What I got vs. what I asked for. Really disappointed considering I asked the lady to go SHORT because I work in the medical field and cannot have long nails. I asked three times for them to be cut shorter and when she asked if I liked the length after shaping I said I would like them shorter and the lady said, very rudely, to ask sooner for them to be cut when I did. I’ve had them for only two days and they’re already lifting due to her not cutting cuticles, every other place I’ve been to does it. Very disappointed

Chipped after two days gel full set asked for ombré didn’t get it got French tip and off shaped nails and cuticles bled (my friends experience here) shorter than wanted as well

First time coming into the place and my first impressions of the couple was good! They were super sweet but the nail salon itself could use some work… it looks unsanitary and dingy. The guy and I got along pretty well for the first 20 minutes while getting my pedicure until we started on the manicure. He took for ever to do a simple French tip. And they don’t look professional what so ever. This man was also super unprofessional. Calling me “kitty kitty” asking me super personal questions including asking me if my boyfriend was “American or a burrito” yes his words he said a burrito and then proceeded to tell me burrito meant Mexican. He was cutting off some dead skin and ended up digging way to far down into my nail bed/cuticle area and nicked me twice !! Did not even say sorry and tried to brush it off. I had a small bit of acrylic nail left over from my last appointment and he didn’t even try to get it off and ended up painting right over them! All in all I will never be going back. It made me feel uncomfortable and it was unprofessional. I have never wanted to leave a place so quickly.

I absolutely love these people! They do a FABULOUS job every time! Tom is very charming and funny! He doesnt let you leave until every nail is perfect! His wife is the sweetest and they both do such an amazing job on full sets and fills and their pedicures cant be beat! I highly recommend this family run nail salon! I cant say enough good things about both of them! Give them a visit and I promise you will never go anywhere else again!

Stayed open a little later than closing time to make sure our nails were perfect. Had good conversations the whole time and was over all very friendly! Loved my experience and loved my nails. I have been here a few times and they are always awesome. Get in super fast and they are very fast but always get your nails looking perfect. Recommend this place for sure.

What here for my first time and had a new set of acrylics put on. Nails came out overly thick, didnt push the cutical back leaving a space so they look like you need a fill after having them done. Left large clumps under nails. Very unhappy with the quality of the work, and the longer they are on the more unhappy I become.

They are super nice and so polite. My nails are amazing they take there time and made it to where I liked them & if I didn’t they had no problem fixing them. They comforted my mom, me and my older sister after we told them that we lost my baby sister.It feels like home when we’re here !!! We will definitely be coming back!!

The lady is much better than the man. He doesnt take his time and he doesnt separate the toes so the polish does not look good. The massage chairs make it worth it.

This was by far the best nail salon experience i’ve had he kept the solan open passed closing time so me and my friend can both get our nails done and he was so funny and friendly! he gave us a charger to use and a muffin cause we were hungry ! will definitely be coming back!

I scheduled my appt for 3:30...didnt leave until after 5:00. The guy doing my nails was bouncing between 3 people. I have never going anywhere so unprofessional. I have never had it take 2.5 hrs to get my nails done. I will never go here again!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would.I am usually a very patient and understanding person, but they were so unprofessional I have to share my experience.I called at 3:30pm to see if I could get in this evening for an appointment, saying I understand it’s short notice. She said I could come in at 5:45pm.I arrive on time. I walk in and without even saying my name she says I called and cancelled. What? I never called to cancel. I even showed her my phone log that I called once at 3:30pm. She said I called and cancelled.If she made a mistake in scheduling me, she should have had the decency to either squeeze me in or call and say I can’t come in. It was a 30 min drive for me because I live in a remote area.I am never giving them my business! And you shouldn’t either. Very unprofessional and down right liars.

I love them! they are so kind in comparison to a traditional salon setting and are very attentive to detail. the quality of their work is great and they make sure you are satisfied with the work. i am so happy i stumbled upon them and will happily continue to make the 2 hour round trip for this sweet business!!

I chose Longview Nails based on the positive reviews I read here. They fit me in on a moments notice on a very busy evening. This was only my second experience with getting nails ( the first one was elsewhere very bad, which kept me from trying nails again for about 10 years). The owners were absolutely great very informative And helped me to choose a basic simple look that I am very pleased with. Iwent from ugly, short, broken and chipped nails to graceful, pretty nails of even length. It was a great experience!

Love it, there great here while getting a pedi while there rubbing the feet, the chair massages your BUTT, will definitely make this my favorite spot.

Wow! I just got a pedicure here (no appointment). Its a small salon, the first nail salon in Longview (theyve been around a while). But the pedi was probably the best Ive ever had! And I get them frequently in Seattle. Tom was so nice, talented and conversational. Ill definitely be back next time Im in the area!
