Due to a mix up with sizing by my kitchen suppliers I am now searching for a larger subzero fridge ... even though he couldn’t help me at the moment in locating one, Mike was so helpful, he responded to my messages immediately and offered to add me to the order line, unfortunately the earliest delivery is mid November ! Now considering restructuring my kitchen to fit a 42 inch . Highly recommend Milcarsky’s appliances and will look to them for future purchases .

We shopped around and finally decided to go to Milcarskys to purchase our appliances. Steve our sales rep, was very helpful and we ended up purchased several appliances from Milcarskys. Rae-Ann did a wonderful job of scheduling the installs and calling me after to ensure everything went smoothly. All the delivery technicians and installers were respectful, friendly, professional and on time. Such a high level of service is rare in today’s world. My only regret is that I didnt use Milcarskys to do the remodel of my kitchen. I highly recommend this store and the employees who work there.

I got three out of four appliances delivered. Because the range had not arrived they also delivered a loaner until mine arrives. I had a brother team named Nick and Robbie that did the delivery very carefully and considerately and did a great job. I would highly recommend the store and the team.

A little less than four years ago I purchased a beautiful refrigerator from MilCarskys that unfortunately for me, died a horrible death on Mothers Day this year. It was a known problem with the manufacturer, a huge expense to fix with zero guarantees that it would actually work afterwards, and a time consuming process.I contacted Dan, the owner, and let him know what happened and he immediately stepped up with information for me to try to get it fixed, but unfortunately, it was not really fixable. Afterwards, I contacted him again and asked for another fridge recommendation and they really stepped up to help me knowing that we were without a fridge with two children in the house and did everything they could to get us a reasonably priced fridge in the house quickly.In less than a week, we had our fridge, it was delivered, setup, and the team at Micarskys has been amazing throughout this whole process. I would definitely recommend them. They are incredibly understanding and will go that extra mile to make sure that youre happy with your purchase.

I purchased a speed Queen washer and dryer for my salon for my salon the dryer was not drying the towels unless you set the timer for over an hour, (small towels and only a basket full) I called and the sales rep Doug that I worked with told me it usually needs vent cleaning so I called and had that done still not better so he set up a service call and the company that services them said I am not covered under warranty due to it being in a commercial facility. The sale rep knew where the washer and dryer where being delivered but NEVER told me it would not have the warranty, so I told him I would like to return the dryer that cost $1000 he told me the owner said he would come and get it and set it on his retail floor and if it sold they would send me a check. To say the least I will never refer anyone to this company and will tell as many clients I can about the poor service and selling a product that voids warranty without telling that to the customer,. Shame on this company for treating any customer like this, especially one that has bought from them before, but never again!!!

I was trying to give a local business my business. First they have the smallest showroom. The showroom employee was sitting at a desk and never got up or said hi. I asked for something I saw on their website. He said we have t had that in years. When I told him the website said he had it. He replied, “it is probably wrong. I asked to order it and he said sure but you know they are backed up. I went to Sonnys in Altamonte and I will have the item next week.

I used Milcarsky to do my indoor kitchen a few months ago. I posted a review of that earlier. The Experience was great! Their prices are competitive and their service is just phenomenal. Given that experience I used them to order stuff also for my outdoor kitchen and they continue to impress me. Doug in sales, Jeff and his crew in installation and Diane in customer service. These folks are top notch. I am absolutely delighted with the experience!!

After having contacted 3 of the major appliance dealers in the area we were told that a Samsung double wall oven would not fit as a replacement for our current oven. All three were more than willing to sell the oven but just deliver it and leave us to find an installer. We contacted Milcarskys and they sent Jon out to measure for placement of the Samsung oven. Jon completed his analysis and determined the oven could be installed with a little retrofitting. We purchased the oven from Milcarskys and it was delivered and installed perfectly by Jon and Patrick. It took some extra work and additional time but thanks to the dedication and can do attitude of Jon and Patrick the oven was installed perfectly. Great job guys and thanks to Milcarskys for their great customer service. We will definitely use Milcarskys for any future appliance purchases.

Purchased a refrigerator from Milcarskys and couldnt be happier. I was a little nervous having my old refrigerator removed and the delivery team of Michael, Adam and John did an impressive job navigating through some tight spaces while avoiding a few obstacles. Had a bad experience with Best Buy so I called Milcarsky. They were excellent. I got my appliances when they said I would. Jeff and Nick were very professional in their installation. We recently purchased a new house and were looking for a variety of appliances to possibly replace the ones we were getting from the home builder. We shopped around looking for the best prices and found that Milcarsky’s not only beat the big box stores prices but offered the customer service you just don’t get from those warehouse stores. Being from the coast of Florida didn’t pose any issue with Milcarsky’s delivery and install services. We received excellent service even though we did not end up purchasing new appliances…yet. But when we do, we will be reaching out to Milcarsky’s Appliance Centre’ again.

Just relocated to Florida and bought 9 appliances here, the sales staff was knowledgeable and patient. We never had the feeling anybody was trying to push anything, it was more about what we needed as customers. We had a problem later with one of the appliances, and the support folks followed up quickly, offered solutions before being asked, and stayed on things until resolved. Got a terrific schooling on the appliances I need. Patrick is a very personable and well educated salesman. He was not pushy, but earned our business with his extensive knowledge of the products he sells and his willingness to impart it in a non-condescending manner. When the timing is right, we will return to do business with him.

Their sales staff were knowledgeable, polite, patient, and very frank, giving us both the advantages and shortcomings of our several choices. We never felt pressured towards a decision, one way or the other. After answering all of our questions and then some, we were offered a price that was comparable to others (the appliance we selected was price-controlled by the manufacturer), free delivery, and next-day availability. Delivery was on-time by two very careful and polite guys, who then took away all the packing materials. Whats not to like?

I started at the OTHER downtown Orlando appliance store. They were condescending and difficult to work with0 I couldnt get a straight answer on price matching. Milcarskys was amazing! Easy to work with, very professional, had great suggestions to offer, good pricing and their installers worked for the Company (not a third party). We bought 7 pieces for more than $13k. Im so happy I went with Milcarskys!

Have a range top which needs some repair; Called to request service on January 18th. Its now February 5th and they still have not scheduled the repair. Their excuse is they dont sell and or deal a lot with my vendor - pathetic. Spent over $5,000 and could have purchased elsewhere but decided to purchase here as I thought I would receive great service. Hardly able to get get someone on the phone when I call; I left messages to not be returned for two to three days, and I have to repeat what I left on the message. I wish I could go back in time and not do business here. They dont seem to care I have been without a working appliance for over 2 WEEKS and dont even have an appointment for it to be repaired. NOT GOOD!Update: Thus was a 1 star review however I was contacted quickly by Dan and they got things moving along quickly. Stove is now fixed.

We needed to replace the appliances in our kitchen which included a refrigerator, cooktop range, microwave and dishwasher. Alas, we had an incredible amount of bad luck with 3 out of the 4, resulting in both replacements and service calls. Milkarsky had no blame in any of our woes. It was strictly the manufacturers problem. To the contrary, both our salesperson (Patrick) and the owner, could not have been more kind and helpful through the entire process. I’m not a fan of their showroom because it’s somewhat disorganized but the customer service is 5 Stars plus. We would definitely purchase there again and wholeheartedly recommend them. If Patrick happens to be your salesperson, you have hit the jackpot!

I am really happy with the GE cooktop I got from Milcarskys. Dan helped guide me as to the best choice for my house. He was up front and honest when we had some questions about getting an induction cooktop. (We ended up getting a standard flat-top electric). The price was the best out there. I had no problems installing the cooktop even though I knew Dan would be available to help me out if I had any questions.

The thing I like best is they do exactly what they say they will do, when they said it would be done.They arent trying to sell you something...instead, they want to know what your lifestyle is like, and then try to match the brand or style to that.Cannot beat the on time delivery, either.

We are a past customer and purchased all of our appliances with Milcarsky. We were very happy with their products at that time and we still are three years later. We have had a few issues with our appliances and each time have worked with Raeanne (customer service). She has been truly impeccable with each and every issue from the start to the finish. She has always returned my call in a quick and timely manner. She has always been polite and willing to fight the battles with and for us. She has been understanding and represents the customer very well. This kind of service and professionalism should not go unnoticed and I appreciate all she has done. We recommend Milcarskys very often and majority bc of our experience with Rae-Anne.

Impossible to ever get ahold of someone. Their phone system is terrible. Any time you try a department it goes to one specific person, so if they arent there you cannot speak to anyone. Also sometimes you dial their main number and it just goes directly to one persons voicemail.

My experience with two of the appliances I bought from Milcarskys Appliance centre has been extremely disappointing. Even after calling the company like three times, I am yet to get them to come over to fix my subzero refrigerator. Can you imagine, moving into a new house with a subzero that you cannot even enjoy? What a shame and a waste of money. I do sometimes wonder if I actually did get a lemon product. I also have problem with my down draft Thermador oven. I am still waiting for parts. Its been several weeks now.I am writing this because I am extremely disappointed with the folks at Milcarsky and whoever the repair service is for subzero/Thermador. I will think twice in the future before go back to Milcarsky.
