I had to have an emergency root canal on a Sunday. After calling around I found Longview Family and Emergency Dental Care, they were able to see me within 2 hours of calling. Dr. Zaher and his staff took excellent care of me during my root canal. When I went back for my crown fitting I was in and out within 15 minutes! I will be going back to him for any future dental work, well worth the hour drive to me.

So glad these folks were there when I needed them. Quality work. Quality people. I am nervous about dental work, but they put me at ease. I highly recommend them.

I had a wisdom tooth taken out the same day I called within an hour. The visit was quick and Dr. Zaher was actually really easy during the removal. I felt no pain at all and they really cared about where I could pick up my medication late in the evening. If you need dental work, I would highly recommend, especially with wisdom tooth removal.

One star because there is no option for zero stars.Went to have a simple extraction of a broken tooth. $50 fee to get in a room and x-rays (understandable). After sitting for almost an hour the dentist did a cursory exam and said he would take care of me.The office manager came in and said it would be $590.00!!! Since they knew I wanted upper dentures I asked if it was for the whole thing and she said no, just the single extraction! Keep in mind that I have Dental Insurance through the Veterans Affairs Program.I told her I couldnt pay that and she asked me if I could pay $490. Again, I said I could not. She then proceeded to haggle me down to $450, then $350, then $250. Ive had less pressure to spend $$$ at a used car dealership, which is where I felt I was.DO NOT go here expecting to get family friendly prices, with or without insurance. Shady office, shady manager, shady dentist. Great techs though, the only highlight of the visit.

I was in excruciating pain for about 3-4 days. I called at 8PM on a sunday night (they close at 9) to just get a quote for a tooth extraction. They told me to come right in and stayed late just to help me out! They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They laid out all my options and even worked with me on pricing to help me get relief. They even let me keep my tooth. 😍LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Would recommend them to everyone i know.

Just had a wisdom tooth removed and they were so great!!! I was in a great deal of pain on a Saturday and, with no appointment they were more then happy to get me in right away. The staff was amazingly friendly and professional. For someone who has never had dental work done and truthfully scared of how painful it was going to be I’m happy to say that the doctor was amazing there was no pain and even the next day after the extraction there was very little swelling or discomfort. All in all I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for all my future dental work.

First, I want to say that Im thankful that this place is open on Sundays. I was in so much pain and Dr Zaher was able to evaluate me and then remove my wisdom teeth with quickly and without pain within the same day. I had a toothache in a tooth that was part of a bridge. As the day went on Saturday the pain got worse. I called the emergency office and spoke to Anna. She said come right in. After X-ray, Dr Adam showed me the infection and the root canal that was not good. He discussed everything he was going to do. He knew I was stressed so he gave me several breaks to get myself a rest. It was a removal that was, to me, a little tricky. Dr Adam did a great job. I will go back again to implants. I have confidence that all will go fine. The experience was a good one. Anna caked to check on me today. That shows that they care about their patients. Thank you both for making me feel at ease!!!

Amazing place!! I was seen after hours. I was in so much pain needing to have a tooth pulled. I had a hour drive but the dentist still waited for me. They were very kind to me and my children. I’m just so grateful.

I am 12 years old and i got my teeth pulled and it was very quick and painless! I was in so much pain I couldn’t stand it thank you Dr.Adam for taking care of me!This is his mother Tuesday of last week I woke up with my mouth swollen and In so much I couldn’t stand it! I called around and found Dr.Adams office I called at 5 and they told me to come on in. I arrived at around 6pm at they got me right in and took care of the extraction that needed to be done. Him and his whole staff are so welcoming and really have a way of making you feel comfortable! I highly recommend him to anyone. Fast forward to yesterday my 12 year old had a broken tooth that many other dentists offices in Tyler Texas wouldn’t pull. He woke up Thursday with his jaw swollen and he couldn’t eat and hadn’t slept so I immediately called Dr. Adams office he told me to bring him and I did and man was that a diaster my son wasn’t having it! He didn’t was terrified and just refused to let Dr.Adam do the work. Him and his entire tried their best to try and comfort him but he just wasn’t doing it. Then today he couldn’t take the pain anymore and decided to get them pulled and without hesitation Dr.Adams said to bring him in. And we did and he did an amazing job my son said it was quick and painless and that it wasn’t that bad. If your having a dental emergency definitely go see him!

Dr. Zaher is the worlds most caring, compassionate, all round best dentist. I have seen him for the last year, and I would not see anyone else because hes the best and very reasonable in term of price. They got me in and took care of me that evening. 3 teeth pulled, some fillings, a good cleaning and a temp crown done that evening at a decent price too. The entire staff is awesome. Husband had 3 teeth pulled, very friendly and encouraging staff, they took us in when no other dentist would. We arent from the area and they made us feel very safe and welcome and even gave us directions to pick up medication.

Im here now. I have no insurance, not a lot of money but they promised to take care of me. I had to pay up front to get back there for them to see me. Which I thought was understandable. Once back they took pics and said for the extraction and a root canal it would be an additional 2500. I told them I just want the tooth causing me pain to be extracted, the whole point for me coming. They said it would be 400 dollars, on top of what was already paid up front. I told them what I had and they said they would take what I had. Which was fine since I was in such pain. But the doctor acted completely different to me after he found out I didnt have loads of money to throw at him. He was extremely rough with my mouth. Was very rough with the shots, busted my top lip pulling my tooth out. Didnt do any clean up after extraction. Left with blood all down my mouth. Never had a dentist let me walk out like that.Keep in mind over 500 dollars for a tooth extraction is past absurd. I have called so many places after the fact and found out I could have had this done for not even a quarter of the price even with out insurance. This place is a scam! All these good reviews are either bought or you all have great insurance or money to throw away. If you have no insurance and not a lot of money, do not come here. They will rip you off. The lady was extremely sweet but the doctor was not. He didnt seem to want to be bothered by me after he found out I didnt have money. Which I actually have plenty. I just knew a scam when I seen one and refused to be ripped off because I was desperate and in pain. If you have a little money and want pain pills though, this is the place to go. They give pain pills away like Halloween candy. Smfh. I have had a lot of dental work done. I have a whole top denture set so I have had multiple teeth cut out at once and this was by far the worst experience I have EVER had! The staff may have just had a bad day the day I went. I did not enjoy this dental experience. It was obvious that the staff was new, which I don’t want to be listed as a knock on them, because they were fairly pleasant. The dentist did the bare minimum for a routine cleaning on my teeth, was done in literally 5 minutes.. My wife received the more comprehensive cleaning package which was a complete waste of money because they didn’t do more than they did on my mouth but charged $100+ for it. The financial lady was very pushy and really made us uncomfortable. I will never go back.

Saturday night I had a crown fall out and the tooth was exposed. Being from out of town I could not get to my regular dentist so had to trust the internet to find a local one. Lucky I came across Dr. Zaher and was able to get an appointment Sunday. From the time I walked into the office the staff was polite and professional. After an exam Dr. Zaher informed me that I needed a root canal and crown. I was apprehensive about this procedure being done by some else other than my dentist but Dr. Zaher not only did a excellent job but was thorough and professional where I felt no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs, and will become my regular dentist in Longview.

Great experience all around. I was working away from home for an extended period of time and couldn’t get to my “regular” dentist since I was only able to come home on sporadic weekends. When a tooth started hurting beyond the point where I couldn’t ignore it anymore, I went to Longview Family & Emergency Dental Care. Dr. Zaher took extra time with me to make sure my root canal went perfectly. Dr. Zaher and his entire staff are very professional and friendly. The whole experience is the best time you’ll ever have while getting a root canal. Highly recommended.

Such an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice! They close at 9pm and my husband was in such excruciating pain I called at 840pm and Dr. Zaher said he would stay open for us. We got there at 915pm, he needed 3 teeth pulled, and were out the door by 1030pm!!! My husband is now switching dentist office.

I normally dont do a lot of reviews but I was very impressed with Dr Adam and the entire staff. I had broken an upper molar on the left side right after Christmas and had some pain in my gums on the lower left side which I thought might be an abscess. My regular dentist was closed for the holidays and would not return until Monday. I called the Longview Family and Emergency Dental Care clinic and made an appointment for Saturday then canceled it because I was anxious and thought I might wait til Monday to see my regular dentist. On Saturday morning, I called back and asked to keep my appointment after all due to not being able to eat anything. They told me to come on in at the appointment time and Im so glad I did. A little back story, I had my wisdom teeth removed about 20 years go and since then my lower right gum where the tooth was would get inflamed and feel like it did before the tooth was removed off and on. Over the years, Ive mentioned it to several dentists who would xray it and say there arent any fragments and dismiss it as food getting lodged. This time it was worse than it had been before and was really painful. Dr Adam noticed that my top tooth that had a filling in it was misaligned (Im not sure exactly what was wrong with it) and was sort of digging into my lower gum which was causing the inflammation. He suggested crowning that tooth and correcting the issue as well as crowning the broken tooth and then I had some cavities and needed a cleaning. Once the recommendations are made, the office staff comes in and lets you know what was recommended and what your cost will be out of pocket for each item. From there, you can decide what to have done on your priority list according to your budget. For me, I opted to have everything done (bye bye stimulus check). Instead of scheduling a time for me to come back like most do, I was given the option to stay and get everything done before I left. I really appreciated that as I only had to endure one (albeit long) visit that involved needles and drills (shudder). I was so impressed that I made my husband an appointment for next week and while I have nothing against my former dentist, I now have a new regular one. I can already feel the difference of the top tooth not touching the bottom gum when I close my mouth and I can eat again. Dr Adam was very thorough and solved a years old issue on the first visit. Aside from that, he is super friendly as are all of the staff PLUS I dont have to take off work to go because their hours are convenient for people with jobs making it much easier to stay on top of cleanings and preventive care. It just doesnt get better than that. I realizes this is long but the great reviews were part of my decision to keep my appointment so wanted to share my awesome detailed experience to help others that might have some anxiety like myself.

I was so relieved by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Throughout the entire visit, they were very reassuring, patient, and helpful.Dr Zaher is my new dentist now, no question! He did a fantastic job, everything went so smoothly and it actually seemed to go by quickly.He made the procedure as comfortable as possible and communicated with me the entire time.He has great personality that helped me relax a lot. So, I have to share this AMAZING service I received on 3.27.2021. I called around all day and no one could see me till 4.5.2021. So when I reached out to them through a friend, they got me in the same day. They handle my problem with EXTREMELY high care. I’m a little wimpy when it comes to the dentist, but Dr. Adam and his staff too VERY good care of me and the problem. AWESOME!!! We have had to bother these guys over and over and they KEEP going above and beyond to help us. We drive all the way from Nacogdoches but it is well we’ll worth it. The staff all do their best to make this one of the best dental clinics you can find in the state. I hope we don’t have to come back soon but if we do I know we will be well taken care of.

So, Im a single mother who works business hours and its nearly impossible for me to get an appointment anywhere for my daughter without taking off work. I finally found this office and they are open SUCH unexpected and convenient hours. I was able to get an appointment for my daughter and not miss work. They were kind and helpful with my daughter, who is not a fan of doctors in general. She left skipping out of the office and that NEVER happens. These people are great! These people have my business in the future, thats for sure.

Super amazing!! Went at 8pm for severe pain in one of my upper right molars. They gave me the options, explained each one, and I had a quick and painless extraction. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. The dentist is nice and friendly and the staff were all really sweet as well :)

I’m here out in Longview working from Florida and I googled the nearest dentist because I had a toothache & was in serve pain. I made an appointment and they got me in right on time. I appreciate the doctor for pulling my tooth. He did an amazing job. No pain no gain. I recommend anyone to come to his office. Thank you again.

I did go to your office then you tried charging me $1500 for a tooth removal. I denied it and now since I left a 1 star review because yall called me asking me to leave a 5 star review. When like yall said I got no treatment. And now since I left a 1 star I have received 8 phone calls from yall harrasing me. So please keep it up and lets see how this goes.

The doctor and staff are excellent they make you feel very comfortable and try to accommodate you in anyway possible and i am very appreciative and this was my second visit on two different occasion and i am very much satisfied with both visits and the service!!!🙏🏽👌🥰

Most pain free dental experience ive ever had. Went in with a tooth that a filling had came out and was swollen, great job and priced fairly(cash pay).

Everyone was so friendly. I needed an extraction on a Friday afternoon after 5 and was so happy when I found they were open until 9! They did my extraction and I was on my way in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a crown come out unexpectedly, and after regular business hours. They were able to see me immediately, and provided excellent and friendly care. I received very clear after care instructions, and I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything and answer questions. I will definitely be back!

Just left this place after putting off an extraction Ive known Ive needed for a long time. Service was quick and effective. Theres other work that Ive put off but now that I know theres a comfortable and safe feeling place to go to I will be returning to this place for sure!

Had a intense pain in tooth. I knew i needed to have a root canal done, but was waiting for the time to do it. Of course pain struck after late on a Friday! So I found this place on google search, and boy, was I glad I did. the atmosphere was great. the facility was organized and clean. Very Professional with a personal touch. Great place ... Going above and beyond is an understatement for this office! We went in on Valentines Day evening, on a Sunday, in snow & ice. Dr Zaher stayed and waited for us to arrive. After X-rays he explained our options and worked with us to get a viable solution for an already anxious patient. Gentle and thorough. We can’t say thank you enough!
