The young woman who helped me was awesome! She took care of every I needed, very quickly and she was super friendly. I have extreme anxiety especially in new places where I have to ask a stranger for help. She made me feel more at ease than usual. Any item you need shipped, via Ups or FedEx they can handle it for you. They also have some neat gift and cards at their store and their customer service has always been excellent and helpful.

Little pricey on the shipping cost but the customer service is awesome.

The lady that answered was completely rude from the start. When I called to ask a mailing question..they hung up in me. Called again and verified I had the correct pack & mail. Asked if the rates were the same as the post office for a letter envelope but she continued answering in a rude manner. I cannot in good conscience recommend this business, if this is the type of staff they have. I understand if she was having a bad day but everyone does. There is no escuse for that behavior though. Sorry not even one star is deserved.
