Excellent experience. And this was based on a root canal. The Endo was a true pro. He treated his assistants calmly and professionally. His staff were very good too.No pain either.

I loved it!!! The ladies were so sweet and took great care of me. The 2 women that were in the room made sure to keep me calm cool and collected. I was very nervous. Big thumbs up and thanks to them. And turned out one of them go to my church. Life church. Its a beautiful thing. Mp Aspen Dental.

I had a very pleasant visit. My dental hygienist is the best. Her and all of the staff were so helpful and explained everything to me.

Went in to address an issue & decided to take a different approach. Dr. Reena took time to explain procedures to me in detail. Had several procedures done and it was all seamless. Professional and friendly staff. Front desk is a little distant but every other member was attentive and respectful of my time too.

Everyone from the dentists and assistants to the office manager and staff were professional and were able to work with me. My dental problems are many-fold and complicated. They formulated a first-step plan with schedules and costs. The first-step procedures have all gone well. It’s great to find a one stop shop.

The Staff (Summer(PSR), Ulyssa (Hygenist), Courtney (Dental Asst) and Reena Sri Ramya Guttha, DDS were absolutley fantastic. Summer is cheerful, kind, and servant orientated. Ulyssa is the most gental, delicate, hygenist I have ever had. She did not hurt me scrapting or using the water tool to remove the plaque & tarter off my teeth. Courteny took extreme care to get my crown impression exactly right to fit. She paid attention to detail and precision of her craft. Dr. Guttha was kind, extremely professional, and attended to my discomfort quickly. This staff gets 5 Stars.Aspen Dental as a business, gets 4 Stars because of their expensive prices. I believe they should give a break to their Veterans on their pricing. Even with my insurance it seemed regualar price like they increase their price to offset the insurance contribution. This is the 1st Dentist Office I have ever been to that did NOT give additional price breaks to Yes I know they have Days of Service & MouthMobile programs. Those do not apply to me. I am an insured vet and working. All other dentist in the past have been a little more flexible with their prices...

The bottom denture which is a snap in denture it keeps breaking where the snap in peace is on the denture. This should have never broke in the first place and they Can’t seem to fix it. I have to keep going in to get it repaired. The top denture had a back tooth that has come out once. All of this with the dentures less than a year old. My grandparents and my parents never had problems with their dentures breaking or the teeth falling out of the denture. I think Aspen dental makes very poor quality dentures. They are not very durable. It gets old going in over and over again for the same repair when paid for the best quality denture they have.

Very nice people. They go the extra mile to make sure that you get everything that you need done and the way that you can do it financially. Everyone should check them out.

Told them 2 weeks ago when I made an appointment that I needed my tooth removed. The person said that they would put that down and that the doctor would have to examine it first before doing it. Of course. I come today and they had my appointment scheduled at a different time than I was told and then I was told that they will look at my tooth but dont have the availability to do it today. I set the appointment 2 weeks ago and should be able to get it done today.

The staff was friendly, however they are very expensive. They said I had an infection in my nerves did not give me a prescription. I was there for 2 hours my toddlers were getting fussy so I had to leave they said they would call me in a antibiotic. They never did. I called multiple times. I also had a discount that should have been applied and they told me my discount couldnt be applied because my husband didnt have coverage. I called them and said I did have coverage. They even called the office to explain to them how to apply my discount and they never gave me the cheaper price. I wouldnt spend one penny of my husbands hard earned money with Aspen Dental. They are over priced and when you have an infection dont give you a antibiotic unless you book a expensive procedure with them.

Went to get help for a tooth that was dangling they wanted to charge me 119.00 just for office visit...not to include pulling tooth.Have humana insurance..I am deaf on a fixed income also a veteran.They would not help..A sham for advertising emergency dental.Not true.. bad bad service could have helped..Dont recommend Aspen at all

Aspen dental is just short of Illegal. I was told up front they would take my insurance only to find out later that was a lie. They wanted a credit app filled out before proceeding. I was quoted a price of over $13,000.00 for a tooth ache. That is 13 thousand. They were nice and offered a 10% discount for a fist time customer. I told them I only only wanted the immediate problem taken care and not all the overpriced procedures they wanted to do. Was told that would require the credit app completed and a 60% down payment and would have to wait two weeks for a appointment. They wanted to take me for everything they could get. I know better than to play their game and not going to be a cash cow for them. I nicely Got out as fast as I could go. One star is over rated.

Your Longview office should be shut down. I went in severe pain and a infection in my tooth. I was poked and prodded for an hour. Told everything else other than helping the tooth I was there for. Was told they could fix my mouth for 13000. Then after all that was not given any antibiotics or pain medicine. This place is a scam. Do not go here.

Why would you call yourself a doctor if you are unable to do procedures?Never ever will I go there again nor recommend anyone going there.

I wanted to share my experience with Aspen Dental in Longview. This is the email that I sent to the office manager because I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone after they opened. I also took the time to tell them why I was cancelling.Hello,I was scheduled for an appointment today at 9am. I have been trying to call since 7:30 and keep getting the after hours message. However, I’m going to cancel this appointment and won’t need to be rescheduled. I do not feel that your dentistry is taking my needs into consideration and you are also charging for unnecessary work. I do not feel that your staff was honest in the assessment of work needing to be done. I also noticed a lot of thing that were not disclosed in my treatment plan and costs. I came to you all with a chief complaint of a filling that had fallen out and had a little pain. Your doctors suggested a root canal, then I was told I had to have a cleaning first. That does not make sense and is borderline, if not insurance fraud. I will be looking into that further considering I have met a couple people the past few days who have similar stories. You also told me that with insurance my cleaning would be $250, however my policy states that I am entitled to 2 cleanings a year with no out of pocket. I have not been told what will cost extra at any point. The lady on the phone just said “it’s going to be $250, ok?” I was also pressured by 3 different people to buy Invisalign. Even after I said no directly to the doctor, he proceeded to still try to sell them to me by telling me they are on sale for $2999. This is not taking care of patients needs, this has been treated as a sales gig.Aspen Dental is a corporate dentistry, and they have a goal like all businesses to make money. There is nothing wrong with that. However, when you treat your patients like walking money bags, and are dishonest with them about treatment plans and costs, that goes beyond ethical business standards. Please support other local and private dentists in our small town, that have ownership groups that can relate to our East Texas values. I wish I had taken my advice from the start. I can promise that any other local and private dentist will not have this corporate sales mindset that puts your health behind making as much money as possible.

Fantastic place! Went in to get 3 teeth pulled, my appointment was at 10:45 and by 11:30 I had all 3 teeth out and was on my way out the door. Staff is incredibly friendly and doctors are very good. Would recommend to anyone.

I came in because a tooth was causing pain, left with nothing, not even antibiotics for the infection! Had to call and make a fuss for them. All they wanted to do was fix my smile for 30,000. Kinda a waste of time. Staff was super sweet even though they didnt address any issues I came in for.

Before the Aspen marketing team comments below to tell me to call customer service, just don’t bother.The staff takes 14 different views of X-rays, not even exaggerating, that’s the exact number they said. Feels pretty dangerous to me, I’ve only known dentists to take no more than 5.They “diagnosed” me with a cavity and gingivitis, which was later confirmed completely incorrect by a competent dental clinic in my hometown. They also misread my blood pressure as high, confirmed incorrect by an ER nurse right after my appointment and also confirmed incorrect at the mentioned competent dental clinic.I made the mistake of going to a dental chain out of convienience. If you’re reading this, save your time and money and at least go to a more local/family clinic.

I went to aspen dental in February and I asked for a simple extraction nothing more. Dentist decided to put a bone graph in my mouth and did not inform me they were doing this. I will never go to this place of business again. They are calling me daily for 195.00 I have paid this and will never go to this place of business again ..that do not follow the patient instructions. Aspen Dental you lost one..not that you guys care away lol

I arrived thirty minutes or more early for my 945am dental appointment. It was almost 11AM or shortly thereafter before I was able to be seen. I went in for a permanent bridge to be done and my six month cleaning. They were able to take x-rays and prep for the bridge but they never got around to doing the cleaning. No explanation provided either after being there until 1pm and spending more than $3700.00. And to top that off, one of the temporary crowns already came off and sadly enough Ill have to wait until Monday to get it put back in...this was one of the worst visits Ive had in years.

I went in yesterday for an X-ray and antibiotics. I knew I needed some work done and neglected going. My dentist did not make me feel bad and her assistants were also beyond helpful and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had including costs so that I know what I have to do in the future. I had two teeth extracted (which was great because I thought I’d have to just have medicine and wait until a future appointment). Throughout the pulling the dentist kept making sure I felt okay and wasn’t experiencing discomfort. All of the staff were smiling and talkative and it made for a very comfortable experience. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I like going to Aspen Dental. (By the way having teeth pulled is miserable)! Thanks again Aspen, see you Tuesday!

I had to get a loan to pay for the work done. I got a temporary upper plate said the real ones would be ready in 6 months. They werent. they were finally ready 2 days before Thanksgiving and they didnt fit. I told them they didnt fit and was told to wear them anyway and they would adjust them according to the sores that were made in my mouth. Not going to happen!! Still wearing the temp.They lost my first bite plate and it had to be redone. They told me this on the day of extraction after I had sat there for over 3 hours. I had to reschedule the extractions.On another occasion they had me sitting in the waiting room all afternoon only to have to reschedule.I am still paying off my loan for teeth I dont wear cause they dont fit right

I was and always petrified of dentists since childhood. Every visit was horrific. Thats all changed now...everyone from admitting to the doctors were very understanding and made sure the whole visit that I was comfortable. I wrote a review last week after having an amazing experience at this location. The experience was awesome from the time I walked in to the time I left, even with having two teeth pulled. Today I cannot say the same. I am giving five stars because I do not believe one employee truly represents an entire office but I hope that she is spoken to. Brittany, the assistant, was the rudest person I have met in a very long time. She was extremely unhelpful and seemed as though she genuinely did NOT care if the customer left happy. I paid $400 for a partial after having a tooth pulled so that I can have it in until the healing process is completed for an implant. I picked up the partial yesterday and wasnt given a mirror to look at it. The only reason I got one was for cosmetic reasons so when I smiled there was no visible missing tooth even though it is towards the back of my mouth. The partial had half of the tooth showing and half covered in a fake looking gum. I went in after feeling awkward even complaining about it. She had me put the partial in and she told me that it was clearly just personal and it looked normal. I took it out and showed her the tooth and pointed out the flaws. This was after being told that the lab tech could look at it and make changes for me. She told me it was fine, attempting to not help me. I told her I am in a lot of pain and out of the Tylenol prescribed. She literally told me what do you expect, you just had teeth pulled. and continued on about how when medicine is out, its out. The other girl in the room had left before any of this and said she would be back, so it was only the two of us in the room. She seemed frustrated by anything I asked, keep in mind, it was all questions on my side, not demands. She then came in with my implant and I asked if she could ask the lab tech about cutting down so I have less of a lisp while wearing it. She told me that I will have a lisp and have to get used to it. I then said I understand that but the front desk told me it is possible for him to grind down on it so it is not quite as bad. She then repeated to me Youll just have to get used to it. She didnt even want to ask the tech. I then asked her if there was a different assistant who could help me. She then literally walked over, stood one foot from my chair to try preventing me from getting up, put her hand up motioning for me to sit down ( I was trying to leave the room) and assertively tells me Ill have you know, I have never had this happen with a customer before! I said thats okay Im going to ask for someone else, she then says Good Ill follow you. First of all, why would I want to be followed by someone who I am trying to get away from? I asked the awesome front desk woman if she had someone else to help me. The assistant again goes I tried to tell her I have never had this happen to me with a customer. She also then denied saying anything to me about what do you expect, you just had teeth pulled. Long story short, the front desk got me a different assistant, the doctor came in and prescribed me tylenol and explained the pain could be from my wisdom tooth which is showing and is sideways pushing where my extraction was, and got me scheduled to see the oral surgeon to remove them. The front desk woman actually had the lab tech come into my room, he did the exam and he himself said my partial was very off and needed to be fixed and that he completely understood why I was unhappy. He apologized repeatedly and he made things right. The new assistant even said it was a complete difference in appearance from before and after. I paid $1240 for my first extractions, and will pay $2200 out of pocket for the oral surgeon. I do not have insurance and am a paying customer. The new assistant, Jennifer, was amazing. She and I were laughing and she made me comfortable with remaining at Aspen Dental. Brittany should never be allowed to talk to a customer the way she did.

Going to Aspen Dental was one of the best decision I have made being a young adult. Everyone at Aspen was very kind and generous to me, they made me feel like family. The best part of going there is that I wasnt scared like I normally am when its time for a dentist appointment. And they work with you the best they can even if you dont have insurance. I suggest if you need dental work but cant pay upfront and need a payment plan go to Aspen Dental they will help you and make you feel at home at the same time.

First they told me they take Medicare, then when we get there they dont. They said they had affordable options for someone on low income, then when we get there they say all his teeth needed a surgeon bc the root is around the nerve. They said this would cost over $1,000. The only payment plan they have to check your credit and if you dont have good credit they dont care.

I saw the dentist because I was swollen with infection and in pain. They were more concerned with scheduling a treatment plan with an Invisalign and a cleaning that they failed to even call in the antibiotics I desperately need for the infection. It is now 24 hours later, I am 10x more swollen and can not even talk; still no antibiotics. I canceled the future appointments with them. If they can not call in antibiotics that are needed, I can not trust them with my future dental work including oral surgery in 2 weeks.

Staff was very nice. And pleasant . Professional, and answered many of my questions,or concerns . Still not done yet. But so far so good. The young lady that did my impressions, was very sweet. And I enjoyed talking too. So, I look forward to going back, for phase 2.

The staff is very friendly and they actually got me in the same day for my tooth emergency..front staff and the lady that sat with me thru my appt, awesome!!. I didn’t feel like the dentist really cared one way or another.. kind of felt like the focus was on how much work I need done, instead of the issue at hand.. everyone knows how bad a toothache is, you want the pain to stop immediately!!. I was given a script for antibiotics and a appt for next week to fix the problem.. very disappointed that I went home still in pain and still in pain as I write this review!!.. but I got a breakdown of how much work the dentist wants to do!!.. this is the reason a lot of people fear the dentist in the first place, I know it is for myself.. let’s fix the issue at hand and then discuss what else needs to be done..

This place just gets better everytime I go in. Had all of my teeth pulled and got my dentures. They gave me dentures same day and have done any adjustments or changes I needed at no extra charge. And when I went back for my bottom teeth Dr J numbed me with practically no pain and finished the whole set of teeth so fast and well I have had hardly any pain! I would definitely reccomend these guys to everyone I know. They have made this process quick, easy, and actually enjoyable.

The assistant manager and hygienist went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. All our questions were answered and we left out of the office very pleased. We will be recommended Aspen Dental to others!! Well job staff

The hygienist and dentist themselves did everything possible to come off condescending and smarter than you. Acting as if using the words ruptured or mobile are some great cipher...I walked in the door knowing I had broken and loose teeth, its WHY I was even there. This is after repeatedly telling the front desk(all of whom I spoke to were incredibly polite and respectful I will say) that I dont have insurance, good credit, or all that much money, they assured me that it was no problem and that they have a sliding scale system. What they really mean, is they will act as a middle man for a third-party loan, based in your credit. So...in summary, I sit here still in the same situation, but in MORE pain as the hygienist felt it necessary to try and pry her probe as far into my gums as possible, again all while huffing to herself and muttering condescending and insulting comments. When I did finally see the dentist I made it 5 words into explaining why Id come in that day before he CUT ME OFF and said...and I quote, Sure, sure, Ive had a toothache, I know what its like.....My smile teeth were ruptured by a fist doc.... You have NO idea what its like walking around with 8 broken teeth at once pal....get off ur doctorial high horse... missing teeth, doesnt make me ignorant sir. Perhaps inquiring how this happened would have been a better lead of than just assuming you know how I feel

Pathetic! Literally took 14 months to get a partial denture made. The first one they tried to give me couldn’t have been mine. It was 2 teeth shy of being enough. It left me toothless in two places. They acted like I was in the wrong for insisting that another be made. More appointments for impressions, etc. Finally after two thanksgivings and two Christmases I have teeth. By the way, during this time, my husband had dentures made in less than 4 weeks by Longview Dental Center.

Mark came in with his tooth hurting. The dr. did nothing but give him a plan to get surgery on his mouth witch thats is fine. He left the office in pain.Today is Saturday and the pain is making him sick. Mark is taking the medication the dr. gave him but I wish just the teeth would be taken out that Mark came in for. I dont think he can wait until July 2nd for this to happen.

I’ve read through all the negative reviews, and honestly I can’t seem to relate. I have received nothing but prompt responses, immediate care, and unmatched customer service from the staff at Aspen Dental. I watched the lady working the front desk today field a phone call from an unruly patient and handled it with the utmost professionalism. She was kind and sincere, even though I could tell she was getting unreasonably chewed out. The dental assistant that works with me seems to be one of the most caring and upbeat people I’ve ever come across. The dentist office is probably never a place you would desire to go to, but she makes everything more calm and welcoming. The dentist himself is very direct. He doesn’t sugar coat anything but he explains everything very thoroughly and I appreciate that. If you want to have a relaxing time, go to Massage Envy. If you want to have the best dental care available, go to Aspen Dental. Do yourself a favor though and take all the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I assure you, this is the place you need to visit.

Only giving 2 stars because the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable however I went in for a severe toothache. I was there for almost 3hrs only to receive a full treatment plan that was extremely outrageous. Not only did I waste my time I also ended up at the ER. I definitely recommend they remove the emergency services available from the description online.

First time coming in and Deanne xrayed me and took me back to wait for.the doctor. . She was wonderful, she explained everything to me.was patient and understanding. It is people like her, who goes.up and beyond for the patients to make u feel at home and keep you wanting to return. The staff is a big part Of keeping patients returning and you couldnt get anyone better to do the job.

Awful cookie cutter business. Will say anything to push overpriced unnecessary work and products that can be obtained elsewhere at a much better rate, or not needed at all. Also did not even perform the simple cleaning my appointment was even for. The doctor is very cold, disengaging, and makes you feel like just a number. Front staff were extremely inept and couldnt address simple questions or issues. I will say however, the dental hygienist was very nice. She patiently addressed concerns and answered questions with detailed explanation. Aside from that I would not recommend nor return to this disappointment of a dental hygiene business.

Horrible!!! I had 6 teeth pulled and they gave me a prescription for codeine, even though I expressly told the dentist AND my paperwork clearly stated that I am allergic to codeine. I called their office to ask if they could call in a different prescription and they told me to just take aspirin. Aspirin? Are you kidding me? I am in excruciating pain from having six teeth pulled at once, and you tell me to just take an aspirin. Definitely would never recommend Aspen to anyone at all.

This was my first time since the permanent staff has been there, the dental hygienist was nice and gentle during the cleaning. She went out of her way to look for bubble gum cleaner but there wasnt any. She did have bubble gum fluoride. Ill be back in 6 months.

Ms. Deanne Thomas was wonderful when it came to preparation and understanding of my extractions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at easing my concerns. One of the best experiences at a dentist I’ve ever had.

Appointment was with a real person and did not wait long on the phone. She was friendly and easy to work with, a good first impression! I got in much sooner than expected and first visit was free. Staff was super friendly and overall experience was good. It felt a little like an assembly line, but the transitions were seamless and well communicated. Would give it 5 stars but it did take a long time from start to finish as there were only 2 dentists there. I didnt wait as long as some, but did hear a complaint from the waiting room. Next appt scheduled first thing and didnt take long at all. Staff, hygenist, and dentist were EXCELLENT from start to finish! Very happy with my care. Everyone also appeared like they enjoyed working there, which made me feel happier to be there :)

Love Dr Cox and the office staff but have waited an unreasonably amount of time, hours, weeks and months for procedures to be completed. It appears They’ve lost and in some cases, I suspect, never did my lab work, didn’t return phone calls promptly, called this morning and hour and a half after they were supposed to be opened about five times and no one is answering their office phone. I would discontinue using them if I wasn’t in the middle of a unbelievably long procedure that I’m only hoping will be completed satisfactorily. What an ordeal!

The hygienist, Lori, was so very helpful and cheerful. I never had to wait long. The financial secretary was very helpful on payment options. They are very helpful with appointments. I am a teacher and they worked with my schedule. I enjoy going there. My gums are doing 100 percent better. I recommend this dentist 100 percent.

They truly crushed my dreams, I wouldn’t recommend, they don’t even remotely try to work with you and what you want. They give you whatever treatment plan they sit that fits for you, even if it’s not what you want. I just wanted to fix one thing and they told me I’d have to get 6 teeth pulled for it to be fixed.

Cancelled my appointment so this review is based on the appointment scheduling process ONLY. Had a broken tooth over the weekend and couldnt get in until a Wednesday. Went ahead and booked the appointment and during the process, told him what Insurance company I had. He asked if it was Medicare/Medicaid which was surprising since this is one of the top 5 in dental carriers. Then at the end, asked me for names and numbers for referrals. HELLO, I havent even see a Dentist and you want me to refer my loved ones???Found another provider who could get me much sooner so I called to cancel. Cancelled the appointment but got a call a few hours later to confirm my appointment (call #2). Got text message that night (#3), got another call (#4) the day of to confirm yet again, the appointment I had already cancelled verbally TWICE.

I had a toothache keeping me up all night. I got an appointment for the next day. When I showed up everyone was super nice and friendly. I have bad anxiety was terrified because of it, and becauseI had to get my tooth pulled. One of the ladies let me squeeze her hand while they pulled my tooth. 5 stars for making someone with bad anxiety feel comfortable. Thank you for helping me.

Nice employees but high pressure sales for dental work that is unnecessary and expensive teeth cleaning products. Time share sales presentations are nothing compared to the sales pitches in this dental office for work you dont need. By all means, get a second opinion from another dentist you trust. I have had no cavities for years and all of the sudden in this office Im told I better hurry and get 3 crowns before my teeth fall apart. Is there an office competition between the dentists (or more like dental students) that whoever sells the most crowns this month wins a trip to Tahiti or something? I said I would pass on the crowns, the special over-priced toothpaste, and the outrageously expensive electric toothbrush, only to be called the next day reminding me of my appointment for 3 crowns. I never scheduled the appointment for the crowns so they had to give it one last ditch effort to sell me those crowns!! Just like the time share hustle.Reading these other horrible nightmare reviews, I am so glad I didnt believe these underhanded tactics. I recommend going to almost any other dental office than here.

Great place, definitely recommend it. Friendly receptionists and staff! Dr Reena Guttha and her assistants made my tooth extraction go very smooth! Theyre on top of it! 👍👍
