I ordered a General Electric Water Supply Kit on 12/5/2018, receiving confirmation that the order had been placed. On 12/6 I received an update email stating that my order had shipped, however no tracking number was included. In checking the online status of my order it showed as being shipped via UPS, but again no tracking number was associated. On 12/17 I attempted to contact the company via phone to locate my order, however the call went directly to an automated message saying that they were not accepting phone calls and to contact them via their website. I did this, and didnt hear anything from them until the next day when I received an email from Steve saying he had forwarded the question to their purchasing department and that he would have an answer in the morning. I reached back out on 12/21 after not hearing anything, and still have not received a reply.I finally received word that my order was going to be delivered, not from the company, but instead from UPS. UPS received the package at their store on 12/24, and a day later I received another email from the company now with tracking number attached. I picked my package up from the UPS store thinking this was the end of it, but upon opening the package I found the contents of my order loose inside. Im glad I went through the packing paper, as several of the small items had gotten caught inside and would have otherwise been thrown away. Attached is how the kit is advertised on the companies website and how I received mine. Overall a poor experience from start to finish.TL;DR - Spend your money somewhere else.

I purchased a part for my oven from this company when my oven stopped working recently. I received the part 3 days later, but determined the part was not the reason my oven wasnt working. When I contacted the company to inquire about returning the part, I was informed they will not take the part back because its no longer new. I replied and asked why it was not considered new any longer, as it was not used to operate my oven. I never received a reply. Now Im out $300. Dont buy from this company unless youre beyond 100% sure the part youre ordering is the part you need.

No one answers the phone. The message states you can only email. I ordered on 12/31/19 and still have not received a email saying my order has shipped (it says pending fulfillment). I have emailed for an update but there have been no responses. Very disappointed and will contact pay pal this week to receive a credit back.
