pieces that would not fit in my car. Go here first. Don’t go anywhere else.

The guy working there knows everything there is to know. Made sure I spent my money wisely. If it were up to me I would have bought cheaper stuff from Home Depot not knowing the difference in quality. I would have regretted it years from now. My wife and I have always admired authentic Spanish architecture in Florida and recently searched all over Central Florida for Saltillo and deco tiles to remodel our kitchen, Florida Room, stairs, and bar. All the tile stores we visited including big-box stores and even specialty shops, told us that no one still made these terra-cotta tiles, which are a classic exemplar of Spanish design. These stores directed us to ceramic tiles and other perfectly square, perfectly thick, perfectly cut, perfectly boring tiles so popular today.Well, we have to tell you after much searching and almost giving up, we were so happy that we found Unique Stone & Tile in Longwood Florida. They ordered Saltillo and deco tiles from Mexico for us and helped design our room layouts.They also helped educate us on where these tiles come from, how they are made and proper installation methods. The service from start to finish was...superb.

Made a purchase in October 2017, Wife got into a car accident shortly after the purchase so I needed the money for medical. I never picked up the Order. I have been attempting to get a refund on the order for over a year. Still no refund, keep getting well look into it whenever I call and speak to someone.
