I was using a CPAP, which was driving my wife nuts due to the air leakage and when Dr. Kirby and his team ran tests and said they could help....they prescribed the mouth piece and it was an answered prayer. Don’t have to worry about wearing a headgear and cleaning the machine...and sleeping better and most importantly...my wife is happy. 😊

Today was my first visit with a dentist in a very long time due to fears that I have had but I have to say, Kristi was AMAZING you guys. She walked me through each step so there was complete knowledge and easy understanding of what was going on and why. I mean I was so nervous on the inside, my heart was pounding and my hands were sweaty but she helped bring down a lot of the anxiety I was feeling by the way she spoke, keeping me calm and reminding me to breathe through my nose ( that really helped ) because I tend to hold my breathe not realizing Im doing it at times. After the x-rays were done she sat down and walked me through each picture explaining what each was, why they were that way and what could be done to fix the problems at hand. All with encouragement. Then she introduced me to Dr. Kirby who was just as AMAZING! Also very kind, encouraging and soothing with how he spoke as well. Then at the end of it all Amy was up front and was so very kind, engaging with funny talk about googles misguided direction giving, lol.If you are in need of a dentist and have fears or are embarrassed because you have waited so long or both, this is your place. Give it a try. I give you my word ( which I take seriously ) that you will leave with a whole new frame of mind and feeling hopeful in so many ways! I am actually excited to start my treatment and I have NEVER said that about going to the dentist. Thank you Kristi for your genuine kindness and special gifting on how to handle people in making them feel at ease and safe! Your the best hygienist in my book!! Thank you Dr. Kirby for your kindness and gentle way of handling us folks as well and Thank you Amy for your funniness, and spunkiness and how to make a gal feel welcome!

Love the staff here. Kristi is awesome. She makes sure that you are as comfortable as possible during procedures. Even gave me a neck pillow. Dr Kirby is very soft spoken and caring. You wanted to be treated right, this is the place to be. They are passionate about their work and patients.

This Dental office is The Best. As soon as you walk in the ladies up front are always so kind and helpful. Angela is one of the sweetest person I have ever met. Love going here! Started bringing my 8 year old son here as well. Had to bring him in to get 2 cavities filled. My son was so nervous and was crying because he didn’t know what to expect. They made him feel comfortable and were extremely gentle and patient with him. I’m very happy with the service they provide our family.

First of all, Im a weirdo because I have always liked going to the dentist. With that said, I would highly recommend Vaca & Kirby to anyone and everyone....even those not fond of the dentist chair. Front staff greeted me with such care and friendliness. The lobby feels like youre sitting in your own living room. Very comfortable! My hygienist, Kristi Seymour, was a breath of fresh air. That girl can clean some teeth!! Incredibly gentle, very thorough, and she was very happy to answer any questions I had. Her knowledge of her craft is extensive and her experience is bar none when it comes to dental hygiene. I have now been to Kristi for the last 5 years of my cleanings. I am sure the other hygienist are great and hold the same amazing skills and characteristics, but I can only speak for Kristi. Mary is another great staff member. She assisted Dr. Kirby with my crowns. Another skilled staff member who did all my impressions, and fitted the temporary crowns. Some of my best conversations took place with Mary.I have the pleasure of Dr Chris Kirby performing my dental work. He goes above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and off the charts pleasant. His expertise in his field is evident and comes across with the ease of breathing. I have had fillings to crowns to whitening procedures done, and all have been easy, pain free experiences. I cant imagine having any other dentist take care of my dental needs. A visit to Dr. Kirby is like going fishing with your best friend. Easy, relaxing, and a great feeling of being around family. Best part!...you leave with a great smile, a clean mouth, and some new friends!

This morning I had a cleaning and dr visit with Dr. Kirby. Kristy (everybody’s favorite hygienist) offered me a lavender towelette during my visit. I felt like it was something they give when you’re flying first class! I’ve always had anxiety at doctors offices and dentists and they have a way of making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend!

I love Vaca & Kirby Dental. The people that work there have always been so attentive and professional. Dr. Kirby is a great dentist, and his staff are equally good. They genuinely care about their patients. I would recommend both their Dental side and sleep side to anyone. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and didnt care for the CPAP machine so I chose the sleep device as an alternative. Im slowly adjusting to it, but its still better than the CPAP.
