Dymag remodel my whole house in a fast matter. They worked along with me to get me exactly what I wanted. They even showed me how the house was going to look like before we even started to install everything. Really recommend this company.

While I would prefer to write a positive review about Kent Construction, I can’t if I am being honest about our experience. Zack was initially very informative and responsive, but he never was able to give us a definite answer and there was a lot of back and forth, leaving us feeling lead astray. We had concrete poured and had an acrylic overlay on our back patio. Less than a month after the project was completed, the concrete began cracking and chipping everywhere. When we contacted Zack he stated “nothing can be done. We put as few relief cuts as we felt comfortable and there is always a risk that you could use more”. Clearly, we could have used more as our entire deck is now a waste of money! He continuously refers to them as hairline cracks, but they are more than just hairline and are only growing. We are particularly frustrated about this, because we had originally asked for an expansion joint but it was left out. This couldve the cracking, but it feels as if Zack is instead placing the blame on us.Sadly, our concrete does not sit level and puddles everywhere, in addition to the cracks. Zack applied a leveling compound to the concrete to attempt to make it level, but it still continues to puddle. Now, within 4 months the deck has begun to start peeling. Zack provided us the number for the individual that did the acrylic overlay and says that he has to be contacted for repairs. However, we have explained to Zack that the acrylic overlay is not what is peeling – it is where Zack applied leveling compound to the uneven concrete. It is only peeling in the section where the compound was applied and we can visually see chunks of the compound coming off the concrete.Along with this, the concrete and acrylic was over sprayed onto our house, windows, sliding glass doors, and fencing and never cleaned, but rather left for us to deal with. The entire process was an absolute disaster and I would advise caution before sinking a ton of money into a project with Kent Construction. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to not make the same mistake we did.Zack has been contacted numerous times, but has just started to ignore all communication. We are at a loss for words in the unprofessionalism with his company.
