I had a gel manicure and pedicure. First time trying this salon, everyone was very nice and they were right on top of what was going on. They had quite a few nail techs so waiting ti.e was very minimal. I will definitely go back here again.

April is my girl!! She does such an amazing job. I see her frequently and she never lets me down! I’ve seen a couple others as well and they also blew it out of the water. Really amazing company, and great service. Truly they go above and beyond!

Anne does an amazing job for dip, always delivers exactly what I ask for. Tony give the best pedi I have ever had. I return every 2 1/2 weeks without hesitation.

Pretty dip nails but they were super thick.... lasted twice as long as shellac gel nails. The women who did my nails spoke Vietnamese to her coworker the entire time. They never looked at me, it was awkward. I went back to give it a second chance. I made a 3:30 appointment for a mani/pedi. I told the nail tech that i had an appointment at 5pm, to get the nails done.... turns out, i dont think he understood..... He took an hour to do the pedicure. They told me to come back at 615pm to do the mani portion of my appointment. The communication between customers, nail techs, owner, front desk American girl....sucks.I found a better salon close by, they communicate and are friendly!

Normally very happy with service here. Manicure was good, but nail tech was distracted by watching something on his phone. Pedicurist did not get my toenails short like I requested and 2 days later my toenails were catching on my blankets

I have tried four different places between Kelso and Longview and this was the best. They staff are amazing and they were very clean I wont go anywhere else now.

When I asked for a regular pedicure ( not the fancy and expensive one that the worker tried to push on me), as the result, I received a very poor-quality service and not-welcomed attitude from her and the owner. My ten-year old daughter could of done a better job!

They are great at what they do but they are AWFUL about answering the phones. I could call them 20 times day and they would never answer a single time. You would think you would want want answer the phone and generate business.

1st time ever going there. Ill definitely return. :)

This is the second time I have been to this place and it was awesome. The ladies are all super friendly and professional and I love the ambiance of the place. Theyre very attentive and have a great menu selection. After being in different phases of lockdown for over a year, I finally needed to treat myself and I am glad I did, they even have dividers they use to help mitigate the potential for covid. Very clean and feels like a relaxing spa and thats exactly what I needed. So happy I went and A week later my toes still look gorgeous, Thanks a million guys!

Took my daughter and her friend for a late birthday celebration. I loved it there, but more importantly the kids had a great experience, theyre already asking to return. Very friendly, very clean, beautiful work.

Bee did a wonderful job on my manicure. She introduced me to dipping powder instead of gel for my nails. I defintely like this process. This was my first time visit. Made an appointment with Bee before I left. Will defintely go back again and again. The ambience is very relaxing.

So.... My nails are pretty but dont go here. The tech was rude when I politely asked to correct the issues with polish and length. She didnt make sure my nails were the same length, she almost put the wrong color on and was extremely rude when I corrected her nicely mind you. Then, the fill was 22, 5 extra for gel which is normal. But get this, they charged 10 dollar to shorten the nails! Now I dont know about you but thats ridiculous, with a fill thats normally include cut down in the fill price

So we called ahead and asked price for acrylic fill 22 bucks... Ended up paying 40! They charged to cut the nails down they charged extra for gel polish! I will not be going back. Meanwhile my daughter will be having different length nails for her very first job interview!

My nails are all different lengths, I have a massive chunk of acrylic that they didnt remove from underneath my nails. I had to have her repaint my nails, and she left parts of my real nail without paint. Didnt understand really any english. She seemed to be in a hurry, and my friend whom got her nails painted by the owner, realized the owner was impatient and seemed to be in a hurry and was ignoring us, when she was trying to make conversation.

Tony is your man if you want a nice firm leg & foot massage! 1 of my best pedicures yet 😀

My daughter asked for matte finish and got shiny. There’s glue and gunk underneath her nails and they’re hurting her not to mention they look extremely fake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a full set and they said they could only do a fill, even though my current set was falling off. The nail tech only redid 2 of my nails and she made them way longer than the rest of my nails. While she was filing my nails she cut almost all of my fingers and made me bleed. Then she preceded to paint my nails leaving acrylic all under my nails and getting polish everywhere. I ended up going home and redoing my own nails and they look 10x better than what the professional did.

Wasnt very happy with services, he didnt speak any English, so when he was hurting me while massaging my leg he just smiled and kept going, he only spoke with the other lady working next to us. I didnt care for the tools he was using. Most places Ive gone to only use tools that are sterilized between clients. Will be looking for another nail salon

The atmosphere is spacious. I didnt feel crammed into a space. The staff was busy but still polite and friendly. Great job on my nails! Still wished they wouldnt communicate in another language.

T was fantastic! She was able to fit me in on short notice. I was on my way from Seattle to Portland and decided to get a manicure on my way down. The receptionist was also very personable and welcoming. The salon is beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend this place!

Very relaxing and accommodating love it there

I got French tips Solar nails and they were shaped very nice, looked great but a day later one of my nails popped off. Now it’s been 4 days and my nails are coming off.

Do not go to Vi to have your nails done. My friend and I went in at the same time and had completely different experiences. This is the first time ever after years of having my nails done, that I have not tipped. I got a set of acrylics and they look okay but they’re uneven. I was asked to pay before my nails were finished, as if I’m some kind of criminal who’s going to walk out without paying. I asked if I could get a matte topcoat and was told they didn’t have it. Then my friend asked for a matte topcoat. And guess what? She got a matte topcoat. I was so annoyed that I went to the counter and told them. They fixed it, which I appreciate. While having my nails done I tried to make small talk with Vi, but she gave me short, irritated answers. She looked irritated if I moved my hand at all. She seemed to get very annoyed when I did not want to pay extra money for a “solar powder”. She just told me it lasts longer and I didn’t explain how it was different so I said no. She rushed my set and none of my fingers match shapewise, three of my nails are very crooked. I went to wash my hands and she was very impatient and looked annoyed that I had taken about 30 seconds to wash my hands. When she was done, and I mean the second she put the lid on the topcoat bottle she grabbed her phone and left. She was so rude. I don’t expect to be treated like a goddess but I am not paying money to be treated like an inconvenience. It’s not right. April, the girl who did my friend’s nails was excellent. She took her time, was friendly, and she fixed my topcoat for me. So if I do go back I will go to her.

This was the BEST pedicure I think I’ve had in years! My friend & I made an appointment, which actually meant something when we walked in! So that was awesome. Better than a lot of the other places where you make an appointment and STILL wait forever to be seen. My tech gave proper attention to trimming my nails so they are straight and without sharp corners that would cause ingrown nails later. She did a wonderful job on the nail art. And best part is that you pay for the time of pedi you want. Will be back.

May will definitely be my new nail technician, as she is quite (which I dont mind) really focuses on pleasing her customers. From what I have experienced from just a few visits, its a fast pace (like most) clean and organized shop. Im new to the dip technique and Love what they were able to do to my natural nails with just a few short steps, best of all no glue! Although my last set was with fake tips, my nails looked amazing then, as well as they do now. Im definitely a repeat customer with all they bring to the table as far as nail salons go, Including their much appreciated friendly service.

I walked in to a nice looking salon .. Asked to get my nails off and new nails. Not that hard lets say it took 4 of them to figure it out. April started my nails and I told her I wanted these off. She kept going not listening. I had to have her stop and 3 ladies came over I had to explain to all of them that do not speak English what I was wanting . Finally she understood. Than she put nails on and cut some of them really short. I showed her again what I wanted . By this time I was getting upset. I kept my cool and just let her finish. My pinkies are long and the ring finger is down to my finger.To sum it up I will not go back.#firsttimelasttime

It was my second visit to this salon. I sent back because I was treated with respect and my service was perfection. But, this visit was different. The service was good, but the girl who did my service and the guy next to her spoke Vietnamese to each other almost the whole time. I felt like they werent interested in me at all. And that is why I switched salons. Also im a retired cosmetologist so I know what it takes to care for, and keep customers.

If I could give less than one star I would. Hands down the absolute WORST full set Ive ever gotten. My nails were all different lengths, super thick acrylic, and they started lifting SAME DAY! Also, some of their equipment is held together with scotch tape. Dont let the nice interior fool you, run while you can.

I have struggled with ingrown toe nails my entire life. I have gone many places and gotten pedicures to help with this. I have always had to ask for the addition car to my big toes and a lot of times I just had my toe nail cut and ripped out painfully. I have never had to ask at down town nails for them to do this for me. Nor have I ever had them do it in the more violent way I have experienced. My new favorite Nail guy is Jim and he truly took the best care of me that I have ever had. I left with pain free toes and a smile 10 miles long. THANK YOU JIM!!!!!

Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. If I could give no stars then I would. The lady refused to take off my acrylic set and put on a new set. She would only do a fill. Within 3 days 2 nails popped off because they were way over due for being filled I needed a whole new set. The nail polish she put on she put multiple layers on leaving my nails looking bumpy and horrible. Never have I ever not gotten what I asked for and I should have just left instead of paying for a horrible set of nails. Waste of money.

First time Downtown Nails customer. Great mani-pedi experience. Everyone was so nice, and they stayed busy with appointments and walk-ins. Jim did an especially good job with my pedicure (#3). I had to work to keep myself awake, it was so relaxing. Highly recommend.

My lady was slow at the actual service but thorough! So if youre on a time frame, it wont be relaxing. My nails lasted a long time!

Went for color change she removed my tips and started dipping my new color, never put tips on. Voiced my disappointment to owner she said oh you had tips on .so I now have short uneven nails . I will not be back . Which is disappointing as the place looks really nice

I have to say my Sister In Law took me and my niece here today and we were very dissatisfied. I had to go back and have them take nail polish off from around my nails, and after drying my nails for over 30 minutes as soon as we left the nail polish smeared. Also all 3 of us have so much glue under our nails it is ridiculous, but we still had fun together but will never go back.

Had my nails for almost a month now havent chipped or anything two are broken but thats normal wouldnt expect to have them almost a month and they still look fine nice people nice atmosphere I would recommend this nail shop its good
