That was the furthest thing from a customer service experience Ive ever had from FedEx. This is a shame because their print service and office centers are staffed by wonderful people. Maybe this associate was having a bad day personally but I dont see how anybody gets anything shipped here except what can be immediately scanned and put out the door. No consultation whatsoever no help no nothing.

They stuck a sticky note on my gate. Didnt fill it out paper just left with emergency epi-pen their trying to kill me. Cant track the truck with GPS. Refuse to help.

My package was here in Kilgore store and I live 15 minutes away, this store sent my package to Dallas tx and made it 2 days late WHY DO THE STORE NOT SEND IT TO LONGVIEW FEDEX,?? WHY SEND IT TO DALLAS 2 1/2 HOURS AWAY???

2 weeks to deliver a package that I paid for 2-day shipping on what a load of $hit

Amazing that these lazy drivers can get paid to not deliver packages when they are expected!! Require a signature, waste your day waiting, no worries, they will just return your package to the facility because they decided they “ran out of time” to do their job!!Of course you won’t know that until you call yourself and find out they never even bothered to come by your house and just took it back for the next day of their 3 day, 2 day delivery program!!It’s also convienent to call the actual local location, as they shelter the numbers so you have no choice but to talk to some incompetent moron from gosh knows where, that tells you exactly what you can see for yourself on your own tracking updates. In the 21st century I would expect you can message a driver and track a package to the vehicles location if need be.

Driver gave up when he went the wrong way on my road. What kind of crap is that? It takes two seconds to reroute a gps. Now i have to wait till monday to get the package i had to have today. I had better not be charged the overnight rate i paid, they have screwed me so so so bad. The driver is very bad at his job, or just doesnt care. Never use fed ex again if they dont refund me....

They couldn’t do a return shipment on an item that got delivered to me. Contacted the seller on eBay and allowed me to keep it without returning it. The cons of shopping online.

The delivery people cant even ring the doorbell they just leave a note on the door saying they made an attempt thats a big lie
