My experience with H&R has been ok with the exception of this year. Dawn at the Triangle Center location somehow lost my W2 not to mention miss spelled both my childrens last name. I had been counting down the minutes for my last return in the mail.she insisted that I lost it and that I misplaced it and was very unapologetic and rude. I than was only pre approved for 500 after receiving 3000 every other time. Thankfully David Moore took over my return and was very respectful and helpful.

Weve had our taxes done by HR Block for many years and always get great service no matter which individual helps us. Weve now come to HR Block in California, Oregon and Washington and the quality of service and friendliness of the people is always consistent. Plus, we like the backing we get from the company. Havent needed to use it yet, but knowing we have HR Block at our back is a comfort.

The lady looked like she was on drugs and kept licking her bottom lip with her toung. She also smelt like cigarettes and when I asked if she was okay she said yes why are you okay. Then later she said, you know what I do feel a little jittery because I had some chocolate and I never eat chocolate. She was not very knowledgeable and didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. I’m pretty sure her car was outside the office with trash piled high in her car with H&R Block stickers all over it. I plan on doing my taxes somewhere else next year.
