UPS needs to get rid of some drivers. Never had a problem with my driver until a month ago when I got a new driver that cant drive down my driveway and leaves the package at my mailbox to be STOLEN. this is the 4th time to complain. 75650 needs a New Driver !!!

Great customer service. Just wish UPS was able to find my house. Its a 50-50 shot when I get a package through UPS. If Im going to receive it at my house or if I have to pick it up from their main hub. For some reason they just cannot find my address a lot of the time.

If you got a labeled package ready to go, this place is great. Only open for a few hours but its when everyone else has closed. Have shipped off via freight and next day air. No problems.

If you are dropping off a package with a preprinted label during their limited bs hours, you are good to go. Walk in with the codes on your email, they cannot seem to manage that. You have to drive to the other side of town to the UPS Store.

These people here lie to your face and are rude. One time they say they left you a notice on your door and then the next its werent you just here and didnt I tell you this and oh by the way they never found your home. The driver puts in false information into the system!! What type of business are yall running. What kind of customer service is that? Rudeness at its finest. Fedex calls me to get directions when they cant locate my home. Im going to tell all my people to start using them from now on.

I had a delivery shipped to me not only did I get the package but the delivery driver hit my parked Jeep and didn’t even leave a note telling me.. I don’t want them in my yard ever again.. when I tried to report it I can’t get past their automated system…they just drove off and left the package on my Jeep..

Worst delivery service EVERY! Everytime something comes through then, the driver NEVER comes to my home or places my package on the side of the road on the bushes! I will not order anymore 3rd party from Amazon because of not knowing if it ships through this service. Strongly recommend everyone else to do the same.

UPS diver after not wanting to deliver packages on Fri left them in the rain today! Could have walked 40 feet further and put them on my pouch out of the rain. This was not my regular driver! I have my number posted so they can call me but No call!!! Im not happy 😕

Worst delivery people ever!!!! Said address was incorrect, it was not, they verified it was correct and promised delivery first thing today, at 6 pm I called and it was placed on a truck at 430 am, shows out for delivery but that truck had never left there center!! I’m furious now there saying to late for me to come get it and they’ll try again Monday 5 days late!!!!

I got notification that my package had been delivered and left at my front door on Friday 7-3-20 at 1:00pm, and when I went out to get it there was no package. About 4.5 hours later there was a knock at the door, and a young man was holding my package. The UPS driver delivered my package (with my correct address) to this guys house. Both addresses started with 606, but were totally different street names. This is careless and unacceptable, please pay attention to detail! Thanks to the young man that brought my package to me. 😡😡!!

I do not do bad reviews, but this is by far the most unprofessional, ignorant place of business I have ever dealt with. If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. While the parking lot was under construction (mind you it is only about 30 yards wide) I was scheduled to receive packages. Being that the driver was lazy and didnt want to walk an extra 10 foot he took the package back to the shipping and delivery center and I was never notified. I have been in contact with the sender who also could not locate the package. Come to find out the driver said j requested to pick it up. This is not true as I was NEVER NOTIFIED. I have complained to the center and they had no response. If getting out of the vehicle to deliver packages is to hard, then maybe being a delivery driver is not the right fit. Also when someone pays for a service they should receive it, otherwise it could be considered theft of service... Also those charges are enhanced during a national disaster. Something to think about. Also I am out money for fast delivery.

My rating had to reduce after recent experiences. I use shippers daily. The operational hours of this location for a city this size is reprehensible. I tried to ship yesterday but was first told no shipping, then I showed I had a prepaid label and the new guy took it. I asked for a receipt, he said NO. We dont do that today. The regular staff person is pleasant to deal with, but the way the location is set up is not conducive to everyday people who seek to ship. It is a hassle to wait for a 1630 to 1830 window of operational time. When the regular lady is out, the place is bananas, if I hand deliver to the service center I expect a receipt, we need more attention brought to this issue. I stand with many of the previous reviewers. However, I respect the jobs UPS provides to my friends and family. If it werent for them this review would be 1-Star. Come on UPS! Im rooting for you, but you keep driving customers away. Soon this will be a sad story if we dont get heard.

We constantly have issues out of this location. We live in a rural area and UPS constantly tells us our address doesnt exist - interesting that Fed-ex and the US mail finds us. After numerous conversations with their management to assure us this issue will no longer occur, I still get email messages that state we have an incomplete address.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Friday and some how at the last minute it changed to Monday so Monday changed to Tuesday so now I’m trying to call to tell them don’t worry about it and I would pick it up at the store but you can’t call and just talk to someone it’s all automated. Horrible horrible. My package was scheduled to arrive today, however, UPS driver did not leave package and this is an inconvenience for me. All other carriers that I’ve used always leave my packages with no problem. Highly disappointed and disgusted. I will informing amazon of this and advising that they don’t use UPS for my services.

This location is excellent at losing and delaying packages. 2 of my packages were in Longview and marked as out for delivery, then one ends up in Kentucky and the other in El Paso. Its mind boggling to my how a national company whos job it is to deliver can be so horrible at it and still be in business. Best part is, if you have a problem, youll be transferred to the Philippines to speak with someone who doesnt understand English so they can read a script to you.

Expected 2 packages today and waited with front door open and husband working in open garage. From 7:30 on, put on porch light and stood at door until 8:30. NO DELIVERY. Tracking on both packages show attempted delivery, business closed. Huh? Am not a business but get packages several times a week for years so they certainly know me. Normally they just toss over banister on front porch and leave. Once in a while they will actually walk up steps onto porch and ring bell. More and more people do not have good work ethics and dont give a damn, and not just at UPS.

I do not even like using UPS. I love USPS. But some things I order cant go through the postal service. I have had no problems with UPS getting my packages to my house before until here recently. They never get to my house (they can never find it), they always go back to the sender, it says my street is incorrect and they all get delayed. Trying to call the customer service to see if I could just go pick it up from there and the line stays busy. I just want to get my package.

Some of the most incompetent people you will ever experience. I have lived in multiple different houses and its always the same story. Their drivers claim they cant find my house. I had a phone coming in the mail from verizon that was supposed to be here Monday the 18th. Got a notification that my address was wrong and the package was returning to Longview. My address is correct. On my receipt from verizon it showed 602 **field, Gee, wouldnt you know thats my address. Google maps will take you straight to it. I live in a neighborhood in Marshall, easy to find a house unless your workers are incompetent and dont put forth extra effort, (wait i forgot we are talking about UPS). I have never had one SINGLE issue any time ive had a package shipped with FEDEX. Get yalls sh*t together.

Drivers always have Excuses, setting here, looking out window, 5days passed due! I drove for UPS, in AZ., l never came back with, no package delivered!Our Boss, didnt like excuses, Male drivers are LAZY!! There making Big Bucket now, in the 70s we were paid peanuts! Package says delivered to facility and is available for pick up but no one is there to pick it up except from 4:30pm-6:30pm a whole 2hrs called customer service and of course I talk to someone in another state that has no clue except whats on their computer screen and can not provide a local phone number for the 1709 east Whaley street UPS facility now I have to cancel pickup because this information is not available onlineCome on UPS the world does not operate on your time alone !!!!

I wished I could give this UPS Customer Center zero stars. In the past two months, I have had five packages they did not deliver. One package was valued at $5,000 while another package was invaluable medication I immediately needed. Every single package had the correct postal address but since it is out of sequence, they do not bother to go down an additional three blocks to find the correct location. They just keep going then I get a notice the package was undeliverable. Subsequently, it may, or may not, be at the customer center, depending upon whether or not they just left it with someone, anyone, regardless of address. Calling the customer center is a no-go. Regardless of time of day, no one ever answers their phone. Do yourself a favor and use either Fed Ex, or USPS. Do not use UPS.

Instead of thier delivery driver delivering to 510 E. Loop which is a UPS store. He delivers to 515 E. Loop to Wal-Mart. Now I know what is happening to the package that show delivered that I do not recieve! The driver is to blame!

I have had a number of packages delivered late from the Longview Texas hub. The driver continues to submit delivery was attempted and in fact, he never came to the house. On one occasion he did come into the drive way but did not deliver the package. He claimed he honked and no one came outside. Currently I am waiting for another package and just before 8 PM an update was submitted that he tried to deliver. My wife and I have been at the house all day no delivery was attempted. I am tired of the lies of the drivers that continue to claim attempted delivery and me or my wife are here all day and they never come by. SICK of the LIES!!!!!!

UPS driver stops in-front of my business, sits in the center turn lane for a few min, then drives away. All while Im waiting for my package at the counter. Never got out of his truck. Then tracking says Delivery Attempt Made... Business Closed Called local office and busy signalGet down there that evening, they dont have it... it will be back in an hour. Was told I could have an employee pick it up between 9-10am. He gets there at 9, four different people say its not there and he cant pick it up. I call over there and speak with Kim and she says its here have him come before 10 and get it. He gets back down there at 9:45, door is locked and a guy inside sees him and keeps standing there. I call back and say, Kim hes there and door is locked! She says no were open, and goes down there. As shes walking in, my employee gets inside and is given the package! All this over a driver saying the business was closed.

We paid for 2 day shipping for boots for a hiking trip but had to leave without them because they didnt arrive in time. My wife followed the tracking. When it said out for delivery she waited at home all day, by evening when they hadnt arrived she checked to see why. It said deliveries may be made from 8am-8pm, then she got an email that night saying they tried to make delivery but we were not home at 9:31pm to receive it, which wasnt true because she was still watching for them. Not sure why it couldnt be left on the door step initially because 2 days later they left the package on the door step anyway without anyone being home!No way to get money back for services not rendered or explanation why package couldnt have been left initially.Sure seems like they had too many deliveries and just reported as we werent home when it got too late.

I live in the country...they just drop the packages by the road now. A year ago they would drive to the house. Now they dont drive up to the house or even try to hide them in the bushes by the gate which is by the road. Just drop them at the edge of the road where anyone can steal them. It is crazy. WORST UPS CENTER. I have moved SEVERAL times across longview over the years, and no matter what side of town im on, my package either gets delivered LATE, or just doesnt get delivered at all and I have to pick it up myself. Latest package was late, called UPS customer service who said he technically has 2 more hours (2 hours past window). after I got off the phone with UPS, my package was attempted to be delivered. Never was, I was outside my front door on the phone with UPS when the driver attempted to deliver the package. Of course he put that I wasnt home causing the delivery to be rescheduled. UPS sucks

Last week, I had an order coming via UPS 2-day shipping. I received an email saying that it was almost there Saturday, which was when I should have received it. They even have a sweet little tracker so that you can watch the trucks progress. It was 10 a.m. The package was estimated to be there by noon. So, at 10 a.m. I watched the little truck symbol drive down the road toward my house and got really excited because my package was going to be delivered early! The truck was less than three miles away! BUT... it turned and went a different direction. A couple of hours later it was headed back toward my house! BUT - it turned and went a different direction again. Then, about 2 p.m. I checked again and it was on my street! Oh what joy! BUT... it PASSED my house and parked next door. It then continued on up the street getting farther and farther away. I thought to myself... he mustve been confused and stopped to ask where my house was. Since my next door neighbor is my mother, surely he asked and she offered to take it for me. BUT...no. It was not so. She just happened to be getting a package also. It was at this point that I called customer service and explained what was going on. The woman at the other end of the phone line told me that my package was indeed out for delivery and that it would be delivered by 8 p.m. I asked about the fact that the driver went NEXT DOOR yet didnt deliver to me and was told that the drivers deliver priority shipping first... uhhhh. ok. So, they drive all over town delivering priority and then double back to where they already were to deliver a measly one pound 2-day delivery? Not very efficient, but whatever. She assured me that my package would come. I waited. And waited. I checked at 5 p.m. The truck showed to be back at UPS. I thought...hmmm. Maybe he had so many deliveries that he had to go back and get the second batch (even though my package showed to be already on that truck. I am an eternal optimist.). I checked again at 6. Still at UPS... and at 7? You guessed it. - It was delivered Monday.Things I learned:1. The lady in customer service just wants you off of the phone. She will in no way try to reach the driver to find out if he made a mistake.2. Two day shipping means four days and is in no way priority.3. Whatever process UPS uses to route drivers should be retired immediately. It was a nightmare watching the twists and turns that driver took. It was horrifyingly inefficient.4. The tracking module that they send you is merely an evil tool that they use to tease and frustrate unsuspecting recipients of much needed packages. (My daughter couldnt see all weekend, because the package was her contacts. Ok...well, she could see, but she had to wear her glasses and she is a teenager so you can imagine the drama.)

If I could give negative stars I would! I am very pissed, this is the 2nd time I had a large EXPENSIVE order to the wrong duplex. The bad part is I was actually standing outside when I received a notification that my package was delivered. How!? OH BC IT WAS SENT TO THE WRONG DUPLEX! What if they we not honest ppl,and didnt bring it to me? I would have missed out on my office work desk and Sephora order! How the hell can you not diffrienciate the letter E from an I? Hmm? From now on if anything has to come from yall I will personally just go pick it up myself. To make it even safer, ship to the store. If I could give zero stars I would. I had a perishable food shipment sent from NYC, it arrived in Longview intime for same-day delivery and they left it in the warehouse all day and did not deliver it (I paid for overnight). Now they dont know what time the package will be delivered and the person recieiving it is not going to be home. At this point the food shipment will be ruined because of the incompetence of the warehouse to load the shipment on a truck for delivery.

Package was supposed to be delivered by the 6th the app said it arrived in my town but when it hadnt arrived by the 9th i went to pick it up, it wasnt there. I was told the website tracking didnt show physical scans. It was the 13th before i was able to pick up the package. Poor service too, no one ever picked up the phone.

Had packages delivered at my address for years! Got a new driver and we no longer receive ANYTHING because the man is scared of our dogs who are in a freaking pin!!!!!!!! Ive been home when hes drove up before and drove off and Ive had to catch the guy to get my package which he admitted he had and refused to get out of the truck with my dogs in the pin behind my house!! When im not home however and ita been weeks since ive ordered anything i look at the tracking number and he scans it asdelivered, reciever requested to pick up package at ups facility... Never happened. Now we have to send everything to our business address which is inconvenient! If you have a choice to use FedEx or USPS I would!!

Will never use UPS again. Got the post card saying they had my package and when I went to get it the same day I got the postcard they said that they returned it to the sender. Went to their web site to track my package and it said it was out for delivery the morning of the 5th and that it was being returned to the send that afternoon and I got my postcard to pick up my package two days after they sent it back to the shipper. So I just wanted my money on the package I need soon and a wasted trip to get it.
